Cuddle Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

1. Introduction, Scope, and Relationship to Other Terms

1.1 Purpose of These Purchase Terms

These Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms (“Purchase Terms”) explain the rules that apply to Cuddle pricing, direct checkout, payment authorization, digital delivery, activation, expiration, billing, receipts, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, payment-risk controls, purchase records, and purchase-related support.

These Purchase Terms apply when you view purchase information, enter or use checkout, authorize a payment, purchase or use Premium, receive promotional or complimentary access to Premium or selected Cuddle-operated functionality where applicable, receive a receipt, request billing support, request a refund or statutory cancellation, dispute a charge, or otherwise interact with Cuddle about a purchase.

1.2 Cuddle Operator and Contracting Seller

Cuddle is operated by:

Third Hub US, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Cuddle

In these Purchase Terms, “Cuddle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle, unless the context requires otherwise.

Third Hub US, Inc. is the contracting party for the Service. Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle is the contracting seller for direct purchases completed through Cuddle’s authorized checkout, unless a legally required purchase-specific disclosure states otherwise.

A payment processor, payment-method provider, bank, card issuer, or card network does not become the contracting seller merely because it supports or processes a Cuddle transaction.

1.3 Scope

These Purchase Terms apply to direct purchases of Cuddle-operated digital functionality offered to eligible adults in the fifty states and the District of Columbia.

Section 2 describes Cuddle’s current Free Access and Premium purchase model.

These Purchase Terms do not govern a payment, transfer, reimbursement, gift, tip, donation, purchase, or other exchange between users or involving an external person, platform, payment application, wallet, marketplace, or checkout page.

A user-provided payment link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, invoice, or external checkout instruction is not an authorized Cuddle purchase channel.

1.4 Relationship to Other Terms

These Purchase Terms are Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service and are incorporated into the Terms to the extent applicable.

The Terms of Service govern general Service access, eligibility, accounts, user conduct, content, safety, enforcement, dispute resolution, and general legal matters.

The Privacy Policy governs personal-information processing. The Paid Features Terms govern Premium functionality, access, limits, availability, activation, expiration, promotional or complimentary access, and feature-specific restrictions.

The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy governs prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, and financial services.

The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices and applicable law govern non-waivable state-specific rights.

1.5 Order of Priority

For a specific purchase, a lawful checkout disclosure, purchase-specific term, product disclosure, offer-specific term, or state-specific notice controls the subject it specifically addresses.

These Purchase Terms control checkout, payment authorization, billing, receipts, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls.

More specific terms and non-waivable law control to the extent required.

1.6 No Prohibited Use

No purchase, checkout, receipt, refund, statutory-cancellation process, chargeback, payment dispute, payment-risk review, promotion, complimentary access, support response, or legal process authorizes Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult-content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

2. Free Access, Premium, and Current Purchase Model

2.1 Overview and Current Access Model

Cuddle currently provides Free Access and optional Premium to eligible adults located in the United States.

“Paid Features” means Cuddle-operated digital functionality made available through purchase or another authorized form of access. Cuddle currently offers one purchased Paid Feature: Premium.

“Incoming Like,” “Like Back,” “First Like,” “Match,” and “Matched-Member Messaging” have the meanings described in the Terms of Service and these Purchase Terms.

2.2 Free Access

Free Access currently includes, subject to account status and applicable restrictions:

  • browsing and viewing profiles;
  • reviewing Incoming Likes;
  • viewing the profiles of members who sent those Incoming Likes;
  • sending Likes Back;
  • forming Matches when two members mutually Like each other;
  • messaging matched members without a plan-based message-count limit;
  • using basic account, reporting, blocking, unmatching, security, safety, and support functionality; and
  • other functionality Cuddle identifies as part of Free Access.

A Like Back does not require Premium solely because it creates a Match.

Matched-Member Messaging does not require Premium solely because the Match resulted from a Like Back or a First Like.

Free Access remains subject to eligibility, account status, blocks, unmatches, safety controls, moderation, anti-spam controls, rate limits, technical availability, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, operational requirements, and applicable law.

2.3 Incoming Likes, Likes Back, Matches, and Messaging

An “Incoming Like” is a Like another member has already sent to you.

A “Like Back” is a Like you send to a member who has already sent you an Incoming Like. Eligible Free Access currently permits you to review that member’s profile and send a Like Back.

A “Match” is formed when two members mutually Like each other. A Match may permit Matched-Member Messaging where supported.

Premium expiration does not, by itself, remove an existing Match, delete a conversation, or prevent eligible Matched-Member Messaging through Free Access.

2.4 Premium and First-Like Access

A “First Like” is a Like you initiate toward a member who has not already sent you an Incoming Like.

Premium currently permits an eligible member to send First Likes, subject to the applicable daily allowance, account status, technical availability, safety controls, moderation, and other applicable restrictions.

Premium does not control access to Incoming Likes, Likes Back, Matches, or Matched-Member Messaging.

Premium is account-level digital functionality. A Premium purchase is not payment for access to a specific member and does not purchase, reserve, unlock, prioritize, compensate, verify, protect, or obtain another person.

2.5 Current 30-Day Purchase Model and Daily Allowance

Cuddle currently offers purchased Premium as thirty (30)-day, fixed-term, non-renewing digital access through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout. Each purchase is a separate one-time transaction and does not automatically renew.

Premium currently includes a plan-based allowance of ten (10) First Likes per day. The applicable reset schedule and treatment of failed, blocked, reversed, or technically incomplete attempts will be displayed before purchase and may also appear in the Service, receipt, or product disclosure.

Purchased Premium expires automatically at the disclosed expiration date and time. Continued purchased access requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

2.6 Equal Access Rule and No Gender-Based Paywall

Whether a Like is a free Like Back or a First Like requiring Premium or another authorized form of First-Like access depends on whether the other member has already sent you an Incoming Like.

Cuddle does not use sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or the gender or genders a member chooses to meet to determine whether Premium is required for a Like.

The same access rule applies to eligible users regardless of those characteristics.

2.7 Limits and No Outcome Guarantee

Free Access, Premium, a Like, a Match, or a message does not guarantee profile views, Incoming Likes, Likes Back, Matches, messages, replies, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, visibility, safety, identity, truthfulness, availability, or another result.

The Paid Features Terms provide additional rules concerning Premium functionality, limits, availability, activation, expiration, promotions, complimentary access, product tests, and feature-specific restrictions.

3. Direct Checkout, Purchase Disclosures, and Payment Authorization

3.1 Authorized Direct Checkout Only

Cuddle currently accepts purchased Premium transactions only through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.

A checkout is authorized only if Cuddle presents it through the Service, a Cuddle-controlled pricing or purchase page, or another checkout process that Cuddle expressly makes available for Premium.

Cuddle does not currently offer Premium through an app store, device platform, browser marketplace, third-party marketplace, user-provided payment link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, invoice, social-media instruction, messaging-app instruction, external checkout page, or another external purchase channel.

Do not treat a profile, message, external link, payment request, third-party listing, or instruction from another user as an authorized Cuddle purchase channel.

If a person or page claims to sell, renew, extend, transfer, restore, or provide Premium outside Cuddle’s authorized checkout, do not complete the transaction and contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

3.2 Material Purchase Disclosures

Before you authorize payment, checkout will display the material terms of the proposed transaction.

These may include:

  • Premium;
  • First-Like functionality;
  • the thirty-day access period;
  • the daily allowance of ten (10) First Likes;
  • the applicable daily reset schedule;
  • total price and currency;
  • applicable taxes, if any;
  • payment-method type;
  • activation and expiration information;
  • refund and access-adjustment information;
  • statutory-cancellation information where applicable;
  • the intended billing descriptor;
  • Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle as the contracting seller; and
  • other purchase-specific terms.

You are responsible for reviewing checkout before authorizing payment.

Do not complete checkout unless the account receiving Premium, product, access period, functionality, allowance, price, currency, any applicable taxes, payment method, billing information, and other displayed terms are correct.

A specific checkout disclosure, purchase-specific term, product disclosure, or state-specific notice controls the subject it specifically addresses to the extent required by law.

3.3 Acceptance and Electronic Purchase Records

Checkout may require you to select a checkbox, button, or other electronic control acknowledging or accepting applicable purchase terms before payment authorization.

By completing that action, you agree to the Terms of Service, these Purchase Terms, applicable Paid Features Terms, checkout disclosures, and purchase-specific terms.

Your acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy does not replace separate consent where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity.

Cuddle may retain electronic records showing:

  • the account identifier;
  • the product and functionality;
  • displayed price and currency;
  • access period and daily allowance;
  • applicable policy and terms versions;
  • checkout and purchase disclosures;
  • the authorization action and timestamp;
  • transaction status;
  • activation and expiration information;
  • receipt information; and
  • related technical records.

3.4 One-Time Payment Authorization

By confirming a purchase, you authorize Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle and its authorized payment participants to process a single one-time charge for the total amount displayed at checkout.

Each Premium purchase is a separate transaction. A completed purchase does not authorize Cuddle to charge your payment method again when the thirty-day access period ends.

Continued purchased Premium access requires a new checkout and separate payment authorization.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic repurchase, or automatic trial-to-paid conversion.

Payment authorization does not itself guarantee Premium activation. A transaction may be authenticated, approved, declined, delayed, reviewed, reversed, or refunded as permitted by applicable law, applicable payment rules, and these Purchase Terms.

3.5 Your Payment-Method Authority and Information

You represent that:

  • you are the payment-method holder or are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • the billing and payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
  • the purchase is for your eligible Cuddle account and personal use; and
  • you will not use checkout for unauthorized payment use, card testing, transaction laundering, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other misuse.

Cuddle may decline, delay, restrict, or review a transaction where information is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized, suspicious, or otherwise presents legal, safety, fraud, sanctions, or payment risk.

3.6 Payment to Cuddle, Not to Another Member

A payment through Cuddle’s authorized checkout is payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality.

It is not payment to or for another member and does not purchase another person’s attention, reply, Like, Match, message, meeting, date, relationship, companionship, content, service, or conduct.

No checkout authorization permits user-to-user payments, tips, donations, reimbursements, payouts, external transfers, Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, prohibited commerce, or financial services.

4. Prices, Taxes, Promotions, Discounts, and Billing Descriptor

4.1 Current Standard Price and Currency

The current standard price is eighty-nine U.S. dollars (US\$89) for one thirty-day Premium access period, unless a different price or discount is clearly displayed before authorization.

All direct Cuddle purchase prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed at checkout before authorization.

The product, access period, functionality, daily allowance, total price, currency, applicable taxes, and material terms displayed before authorization control the completed purchase to the extent required by law.

The displayed total is authorized as a single one-time charge. A purchase does not create recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic repurchase, or another future charge.

The price is payment to Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality, not payment to or for another member.

4.2 Taxes

Cuddle may calculate, collect, remit, or report applicable taxes as permitted by law.

Applicable taxes may depend on billing ZIP code, state of residence, billing information, payment method, product, access period, tax rules, and payment-participant information.

Applicable taxes may be shown separately or included in the checkout total. Cuddle does not currently charge a separate service fee or processing fee for a Premium purchase.

If tax treatment changes, submitted information is inaccurate, or a tax authority, payment participant, or law requires a correction, Cuddle may correct records and provide any required refund, charge adjustment, or other treatment.

Cuddle will not create an additional charge without separate authorization except where law permits otherwise.

4.3 Promotions, Discounts, Complimentary Access, and Product Tests

Cuddle may offer promotions, discounts, complimentary access, limited-time offers, preview access, product tests, or other controlled access to Premium or selected functionality.

An offer may be limited by eligibility, account, functionality, duration, quantity, state, device, payment method, timing, technical availability, risk controls, operational requirements, or law.

The applicable offer will disclose its material terms, including any price or discount, access period, limits, activation and expiration conditions, payment requirements, account restrictions, and anti-abuse rules.

Unless Cuddle clearly states otherwise and you separately authorize a purchase, complimentary or no-charge access does not convert into a paid purchase or authorize a future charge.

An offer does not create a right to future offers, price matching, extensions, refunds, credits, cash value, transferability, or the same offer for another account or purchase period.

Cuddle may modify, limit, withdraw, or discontinue an offer prospectively, subject to law and terms governing access already granted or a completed purchase.

4.4 Prospective Price Changes and No Individual Risk-Based Pricing

Cuddle may change publicly offered prices, packages, access periods, feature bundles, promotions, payment methods, checkout flows, or product disclosures prospectively.

A later change does not alter a completed purchase, increase an authorized one-time charge, shorten an active purchased access period, or create a right to a price match, refund, credit, extension, or replacement unless required by law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, or Cuddle’s written approval.

Cuddle does not use fraud-prevention, payment-risk, safety, moderation, account-review, account-history, eligibility, device, location, or similar risk information to personalize the price charged to an individual user.

4.5 Billing Descriptor, Receipts, and Records

For direct Cuddle purchases, the statement descriptor disclosed at checkout and in receipts is intended to be “CUDDLE.”

A payment processor, payment-method provider, bank, card issuer, or card network may abbreviate, format, delay, prefix, suffix, or otherwise display the descriptor differently. The descriptor may not show the product or access period.

Cuddle may provide a receipt or purchase record showing the product, access period, amount charged, currency, applicable taxes, purchase date, activation and expiration information, transaction or receipt identifiers, and billing descriptor.

Keep your receipt and purchase records. If you do not recognize a charge, contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Cuddle may retain purchase, tax, accounting, billing, receipt, refund, cancellation, chargeback, dispute, fraud-prevention, and payment-risk records under the Privacy Policy and law.

Nothing here authorizes Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, or user-to-user transfers of value.

5. Payment Processors, Payment Methods, and Card Information

5.1 Authorized Payment Participants

Cuddle may use authorized payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card issuers, card networks, fraud-prevention providers, payment-risk providers, tax providers, accounting providers, and dispute participants to support Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout and related purchase, billing, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, and payment-dispute processes.

These parties may help authenticate, authorize, process, settle, decline, delay, reverse, refund, secure, monitor, record, or dispute a transaction. They may also help detect unauthorized payment use, card testing, payment-method testing, account takeover, transaction laundering, sanctions risk, refund or chargeback abuse, Prohibited Payments, and other misuse.

A payment participant does not become the contracting seller merely because it supports a Cuddle transaction. Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle remains the contracting seller for direct purchases unless a legally required purchase-specific disclosure states otherwise.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Cuddle decides which payment methods are made available for direct Premium purchases.

Accepted methods may vary based on account status, state, device, browser, payment participant, technical availability, fraud-prevention controls, payment risk, legal requirements, network rules, bank requirements, provider requirements, and operational needs.

Displaying a payment method does not guarantee that it will be accepted for a particular transaction. A method may be authenticated, declined, delayed, restricted, blocked, removed, or made unavailable by Cuddle or a payment participant.

You represent that you are the payment-method holder or are authorized to use the selected method and that you will not use it for unauthorized payment use, card testing, transaction laundering, Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other misuse.

5.3 Processor-Hosted or Processor-Approved Fields

Full payment card details must be submitted directly through processor-hosted or processor-approved payment fields or flows.

Full card numbers and card security codes are not intended to be received or stored on Cuddle-controlled systems.

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, full bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or wallet credentials through ordinary email, in-Service messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

Section 12 provides additional rules for sensitive information and limited account-review materials.

5.4 Limited Payment and Transaction Information

Cuddle may receive limited information made available by payment participants, including:

  • payment-method type and limited payment-method details;
  • billing name, address, or ZIP code;
  • transaction, authorization, order, receipt, or settlement identifiers;
  • authorization, settlement, failure, reversal, or refund status;
  • billing-descriptor information;
  • chargeback or payment-dispute information;
  • device, browser, IP-address, session, fraud-prevention, or payment-risk information; and
  • related support, tax, accounting, or audit records.

The exact information received depends on the provider, payment method, transaction, and applicable payment rules.

5.5 Provider Terms and Transaction Decisions

Payment participants may process information under their own terms, privacy practices, security procedures, bank requirements, card-network rules, dispute procedures, and legal obligations.

Cuddle and payment participants may require authentication or additional information and may approve, decline, delay, restrict, reverse, or refund a transaction as permitted by law and applicable payment rules.

Cuddle does not guarantee that a payment method, processor, bank, card network, or transaction will remain available or be accepted.

5.6 No Separate Purchase Channel or Financial Service

A payment-participant relationship does not create an external Cuddle purchase channel and does not authorize user-provided payment links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, invoices, or third-party listings.

Nothing in this Section provides user-to-user payments, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, payment facilitation, marketplace payments, money transmission, banking, lending, brokerage, or other financial services.

6. Digital Delivery, Activation, Daily First-Like Allowance, Access Period, and Expiration

6.1 Digital Delivery

Premium is digitally delivered by activating or making available Cuddle-operated First-Like functionality for the eligible Cuddle account identified at checkout.

Cuddle does not physically ship goods for Premium. Premium is account-level digital access only and does not include tangible goods, stored value, a wallet balance, virtual credits, a gift card, cryptocurrency, a payment instrument, a financial product, or a service provided by another member.

Premium access is personal to the eligible account and may not be transferred to another account or person.

6.2 Activation Timing

Purchased Premium generally begins when payment is authorized and Cuddle activates Premium for the eligible account.

Checkout, the receipt, the Service, an email confirmation, or another purchase record may show the purchase date, activation date and time, expiration date and time, access period, daily allowance, and related status information.

A payment attempt, pending authorization, checkout submission, receipt, or in-Service notice does not by itself guarantee final activation if the transaction is declined, delayed, reversed, refunded, disputed, restricted, or otherwise not completed.

6.3 Activation Delays and Later Adjustments

Activation may be immediate or delayed for payment processing, payment authentication, fraud-prevention review, payment-risk review, eligibility or account-ownership review, limited account review where reasonably necessary, technical processing, provider processing, bank or card-network review, sanctions screening, legal compliance, operational reasons, or Service availability.

If Cuddle activates Premium before final settlement or while a review is pending, Cuddle may later restrict, suspend, revoke, expire, refund, or otherwise adjust access if the transaction is declined, reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, determined unauthorized, connected to fraud or prohibited activity, or otherwise creates material payment, safety, legal, or compliance risk.

Any refund or access adjustment remains subject to Section 8, applicable purchase-specific terms, and non-waivable law.

6.4 Daily First-Like Allowance and Reset

Premium currently includes a plan-based allowance of ten (10) First Likes per day.

The applicable daily reset schedule and the treatment of failed, blocked, reversed, duplicate, restricted, or technically incomplete attempts will be displayed before purchase and may also appear in the Service, receipt, or an applicable product disclosure.

Cuddle may maintain records of First-Like usage, remaining allowance, reset timing, attempted actions, and related technical status to administer Premium and resolve support or billing issues.

Premium does not guarantee that a First Like will be delivered, viewed, retained, answered, or result in an Incoming Like, Like Back, Match, message, meeting, date, relationship, or other outcome.

6.5 Thirty-Day Access Period

Purchased Premium is provided for one thirty-day, fixed-term, non-renewing access period.

The access period is tied to the account and purchase for which Premium was activated. Premium remains subject to eligibility, account status, applicable restrictions, the Terms of Service, these Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, and applicable law.

Cuddle may use checkout, payment-authorization, receipt, activation, usage, expiration, support, fraud-prevention, and payment-risk records to determine whether Premium has been activated, limited, suspended, revoked, refunded, expired, or otherwise adjusted.

6.6 Expiration and Return to Free Access

Premium expires automatically at the expiration date and time displayed at checkout, in the receipt, in the Service, or in another purchase record.

At expiration, Premium First-Like access ends and the account returns to eligible Free Access, subject to account status and applicable restrictions.

Premium expiration does not, by itself, remove an existing Match, delete an existing conversation, remove an Incoming Like, prevent an eligible Like Back, or prevent eligible Matched-Member Messaging through Free Access.

Expiration does not create an additional charge. Cuddle will not automatically charge the payment method again. Continued purchased Premium access requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

6.7 Technical Non-Delivery and Support

If purchased Premium is not activated or becomes materially unavailable because of a Cuddle-controlled technical error, Section 8 governs any restoration, refund, or access adjustment.

For activation, expiration, allowance, or access questions, contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, or consumer-protection right.

7. No Subscriptions, No Automatic Renewal, No Automatic Repurchase, and No External Purchase Channels

7.1 Current Non-Renewing Purchase Model

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic repurchase, or automatic trial-to-paid conversion.

Each purchased Premium access period is a separate, one-time transaction for thirty-day, fixed-term, non-renewing digital access.

A completed purchase authorizes only the single charge displayed at checkout. It does not authorize Cuddle to charge the same payment method again when the access period ends.

7.2 Automatic Expiration and No Renewal Cancellation Required

Purchased Premium expires automatically at the expiration date and time shown at checkout, in the receipt, in the Service, or in another purchase record.

No cancellation is required to prevent a future renewal charge because purchased Premium does not automatically renew.

At expiration, Premium First-Like access ends and the account returns to eligible Free Access, subject to account status and applicable restrictions.

Premium expiration does not, by itself, remove existing Matches, delete conversations, remove eligible Incoming Likes, prevent Likes Back, or prevent eligible Matched-Member Messaging through Free Access.

7.3 New Checkout and Separate Authorization Required

Continued purchased Premium access requires:

  • a new checkout transaction;
  • a current display of the applicable product, price, access period, functionality, allowance, any applicable taxes, and other material terms; and
  • a separate payment authorization.

Cuddle will not automatically repurchase Premium, extend purchased access for a charge, convert expired access into another paid period, or charge for a later period based only on a prior purchase or stored payment method.

A stored or previously used payment method does not itself authorize another charge.

7.4 No Automatic Conversion from No-Charge Access

Promotional, complimentary, preview, or product-test access does not automatically convert into a paid purchase.

Unless Cuddle clearly displays a purchase and you separately authorize payment, the end of no-charge or discounted access does not create a charge, subscription, renewal, repurchase, or paid extension.

Promotional or complimentary access may expire under its applicable terms without affecting eligible Free Access.

7.5 Meaning of “Cancellation”

In these Purchase Terms, “cancellation” may refer to:

  • a statutory-cancellation or rescission right;
  • a purchase-specific cancellation or refund request;
  • an account cancellation or deletion request;
  • withdrawal from an offer before payment authorization; or
  • another process required by applicable law.

Use of the term “cancellation” does not mean that Cuddle currently offers an automatically renewing subscription.

Account deletion, stopping use of Cuddle, removing a payment method, changing a communication preference, blocking another user, or allowing Premium to expire is not automatically a statutory cancellation, refund request, billing dispute, or chargeback.

7.6 No External Purchase Channels

Cuddle currently offers purchased Premium only through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.

The following are not authorized Cuddle purchase channels:

  • app stores, device platforms, or browser marketplaces;
  • user-provided payment links, QR codes, payment handles, or wallet addresses;
  • invoices or payment instructions sent by another member;
  • social-media, messaging-app, or external-platform payment requests;
  • third-party marketplaces, listings, resale offers, or transfer offers; and
  • external checkout pages not expressly made available by Cuddle.

A payment made through an unauthorized channel is not a Cuddle purchase and does not create Premium access, a Cuddle receipt, a refund obligation, or another purchase right against Cuddle, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7.7 Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable statutory-cancellation, refund, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, consumer-protection, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices and Section 9 provide additional information about applicable cancellation rights.

8. Refund Policy, Final Sale Rules, Technical Non-Delivery, and Access Adjustments

8.1 General Final Sale Rule

Except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, provided in these Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, an offer-specific or purchase-specific term, or approved by Cuddle in writing, completed direct Premium purchases are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other value.

Each purchase provides thirty-day, fixed-term, non-renewing access to Cuddle-operated First-Like functionality for the eligible account. It is not a subscription, does not automatically renew, and does not authorize a future charge.

A refund or adjustment does not create stored value, virtual credits, a transferable balance, a payout, or a cash-out right.

8.2 No Refund Guarantee for Non-Use or Outcomes

Premium does not guarantee profile views, Likes, Matches, messages, replies, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, visibility, safety, identity, truthfulness, or availability.

A refund is not guaranteed because you:

  • did not use all First Likes or the full access period;
  • did not receive an Incoming Like, Like Back, Match, message, reply, meeting, relationship, or desired result;
  • changed your mind, lost interest, stopped using Cuddle, or did not log in;
  • were dissatisfied with another member or an outcome;
  • expected functionality or a result not promised at checkout or in a product disclosure; or
  • experienced another member blocking, unmatching, deleting an account, becoming unavailable, or acting outside Cuddle’s control.

8.3 Account Deletion, Restriction, Termination, and Access Loss

Deleting or closing your account, stopping use, losing access to a device or payment method, moving outside the supported area, or failing to complete a required account review does not automatically create a refund right.

If an account or Premium is restricted, suspended, terminated, revoked, delayed, or unavailable because of ineligibility, safety review, moderation, fraud risk, payment risk, prohibited activity, circumvention, or violation of applicable terms, unused access is not automatically refundable, transferable, replaceable, or extendable.

This does not limit a remedy required by law or a controlling purchase-specific term.

8.4 Technical Non-Delivery and Cuddle-Controlled Errors

If purchased Premium is not activated, or becomes materially unavailable because of a Cuddle-controlled technical error, Cuddle may first attempt to restore access, reactivate Premium, correct the affected record, or provide an access adjustment.

If Cuddle cannot restore the purchased access within a reasonable period, Cuddle will provide an appropriate refund or access adjustment as required by law and the applicable purchase terms.

A remedy may reflect the nature, duration, and effect of the issue and may include reactivation, an extension, a full or partial refund, or another reasonable adjustment. This provision does not guarantee a refund for issues not caused by a Cuddle-controlled technical error, except where law requires otherwise.

8.5 Refund and Access-Adjustment Requests

For refund or access-adjustment requests involving a Cuddle purchase, contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Include enough information to identify the account and transaction, including the account email, transaction or receipt identifier, charge date, amount, billing descriptor, and reason.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or adjustment, pause or extend Premium, prevent expiration, restore or delete an account, resolve a chargeback or payment dispute, reverse an unauthorized-transaction claim, or create a statutory-cancellation right.

Cuddle may request information reasonably necessary to confirm account ownership, purchase details, request validity, fraud or payment risk, or legal eligibility. Section 12 governs sensitive information and review materials.

8.6 Approved Refunds and Access Adjustments

If Cuddle approves or must provide a refund, the amount and method may depend on law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, transaction status, access provided, payment rules, processor capabilities, and the facts.

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where feasible.

Posting time may depend on the processor, bank, card issuer, card network, or payment method. Cuddle does not control when another participant posts the refund.

Applicable taxes are handled under applicable law and checkout disclosures. Currency-conversion charges or other charges imposed independently by a payment processor, payment-method provider, bank, card issuer, or card network are governed by that participant’s terms and applicable payment rules.

Cuddle does not currently charge a separate service fee or processing fee for a Premium purchase.

8.7 Courtesy Resolutions, Abuse, and No Waiver

Where permitted, Cuddle may provide a full or partial refund, access extension, or one-time accommodation.

A courtesy resolution does not admit liability, waive these Purchase Terms, change the final sale rule, guarantee a future remedy, or create cash value, a transferable balance, or wallet functionality.

Knowingly false, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, or bad-faith refund requests, cancellation requests, chargebacks, payment disputes, or evidence submissions are prohibited. Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable payment or consumer right is not prohibited.

8.8 Statutory Rights and Relationship to Other Terms

Section 9 and the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices address statutory cancellation, rescission, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, military-related, hospitalization-related, dating-service, social-referral-service, and other non-waivable rights.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, consumer-protection, court-access, or other right under law.

No refund, adjustment, support response, chargeback, payment dispute, or cancellation process authorizes Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

9. Statutory Cancellation and State-Specific Rights

9.1 Overview

Certain United States laws may provide cancellation, rescission, refund, pause, notice, disclosure, or related rights for dating-service, social-referral-service, consumer, payment, disability, death, relocation, military, hospitalization, accessibility, or other legally recognized circumstances.

Where such a right applies, Cuddle will honor it to the extent required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, these Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, or the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices.

Not every state-specific right applies to every user, account, purchase, access period, request, or circumstance. Applicability may depend on state of residence, billing address, checkout location, place of contract formation, place of use, purchase date, access period, product type, payment method, timing, and other legally relevant facts.

A state-specific notice, statutory-cancellation process, or legal reference does not mean that every right applies or that Cuddle concedes a law applies.

9.2 Current Purchase Model Remains Controlling

Cuddle currently offers purchased Premium only as thirty-day, fixed-term, non-renewing digital access through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic repurchase, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, or external purchase channels.

No cancellation is required to stop a future renewal charge because Premium does not automatically renew. A statutory-cancellation request or reference to subscription, renewal, online cancellation, cooling-off, rescission, pause, or similar legal terminology does not create a subscription, recurring billing plan, automatic renewal, future charge, or external purchase channel.

9.3 How to Submit a Statutory-Cancellation Request

For a statutory-cancellation request or another cancellation right provided by law, contact:

cancellations@cuddle-global.com

Clearly state that you are exercising a statutory, state-specific, rescission, dating-service, social-referral-service, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, military-related, hospitalization-related, or other legal cancellation right.

Include enough information to identify:

  • the account and purchase;
  • the email address or phone number associated with the account;
  • the transaction or receipt identifier;
  • the purchase date and charge date;
  • the amount, currency, and payment-method type;
  • the CUDDLE descriptor or other descriptor shown on the statement;
  • the state of residence where relevant; and
  • the cancellation right or circumstance you believe applies.

If you act for another person, include enough information to show your authority. Cuddle may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm the account, purchase, requester authority, event, timing, eligibility, legal basis, fraud risk, payment risk, or request validity.

9.4 Timing, Effectiveness, and Records

Some cancellation rights have strict deadlines. Submit the request within the period and by the method required by law, checkout disclosure, purchase-specific term, or state notice.

Cuddle may use the date and time received, channel used, request content, and related records to determine whether a request was timely and effective.

If a request is timely and valid, Cuddle will provide the cancellation, full or partial refund, pro rata refund, access adjustment, or other remedy required by law or controlling terms.

If a request is incomplete, unclear, unsupported, sent to the wrong channel, late, submitted by an unauthorized person, inconsistent with records, or not covered by a legal or purchase-specific right, Cuddle may request clarification, limit or deny the request, or process it as an ordinary billing or refund request where permitted by law.

Cuddle may retain request, authority, purchase, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, dispute, and legal records under the Privacy Policy and law.

9.5 Death, Disability, Relocation, Military Service, and Similar Requests

Applicable law or purchase-specific terms may provide cancellation, refund, suspension, pause, extension, or related rights if a user dies, becomes disabled, relocates, enters military service, is hospitalized, or experiences another legally recognized circumstance.

The user or an authorized representative may submit the initial request through the channel above or another method required by law.

Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the initial email. If supporting documents are reasonably necessary, Cuddle will provide request-specific submission instructions. Section 12 governs sensitive information and account-review materials.

Nothing here makes an account, profile, Premium access, purchase, refund right, statutory-cancellation right, or personal license transferable unless law or Cuddle’s written terms require otherwise.

9.6 Other Requests Are Not Automatically Statutory Cancellation

A general support request, ordinary refund request, billing question, account-deletion request, privacy request, safety report, chargeback, payment dispute, billing-error claim, unauthorized-transaction claim, or communication to another channel is not automatically a statutory-cancellation request unless it clearly exercises a legal cancellation right or law requires otherwise.

Account deletion does not automatically reverse a completed purchase, create a refund, or resolve a billing or payment dispute.

9.7 Priority and Non-Waivable Rights

The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, a more specific checkout disclosure, purchase-specific term, state notice, and applicable law control the subjects they specifically address.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, rescission, dating-service, social-referral-service, death-related, disability-related, relocation-related, military-related, hospitalization-related, payment, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, privacy, accessibility, consumer-protection, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under law.

No cancellation right, refund, notice, support response, state-specific process, or legal remedy authorizes Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

10. Billing Errors, Unauthorized Transactions, Chargebacks, and Payment Disputes

10.1 Overview and Good-Faith Rights

This Section explains how Cuddle handles duplicate-charge concerns, billing errors, unauthorized-transaction claims, chargebacks, reversals, retrieval requests, payment disputes, and related communications.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits a non-waivable right to report such a matter to a payment processor, payment-method provider, card issuer, bank, card network, regulator, Attorney General, court, or other lawful body.

Good-faith exercise of a payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, or consumer-protection right is not prohibited. Cuddle will not retaliate solely because you exercise such a right in good faith.

10.2 Contacting Cuddle

For billing questions, refund requests, duplicate- or unauthorized-charge concerns, chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment-support questions, contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Include enough information to identify the account and transaction, including the account email, transaction or receipt identifier, charge date, amount, billing descriptor, and reason.

Do not send full payment card details, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, identity-document images, government identification, photo or selfie review materials, private keys, medical records, information about minors, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email, messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

If Cuddle requests limited account-review materials, use only the authenticated review flow described in Section 12.

Contacting Cuddle does not extend a deadline imposed by law or a payment participant.

10.3 Duplicate Charges, Billing Errors, and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a Cuddle charge is duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise disputed, you may contact Cuddle and use any applicable payment-provider right.

Cuddle may review account, checkout, authorization, receipt, activation, Premium-usage, refund, device, session, support, fraud-prevention, and payment-risk records relevant to the concern.

Where appropriate, Cuddle may correct a record, restore access, issue a refund or adjustment, explain a pending or reversed authorization, or refer you to the payment participant controlling the process.

A pending authorization, temporary hold, failed attempt, reversal, or delayed posting may appear differently from a completed charge. The applicable bank or payment provider controls how and when those entries appear.

10.4 Chargebacks and Payment-Provider Procedures

You may use any chargeback, reversal, retrieval, dispute, or unauthorized-transaction procedure available under law or your agreement with a payment participant.

Using such a procedure does not automatically resolve every issue between you and Cuddle or replace a separate refund or statutory-cancellation process where one applies.

You may not knowingly obtain duplicate recovery for the same charge. If both Cuddle and a payment participant provide a refund or reversal, Cuddle may cooperate with the participant or make a lawful adjustment to prevent duplicate recovery.

10.5 Records and Disclosures

To investigate, document, or respond to a billing issue or payment dispute, Cuddle may use and disclose information reasonably relevant to the matter.

This may include account and contact information; checkout and authorization records; product, price, currency, and thirty-day access information; receipts and billing descriptors; activation, expiration, and First-Like usage records; refund and cancellation records; device, browser, IP-address, and session information; support communications; fraud-prevention and payment-risk records; and related evidence.

Recipients may include payment processors, payment-method providers, acquiring or issuing banks, card networks, fraud-prevention or payment-risk providers, professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other lawful recipients.

10.6 Effects and Outcomes

A chargeback, reversal, unauthorized-transaction claim, or payment dispute may affect transaction or refund status, checkout access, payment-method availability, Premium, and related records.

If a charge is reversed, refunded, or determined unauthorized, Cuddle may remove, expire, restrict, or adjust Premium associated with that charge where permitted by law.

Cuddle does not control a payment participant’s timing, investigation, evidentiary requirements, or final decision.

10.7 False or Bad-Faith Claims

Knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, or bad-faith claims or evidence submissions are prohibited.

Where permitted, Cuddle may preserve records, respond to the claim, restrict checkout or payment methods, limit Premium, suspend or terminate an account, cooperate with payment participants or lawful authorities, and take other action under applicable terms and law.

A claim is not false or abusive merely because Cuddle disagrees with it or a payment participant decides against the claimant.

10.8 Relationship to Other Terms and Non-Waivable Rights

A billing inquiry, chargeback, or payment dispute is not automatically a Notice of Dispute under Section 15 of the Terms and does not automatically start, extend, or satisfy another deadline.

This Section is supplemented by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, payment-participant rules, and law.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, payment-dispute, consumer-protection, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right.

11. Payment Risk, Fraud Prevention, Transaction Controls, and Limited Account Review

11.1 Overview

Cuddle may use fraud-prevention, payment-risk, account-integrity, security, moderation, support, and enforcement controls to protect users, Cuddle, payment participants, service providers, banks, card networks, and the Service.

These controls may apply before, during, or after checkout; during Premium activation, use, restriction, expiration, refund, or adjustment; and in connection with statutory-cancellation requests, billing-error claims, unauthorized-transaction claims, chargebacks, payment disputes, account recovery, safety reports, moderation, or enforcement.

Cuddle may use account, checkout, authorization, billing, receipt, activation, usage, expiration, refund, cancellation, chargeback, dispute, support, device, browser, IP-address, session, approximate-location, payment-method, safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, review, and enforcement records for these purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11.2 Risk Signals and Review Triggers

Cuddle may review a transaction, payment method, account, device, session, Premium access period, request, or related activity where Cuddle reasonably believes material risk may exist.

Risk may include:

  • unauthorized payment use or payment-method misuse;
  • card testing or payment-method testing;
  • account takeover, credential misuse, or suspicious account recovery;
  • fake accounts, account farming, bots, impersonation, or coordinated activity;
  • billing inconsistencies, unusual device or network activity, or location evasion;
  • refund, statutory-cancellation, promotion, or chargeback abuse;
  • transaction laundering, sanctions risk, or prohibited-party activity;
  • Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, or marketplace activity; or
  • attempts to evade eligibility, account, safety, moderation, payment, or enforcement controls.

A risk signal does not necessarily establish fraud or wrongdoing. Cuddle may consider multiple records, context, available evidence, payment-participant information, and applicable legal requirements.

11.3 Transaction and Payment-Method Controls

Where permitted by law, Cuddle and payment participants may authenticate, approve, decline, delay, cancel, reverse, refund, restrict, condition, or review a transaction.

Cuddle may also:

  • request additional account, billing, payment, or transaction information;
  • require payment-method, account-ownership, eligibility, or limited account review;
  • block or restrict a payment method;
  • limit or disable checkout;
  • delay, restrict, revoke, expire, or adjust Premium;
  • preserve relevant records;
  • restrict related accounts, devices, browsers, IP addresses, sessions, or access points;
  • suspend or terminate an account; or
  • take another action permitted by applicable terms, payment rules, or law.

A transaction may be reviewed even if checkout was displayed, payment information was entered, an authorization is pending, a receipt was generated, or Premium was temporarily activated.

If a transaction is declined, reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, determined unauthorized, or otherwise not completed, Cuddle may withhold, remove, expire, restrict, or adjust the related Premium access.

11.4 Limited, Risk-Based Account Review

Cuddle does not routinely require identity-document review, government ID review, or photo or selfie review for every user or every purchase.

In limited, risk-based circumstances, Cuddle may request one or more of these reviews where reasonably necessary to address suspected impersonation, fraud, account farming, prohibited commercial activity, payment risk, account recovery, account integrity, legal or privacy compliance, moderation, or enforcement.

Review materials must be submitted only through the authenticated review flow made available through the Service. Section 12 provides additional submission and sensitive-information rules.

While information is pending or a material risk remains unresolved, Cuddle may delay or decline checkout, restrict a payment method, limit Premium, or maintain other account restrictions.

A completed review does not guarantee identity, payment authority, account ownership, eligibility, safety, truthfulness, or future conduct.

11.5 Payment Participants and Lawful Cooperation

Cuddle may receive and act on risk information, rules, requirements, or requests from payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card issuers, card networks, fraud-prevention providers, payment-risk providers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other lawful recipients.

Those parties may make independent authorization, settlement, refund, reversal, chargeback, dispute, account, or payment-method decisions under their own rules and legal obligations. Cuddle does not control every such decision or its timing.

Cuddle may use or disclose information reasonably relevant to prevent fraud, protect users and the Service, respond to a payment dispute, comply with law, preserve evidence, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

11.6 Records, Limits, and Non-Waivable Rights

Cuddle may retain transaction, review, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, restriction, refund, chargeback, dispute, and enforcement records as described in the Privacy Policy and permitted by law.

Cuddle is not required to disclose confidential detection methods, risk thresholds, internal rules, security logic, or information that could facilitate circumvention, except where law requires otherwise.

Fraud-prevention and payment-risk controls may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or circumvented and do not guarantee that every unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, prohibited, or disputed transaction will be detected or prevented.

Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, privacy, or consumer-protection right is not prohibited.

Nothing in this Section authorizes Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

12. Sensitive Information, Account Review, and Authenticated Review Flow

12.1 Overview

This Section explains how sensitive information and limited account-review materials must be handled in connection with checkout, purchases, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, payment risk, account recovery, and related requests.

The Privacy Policy governs Cuddle’s processing of personal information.

12.2 Do Not Use Ordinary Channels for Sensitive Information

Do not send or submit the following through ordinary email, general support channels, in-Service messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, Typeform, or mail:

  • full payment card numbers or card security codes;
  • full bank credentials;
  • passwords or authentication codes;
  • private keys or wallet credentials;
  • identity-document images;
  • government identification;
  • photo or selfie review materials;
  • medical records;
  • information about minors; or
  • other highly sensitive information.

Full payment card details must be submitted only through processor-hosted or processor-approved payment fields or flows.

Using an unauthorized channel may delay review, create privacy or security risk, and may not satisfy a deadline unless law requires otherwise or Cuddle accepts the submission in writing.

12.3 Limited, Risk-Based Account Review

Cuddle does not routinely require an identity-document review, government ID review, or photo or selfie review for every user, purchase, refund request, cancellation request, chargeback, or payment dispute.

In limited, risk-based circumstances, Cuddle may request one or more of these reviews where reasonably necessary to confirm account ownership, payment authority, request validity, eligibility, account recovery, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, account integrity, legal or privacy compliance, moderation, or enforcement.

Not every user or request is subject to review. Cuddle may limit, delay, or decline checkout, Premium activation, a refund, an access adjustment, or another request while material information remains pending or unresolved, subject to law.

12.4 Authenticated Review Flow

Where Cuddle requests account-review materials, the materials must be submitted only through the authenticated review flow made available through the Service.

The authenticated review flow is not a payment channel and must not be used for full payment card details, bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, or unrelated sensitive information.

Cuddle may send review notice to the email address associated with the account or through another account communication channel. The notice may explain the requested materials, deadline, restrictions, and next steps.

12.5 Use, Access, and Retention

Cuddle uses account-review materials only for the applicable review and related safety, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, account-integrity, compliance, moderation, enforcement, dispute, or legal purposes described at collection.

Access may be limited to authorized personnel and systems with an operational need.

After the review and related operational, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal needs are resolved, Cuddle places submitted review images into its operational deletion process. Deletion may be subject to reasonable processing periods, backup cycles, legal holds, law, and operational requirements.

Cuddle may retain a limited review-result record, such as the review type, result or status, completion date, internal reference or reason code, account identifier, and whether another review is required.

12.6 Other Supporting Documents

For a statutory-cancellation, death-related, disability-related, relocation-related, military-related, hospitalization-related, authorized-agent, or similar request, Cuddle may request supporting documents where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

Do not attach unnecessary sensitive documents to the initial email. Cuddle will provide request-specific submission instructions if supporting documents are needed.

12.7 Review Limits and Non-Waivable Rights

A completed review does not guarantee identity, payment authority, account ownership, eligibility, truthfulness, safety, or future conduct and is not a criminal background check or safety clearance.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, privacy, consumer-protection, court-access, or other right under law.

13. No Cash Value, No User Payments, No Prohibited Services

13.1 Paid Access Is Service Functionality Only

Premium is a one-time purchase providing limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality for a fixed 30-day, non-renewing period.

Premium is not money, electronic money, stored or prepaid value, a wallet or wallet balance, virtual credit, a gift card, a cash equivalent, cryptocurrency, a digital asset, a payment instrument, a deposit, a security, a financial account, or a financial product or service.

A purchase, expiration, restriction, refund, reversal, chargeback, or dispute does not create a cash balance, ownership interest, payout right, redemption right, transfer right, or future-purchase credit, except to the extent a remedy is required by applicable law.

13.2 No Transfer, Resale, Cash-Out, or Redemption

Premium access is personal to the eligible account for which it is purchased. It may not be sold, resold, assigned, transferred, traded, exchanged, rented, sublicensed, cashed out, redeemed for money or value, converted into credits, gift cards, or cryptocurrency, or used as consideration for anything.

A refund, courtesy adjustment, statutory cancellation, chargeback, or payment dispute does not create stored value, wallet functionality, transferable credit, cash-out value, or a reusable account balance.

13.3 No User-to-User Payments or Monetization

Payments through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated Premium functionality. They are not payments to, for, or on behalf of another user.

Cuddle does not provide or authorize user-to-user payments, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payouts, revenue sharing, creator monetization, paid access to users, paid messages, paid interactions, paid meetings, or payment or value in exchange for another user’s attention, content, conversation, companionship, availability, date, intimacy, or conduct.

13.4 No Marketplace, Payment-Facilitation, or Financial-Service Role

Cuddle is not a marketplace, payment facilitator, merchant aggregator, escrow agent, money transmitter, remittance provider, stored-value provider, wallet provider, cryptocurrency service, bank, lender, broker, insurer, or other financial-services provider.

Cuddle does not process payments for third-party goods or services, hold or custody user funds, split or route payments, settle or disburse user funds, or provide merchant accounts, sub-merchants, seller accounts, or seller payouts.

Cuddle does not issue or maintain user balances, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, prepaid instruments, cryptocurrency, digital assets, payment links, QR-code payments, or similar payment functionality.

13.5 No External Payment Requests or Prohibited Services

Users may not use Cuddle profiles, photos, messages, links, usernames, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, coded language, or off-Service communications connected to Cuddle to request, arrange, advertise, facilitate, disguise, or complete payments or transfers of money or value.

External transfers are not Cuddle purchases. Cuddle does not process, hold, guarantee, reverse, refund, mediate, or recover money or value sent to another user or third party outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.

No purchase, refund, statutory-cancellation process, chargeback, payment dispute, or payment-risk review authorizes adult content monetization, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings, trafficking, exploitation, scams, gambling, unlawful goods or services, or activity prohibited by the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy.

If another user requests money or value, do not proceed and report the account through the Service.

13.6 Enforcement and Non-Waivable Rights

Cuddle may decline, cancel, refund, or reverse transactions; restrict or revoke Premium access; block payment methods; preserve relevant records; suspend or terminate accounts; and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law where Cuddle reasonably suspects prohibited payments, payment abuse, transaction laundering, fraud, or prohibited services.

Nothing in this Section limits any good-faith exercise of a non-waivable right concerning refunds, statutory cancellation, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, consumer protection, court access, public injunctive relief, or another right under applicable law.

14. Contact Channels, Records, Changes, and Non-Waivable Rights

14.1 Official Purchase-Related Contact Channels

For billing, refunds, duplicate or unrecognized charges, unauthorized-transaction concerns, chargebacks, payment disputes, or purchase support, contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

For statutory cancellation or another cancellation right provided by law, contact:

cancellations@cuddle-global.com

For privacy or data-rights requests, contact:

privacy@cuddle-global.com

For general support, contact:

support@cuddle-global.com

For formal legal notices, contact:

legal@cuddle-global.com

A general support message is not automatically a refund request, statutory-cancellation request, payment dispute, privacy request, Notice of Dispute, or legal notice. Use the specific method required by applicable Cuddle terms, checkout disclosures, payment-participant rules, court rules, or law.

Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, or identity-document images through ordinary email. Use only the authenticated review flow or specific method provided for that request.

14.2 Records, Receipts, and Evidence

Cuddle may create, use, preserve, disclose, and retain records relating to checkout, payment authorization, purchases, receipts, billing descriptors, activation, expiration, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, support, account review, and enforcement.

Records may include account identifiers, purchase date, Premium access period, amount, currency, applicable taxes, payment-method type, limited payment details, receipt or transaction identifiers, billing descriptor, activation and expiration times, refund or dispute status, communications, device or IP-address information, and fraud-prevention or payment-risk signals.

Cuddle may use these records to document authorization, provide receipts, activate or expire Premium, process requests, respond to disputes, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, satisfy tax, accounting, and legal obligations, enforce applicable terms, and protect users, Cuddle, and payment participants.

Relevant electronic records may be used as evidence to the extent permitted by law.

14.3 Changes to These Purchase Terms

Cuddle may update these Purchase Terms. For a material change, Cuddle will update the Effective Date and provide notice where required by law. Cuddle will follow any legally required advance-notice, consent, acknowledgment, or other process.

Unless law requires otherwise, updated Purchase Terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance, but an update will not retroactively reduce rights relating to a completed purchase where prohibited by law. If you disagree, stop using the Service, except for lawful communications concerning an existing account or purchase.

Premium is currently a fixed 30-day, non-renewing purchase. Before offering subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or another materially different purchase model, Cuddle will update applicable pricing, checkout disclosures, product disclosures, and governing terms.

14.4 Relationship and Priority

These Purchase Terms are supplemented by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Paid Features Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, payment-participant rules, and applicable law.

These Purchase Terms control payment authorization, prices, taxes, billing descriptors, receipts, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, payment-risk controls, and checkout matters. The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing. The Paid Features Terms control Premium functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, non-transferability, and no cash value. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited payments, services, commerce, monetization, and transfers of value.

More specific state notices and non-waivable law control where required.

14.5 Non-Waivable Rights and No Prohibited Use

Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, privacy, safety, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

No contact channel, record, receipt, update, support response, refund, cancellation process, chargeback, payment dispute, account review, service-provider relationship, or legal process authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.
