Cuddle Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

1. Introduction, Scope, and Relationship to Other Terms

1.1 Purpose of These Purchase Terms

These Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms (“Purchase Terms”) explain the rules that apply to Cuddle purchases, billing, checkout, payment authorization, digital delivery, activation, expiration, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, payment-risk controls, records, and purchase-related support.

These Purchase Terms apply when you view pricing, use checkout, authorize a payment, purchase or use a Paid Feature, receive a receipt, request billing support, request a refund, submit a statutory-cancellation request, dispute a charge, participate in a chargeback or payment-dispute process, or otherwise interact with Cuddle about a purchase.

These Purchase Terms are written for Cuddle’s current purchase model. Cuddle currently offers Paid Features only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

1.2 Cuddle Operator and Relationship to the Terms

Cuddle is operated by Third Hub US, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Cuddle (“Cuddle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Purchase Terms are Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service and are incorporated into the Terms to the extent applicable. By completing checkout, authorizing payment, purchasing or using a Paid Feature, requesting purchase support, requesting a refund, submitting a statutory-cancellation request, disputing a charge, or otherwise interacting with a purchase, you agree to these Purchase Terms and the applicable Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and notices.

The Terms of Service govern general Service access, eligibility, accounts, user conduct, content, safety, enforcement, dispute resolution, and general legal terms. These Purchase Terms govern purchases, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, and payment disputes.

1.3 Relationship to Other Cuddle Terms

These Purchase Terms should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Paid Features Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, Criminal Background Screening Disclosure, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Contact / Legal Notices, Cuddle Access & Pricing page, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing. The Paid Features Terms control Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, no cash value, non-transferability, promotional or complimentary access, and feature-specific restrictions. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, commerce, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, external payment requests, and user-to-user transfers of value. The State-Specific Terms and applicable law control non-waivable state-specific rights.

If a specific checkout disclosure or purchase-specific term provides a more specific rule for a completed purchase, that more specific disclosure or term controls that purchase to the extent required by law.

1.4 Current Purchase Model and No Renewal

Premium and Signature are currently offered only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing purchases. The full disclosed price is charged once at checkout. Paid access expires automatically at the end of the purchased access period.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access. Continued paid access requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

1.5 No User Payments, Stored Value, Marketplace, or Financial Services

Payments through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user and do not provide user-to-user payments, tips, donations, payouts, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, banking, lending, investment, brokerage, securities, insurance, credit, or other financial products or services.

No purchase, refund, cancellation, chargeback, payment dispute, support response, payment-risk review, service-provider relationship, payment-participant relationship, or operational process authorizes adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, prohibited services, prohibited payments, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

1.6 Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, privacy, safety, accessibility, anti-discrimination, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

2. Paid Features and Current Purchase Model

2.1 Free Access and Optional Paid Features

Cuddle may offer Free Access and optional Paid Features to eligible adults located in the United States.

“Free Access” means Cuddle-operated Service functionality that Cuddle makes available without a direct Paid Feature purchase. Free Access may include account creation, profile creation, discovery or matching features where available, limited likes or interactions, messaging where available, basic settings, reporting, blocking, account-security tools, safety tools, and support access. Free Access may be limited by eligibility, account status, location, device, browser, feature availability, product testing, safety, fraud prevention, payment-risk controls, operational needs, or law.

“Paid Features” means optional Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality made available for purchase or controlled access. Paid Features may include Premium, Signature, messaging-related functionality, daily-like access, who-liked-you visibility, filtering features, advanced filters, discovery or visibility features, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, privacy or convenience tools, promotional access, complimentary access, product tests, and other functionality described on the Cuddle Access & Pricing page, at checkout, in the Service, or in product disclosures.

2.2 Premium and Signature

Cuddle currently offers Premium and Signature only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Premium and Signature may include different functionality, limits, access periods, eligibility requirements, availability, or product features. Signature may include some Premium functionality plus additional or expanded features where disclosed.

The exact features, limits, access period, price, currency, taxes or fees, billing descriptor, activation details, expiration details, refund information, statutory-cancellation information where applicable, and other material purchase terms will be displayed on the pricing page, at checkout, in the Service, in receipts, or in applicable product disclosures.

2.3 Current Purchase Model

Each direct Paid Feature purchase is a one-time purchase. The full disclosed price is charged once at checkout for the selected access level and access period.

Paid Feature access expires automatically at the end of the purchased one-month or three-month access period. Continued paid access after expiration requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

No cancellation is required to prevent a future renewal charge because Cuddle will not automatically charge your payment method again when the purchased access period ends.

2.4 Paid Features Are Cuddle Functionality Only

Payments through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user.

Paid Features do not provide user-to-user payments, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payouts, creator payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, stored value, wallets, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, escrow, banking, lending, investment, brokerage, securities, insurance, credit, employment, housing, or other financial products or services.

Paid Features have no cash value and may not be sold, resold, assigned, transferred, traded, exchanged, redeemed for cash, redeemed for value, withdrawn, cashed out, used as consideration, used as a wallet balance, used as stored value, used to pay, tip, compensate, reimburse, or transfer value to any user or third party.

2.5 No Dating, Safety, or User Outcome Guarantee

Paid Features may improve or expand access to particular Cuddle-operated functionality, but they do not guarantee matches, likes, replies, messages, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, visibility, compatibility, companionship, safety, identity, user truthfulness, user availability, user conduct, or any result.

Paid Features do not replace reporting tools, blocking tools, user judgment, safety practices, law-enforcement reporting, emergency services, privacy choices, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, or support.

No Paid Feature authorizes adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings, creator monetization, prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

2.6 Relationship to Other Terms

The Paid Features Terms control Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, promotional or complimentary access, no cash value, non-transferability, and feature-specific restrictions.

These Purchase Terms control checkout, payment authorization, prices, taxes, billing descriptors, receipts, digital delivery, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls.

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law also apply.

3. Direct Checkout and Purchase Authorization

3.1 Authorized Direct Checkout Only

Cuddle currently accepts Paid Feature purchases only through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

A checkout flow is authorized only if it is presented by Cuddle through the Service, a Cuddle-controlled pricing page, a Cuddle-controlled checkout page, or another purchase process that Cuddle expressly makes available for Paid Features.

Cuddle does not currently offer Paid Features through an app store, browser platform, device platform, third-party marketplace, user-supplied payment link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, social-media instruction, external checkout page, invoice sent by a user, or any other external purchase channel.

Do not treat a user-provided link, payment handle, wallet address, QR code, invoice, message, profile, third-party listing, or off-Service instruction as an authorized Cuddle purchase channel.

If any person or external page claims to sell, renew, extend, upgrade, transfer, restore, or provide Cuddle access outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow, do not complete the transaction and contact billing@cuddle-global.com.

3.2 Checkout Review Before Authorization

Before you authorize payment, checkout will display the material purchase terms for the transaction.

These may include the access level, included functionality, access period, total price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, billing descriptor, payment method type, activation information, expiration information, refund information, statutory-cancellation information where applicable, and other purchase-specific terms.

You are responsible for reviewing checkout carefully before authorizing payment. Do not authorize payment unless the account, access level, access period, price, taxes or fees, payment method, billing information, and other displayed terms are correct.

A purchase confirmation, receipt, account record, email, in-Service notice, or similar record may identify the purchase terms, authorization status, activation date, expiration date and time, billing descriptor, and transaction or receipt identifier.

If there is a conflict between a general statement and the specific checkout disclosure for a completed purchase, the specific checkout disclosure controls that purchase to the extent required by law.

3.3 One-Time Payment Authorization

By confirming a purchase through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow, you authorize Cuddle and its authorized payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention vendors, and payment-risk vendors to process a one-time charge for the total amount displayed at checkout.

Each Paid Feature purchase is a separate one-time transaction. A completed purchase does not authorize Cuddle to charge your payment method again after the access period ends.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access. Continued paid access requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

You represent that you are the payment-method holder or are authorized to use the payment method, that your billing and payment information is accurate, and that you will not use checkout for unauthorized payment use, card testing, transaction laundering, prohibited payments, prohibited services, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other misuse.

3.4 Payment Authorization Is Not a User Payment

A payment through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow is a payment to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

It is not a payment to or for another user. It does not provide tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, remittance, escrow, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, banking, lending, investment, brokerage, securities, insurance, credit, or other financial products or services.

No checkout transaction authorizes adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings, creator monetization, prohibited services, prohibited payments, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

3.5 Declines, Delays, Reviews, and Purchase Completion

A payment processor, payment-method provider, bank, card network, fraud-prevention vendor, payment-risk vendor, or Cuddle may approve, decline, delay, authenticate, review, restrict, refund, reverse, or require additional information for a transaction.

Cuddle may decline, delay, cancel, restrict, refund, reverse, review, or condition a transaction where Cuddle reasonably believes the transaction or account may involve unauthorized payment use, card testing, account takeover, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, promotional abuse, transaction laundering, sanctions risk, prohibited services, prohibited payments, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, user-to-user transfers of value, or other payment risk.

A transaction is not guaranteed merely because checkout is displayed, a payment method is entered, a button is clicked, a payment is attempted, a receipt is generated, or an authorization is pending.

If a transaction is declined, delayed, reversed, refunded, or not completed, Cuddle may withhold, delay, limit, or revoke Paid Feature access, subject to applicable law and non-waivable rights.

3.6 Electronic Records and Non-Waivable Rights

Checkout actions, clickwrap records, account records, payment-authorization records, receipts, activation and expiration records, billing records, refund records, statutory-cancellation records, chargeback records, payment-dispute records, support communications, fraud-prevention records, and payment-risk records may be used to document purchase authorization, billing, access, disputes, and compliance to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, privacy, safety, consumer-protection, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.

4. Prices, Taxes, Promotions, and Billing Descriptor

4.1 Displayed Prices and Total Amount

Cuddle will display material price information for a direct Paid Feature purchase before you authorize payment.

Displayed information may include the access level, access period, base price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, total amount, payment method type, billing descriptor, activation information, expiration information, refund information, statutory-cancellation information where applicable, and other purchase-specific terms.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. The total amount shown before payment authorization is the amount you authorize for that direct purchase, subject to any later refund, reversal, chargeback, tax adjustment, billing-error remedy, unauthorized-transaction remedy, statutory-cancellation remedy, or other remedy required by law or applicable payment rules.

You are responsible for reviewing the displayed price, access period, account, payment method, billing information, and checkout terms before authorizing payment. Do not complete checkout if any material term is not correct.

4.2 Taxes, Fees, and Location-Based Calculations

Cuddle may calculate, collect, remit, or report taxes, fees, or similar charges where required or permitted by law.

Taxes or fees may depend on your billing ZIP code, state of residence, account information, approximate location, payment method, product type, access period, tax rules, payment-provider information, and other legally relevant information.

If taxes or fees apply, they may be shown separately or included in the total amount displayed at checkout, depending on the checkout flow and applicable law.

If tax treatment changes, if information provided is inaccurate, or if a tax authority, payment participant, or law requires an adjustment, Cuddle may correct records, provide a refund or charge adjustment where required, or preserve records as permitted by law.

4.3 Promotions, Discounts, Complimentary Access, and Tests

Cuddle may offer promotions, discounts, introductory pricing, complimentary access, product tests, limited-time offers, or other offer-specific terms.

These offers may have eligibility requirements, duration limits, feature limits, access limits, state limits, account limits, payment-method requirements, expiration dates, anti-abuse rules, and other conditions disclosed with the offer or at checkout.

A promotion or complimentary access does not create a right to future promotions, future complimentary access, a price match, an extension, a refund, cash value, transferability, or the same offer for another account, user, access level, payment method, or purchase period.

Cuddle may modify, withdraw, limit, or discontinue promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law and purchase-specific terms for completed purchases.

4.4 Price Changes and No Individual Risk-Based Pricing

Cuddle may change publicly offered prices, packages, access periods, feature bundles, promotions, payment methods, checkout flows, or product disclosures prospectively.

A prospective price or feature change does not alter a completed purchase, increase an authorized one-time charge, shorten an already purchased access period, or create a right to a price match, refund, credit, extension, or replacement unless required by law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, or Cuddle’s written approval.

Prices for publicly offered Paid Features vary only by access level, access period, clearly disclosed promotion, and applicable taxes or fees.

Cuddle does not use fraud-prevention, payment-risk, safety, moderation, verification, account-history, eligibility, device, location, or similar risk signals to personalize the price charged to an individual user.

4.5 Billing Descriptor, Receipts, and Records

Your bank, card issuer, payment method, or statement may show a billing descriptor associated with Cuddle, Third Hub US, Inc., a payment processor, or another descriptor disclosed at checkout or in a receipt.

A billing descriptor may not display the full product name, access level, or purchase details. Keep your receipt and account records for reference.

Cuddle may provide a receipt, purchase confirmation, email, account record, in-Service notice, or other record showing the access level, access period, amount charged, purchase date, activation date, expiration date and time, transaction identifier, receipt identifier, billing descriptor, and other material purchase information.

Cuddle may retain purchase, tax, accounting, billing, receipt, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, dispute, fraud-prevention, and payment-risk records as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

A displayed price, billing descriptor, receipt, promotion, refund, chargeback, or tax adjustment never authorizes prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers, marketplace activity, financial services, or prohibited services.

5. Payment Processors, Payment Methods, and Card Information

5.1 Authorized Payment Participants

Cuddle uses authorized third-party payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention vendors, payment-risk vendors, tax providers, accounting providers, support providers, and dispute participants to support Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow and related purchase, billing, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, and payment-dispute processes.

These parties may help authorize, authenticate, process, decline, reverse, refund, dispute, secure, monitor, or record a transaction. They may also help detect unauthorized payment use, card testing, payment-method testing, account takeover, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, promotional abuse, transaction laundering, sanctions risk, prohibited payments, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, user-to-user transfers of value, or other misuse.

Cuddle does not treat payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention vendors, or payment-risk vendors as separate Cuddle purchase channels. They support Cuddle’s direct checkout flow; they do not make user-provided links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external checkout pages, or third-party listings authorized Cuddle purchase channels.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Cuddle may decide which payment methods are accepted for direct Paid Feature purchases.

Accepted payment methods may vary by account, state, device, browser, payment participant, payment risk, fraud-prevention control, technical availability, legal requirement, card-network rule, bank requirement, provider requirement, or operational need.

Displaying a payment method does not guarantee that the method will be accepted for a particular transaction. A payment method may be declined, delayed, authenticated, restricted, blocked, removed, or made unavailable by Cuddle, a payment processor, a payment-method provider, a bank, a card network, a fraud-prevention vendor, a payment-risk vendor, or applicable law.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you submit and that the payment method is not being used for unauthorized payment use, card testing, payment abuse, transaction laundering, prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other misuse.

5.3 Card Information and Processor-Hosted Fields

Full payment card details are submitted through processor-hosted or processor-approved payment fields or flows and are not intended to be received or stored on Cuddle-controlled systems.

Cuddle may receive limited payment-related information where available, such as payment method type, limited payment method details, billing information, billing ZIP code, transaction status, authorization status, receipt identifiers, billing descriptor, refund status, chargeback status, dispute status, device information, IP-address information, and risk signals.

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, private keys, wallet credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email, ordinary messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

When Cuddle needs identity-document or government-ID information for a specific billing, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, payment-dispute, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, safety, legal, privacy, moderation, or enforcement process, Cuddle will provide a secure upload flow or specific instructions for that process.

5.4 Payment Participant Terms and Decisions

Payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention vendors, payment-risk vendors, and related participants may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, network rules, bank requirements, dispute procedures, risk controls, and legal obligations.

They may approve, decline, delay, authenticate, restrict, reverse, refund, dispute, suspend, or require additional information for a transaction. They may also impose limits, holds, verification steps, authentication steps, or fraud-prevention controls.

Cuddle is not responsible for a payment participant’s independent decision, outage, authentication requirement, payment-method rule, decline, reversal, chargeback handling, dispute process, processing delay, or legal obligation, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5.5 No User Payments, Stored Value, or Financial Services

Using a payment method through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow authorizes only a one-time payment to Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

It does not authorize payment to another user, payment on behalf of another user, user-to-user payments, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, stored value, wallets, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, escrow, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, banking, lending, investment, brokerage, securities, insurance, credit, or other financial products or services.

No payment method, payment authorization, payment processor, bank, card network, refund, chargeback, payment dispute, payment-risk review, or payment-support process authorizes adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, prohibited services, prohibited payments, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

6. Digital Delivery, Activation, Access Period, and Expiration

6.1 Digital Delivery

Paid Features are digitally delivered by activating or making available the applicable Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality after a purchase is authorized, subject to eligibility, account status, payment authorization, fraud-prevention review, payment-risk review, technical availability, product availability, and applicable law.

Digital delivery may occur through account-level access, feature activation, visibility controls, messaging-related functionality, filters, discovery or interaction tools, receipt records, access-status indicators, or other Service functionality.

Cuddle does not physically ship goods for Paid Features. Paid Features are access to digital Service functionality only and do not include tangible goods, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment instruments, financial products, or services provided by another user.

6.2 Activation Timing

Activation may be immediate or delayed.

Activation may be delayed for payment authorization, payment authentication, fraud-prevention review, payment-risk review, age or eligibility review, account-ownership review, identity-document or government-ID review where reasonably necessary, support review, technical processing, provider processing, bank or card-network review, sanctions screening, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

A payment attempt, pending authorization, checkout submission, receipt generation, or in-Service notice does not guarantee final activation if the payment is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, restricted, or otherwise not completed.

If Cuddle activates access before final settlement or while review is pending, Cuddle may later restrict, revoke, suspend, expire, or adjust access if the transaction is declined, reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, determined unauthorized, connected to fraud, connected to prohibited activity, or otherwise creates payment, safety, legal, or compliance risk.

6.3 Access Period

Premium and Signature are currently offered only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access periods.

The applicable access period, activation date, expiration date and time, and other material purchase terms may be shown at checkout, in a receipt, in your account, in the Service, in an email confirmation, or in another purchase record.

The access period is tied to the account and purchase for which it was activated. Paid Feature access is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to these Purchase Terms, the Terms of Service, Paid Features Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, and applicable law.

Cuddle may use account records, checkout records, payment authorization records, receipts, activation records, expiration records, support records, fraud-prevention records, and payment-risk records to determine whether access has been activated, limited, suspended, revoked, expired, refunded, or otherwise adjusted.

6.4 Expiration

Paid Feature access expires automatically at the end of the purchased one-month or three-month access period.

Expiration does not create an additional charge. No cancellation is required to prevent a future renewal charge because Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

When Paid Feature access expires, your account may return to Free Access, subject to eligibility, account status, location, feature availability, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, operational availability, and applicable terms.

Continued paid access after expiration requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

6.5 Access Loss, Restrictions, and No Guaranteed Use

Paid Feature access may be unavailable, delayed, restricted, suspended, revoked, or lost if your account is deleted, restricted, suspended, terminated, under review, outside the supported area, connected to payment risk, connected to fraud risk, connected to safety risk, connected to prohibited activity, or otherwise ineligible.

Paid Feature access may also be affected by technical issues, product changes, device or browser limitations, provider outages, payment-provider issues, bank or card-network requirements, legal requirements, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation actions, or enforcement actions.

Except where required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or Cuddle’s written approval, loss of access caused by account deletion, account restriction, suspension, termination, ineligibility, payment risk, safety risk, fraud risk, prohibited activity, or failure to use the Service does not create a refund, credit, extension, replacement, transfer, payout, cash-out, or compensation right.

6.6 No Outcome Guarantee and No Prohibited Use

Activation of a Paid Feature does not guarantee matches, likes, replies, messages, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, visibility, compatibility, companionship, safety, identity, user truthfulness, user availability, or any result.

No activation, access period, expiration record, receipt, support response, payment-risk review, refund response, statutory-cancellation response, chargeback process, or payment-dispute process authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

7. No Subscriptions, No Renewal, No External Purchase Channels

7.1 Current No-Subscription Model

Cuddle currently offers Paid Features only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

Each direct Paid Feature purchase is charged once for the total amount displayed at checkout. Paid Feature access expires automatically at the end of the purchased access period. Continued paid access after expiration requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

A completed purchase does not authorize Cuddle to charge your payment method again after the purchased access period ends.

7.2 No Cancellation Required to Prevent Renewal

Because Paid Features do not automatically renew, no cancellation is required to prevent a future renewal charge.

Cuddle will not automatically charge your payment method again when a one-month or three-month access period expires. If you want continued paid access after expiration, you must complete a new checkout transaction and separately authorize a new one-time payment.

Account deletion, stopping use, uninstalling an app, failing to log in, clearing cookies, blocking emails, disabling notifications, losing access to a device, losing access to a payment method, unmatching, blocking, muting, reporting another user, being suspended, being restricted, or being terminated is not required to prevent a renewal charge because Cuddle does not currently offer automatic renewal.

7.3 Meaning of “Cancellation”

In these Purchase Terms, “cancellation” may refer to a statutory-cancellation request, refund-related cancellation request, support request, purchase-specific cancellation right, account cancellation or deletion request, or another cancellation process required by law.

The word “cancellation” does not mean that Cuddle currently offers subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, or external purchase channels.

A cancellation request does not automatically create a refund, reverse a completed purchase, resolve a chargeback, resolve a payment dispute, delete your account, remove information another user received, or remove records that Cuddle is permitted or required to retain.

Where a statutory cancellation right or other non-waivable cancellation right applies, Cuddle will honor it to the extent required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or these Purchase Terms.

7.4 No External Purchase Channels

Cuddle currently offers Paid Features only through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

Cuddle does not currently offer Paid Features through an app store, browser platform, device platform, third-party marketplace, user-supplied payment link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, external checkout page, invoice sent by a user, social-media instruction, messaging-app instruction, or any other external purchase channel.

Do not treat a user-provided link, payment handle, wallet address, QR code, invoice, external profile, third-party listing, social-media message, or off-Service instruction as an authorized Cuddle purchase channel.

If a third-party service, user, website, app, message, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, external page, or listing claims to sell, renew, extend, upgrade, transfer, restore, or provide Cuddle access outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow, do not complete the transaction. Contact billing@cuddle-global.com.

7.5 External Transfers Are Not Cuddle Purchases

Money, value, cryptocurrency, gift cards, wallet transfers, bank transfers, payment-app transfers, QR-code payments, payment-handle payments, or other external transfers sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases.

Cuddle may have limited or no ability to stop, reverse, trace, insure, recover, support, refund, or investigate funds or value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

External transfers do not provide Cuddle Paid Feature access, do not create a Cuddle purchase record, and do not make Cuddle a payment facilitator, marketplace, escrow agent, money transmitter, wallet provider, stored-value provider, cryptocurrency service, bank, lender, broker, or other financial-services provider.

7.6 Future Changes

If Cuddle later offers subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, twelve-month Paid Feature access, app-store purchases, browser-platform purchases, device-platform purchases, third-party marketplace purchases, or another materially different purchase model, Cuddle will update applicable public pricing disclosures, these Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, checkout disclosures, product disclosures, Legal notices, and other applicable terms before making that model available.

Any future purchase model will apply only if clearly disclosed and authorized through the applicable checkout or legally required process.

7.7 Non-Waivable Rights and No Prohibited Use

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, cancellation, automatic-renewal, online-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, privacy, safety, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

No cancellation process, expiration, refund response, statutory-cancellation response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, support response, future purchase model, external link, payment-participant relationship, or operational process authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

8. Refund Policy and Final Sale Rules

8.1 General Final Sale Rule

Except where required by applicable law, expressly stated at checkout, provided in purchase-specific terms, provided in these Purchase Terms, provided in the Paid Features Terms, provided in the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or approved by Cuddle in writing, direct Paid Feature purchases are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, value, stored value, wallet balance, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any other substitute value.

Each Paid Feature purchase provides fixed-term access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality for the purchased one-month or three-month access period. A purchase is not a subscription, does not automatically renew, and does not authorize any future charge after the purchased access period ends.

A refund, if provided, does not convert a Paid Feature into stored value, a wallet balance, a user payout, a transferable credit, a cash-out right, or a financial product or service.

8.2 No Refund Guarantee for Dating Outcomes or Non-Use

Paid Features do not guarantee matches, likes, replies, messages, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, visibility, compatibility, companionship, safety, identity, user truthfulness, user availability, user conduct, or any result.

A refund is not guaranteed because you stop using the Service, do not log in, do not use a Paid Feature, do not receive a desired number of likes, matches, messages, replies, conversations, meetings, dates, or relationships, decide that a feature did not meet your expectations, change your mind, lose interest, or believe that another user’s conduct affected the value of your purchase.

A refund is also not guaranteed because another user does not respond, blocks you, unmatches you, deletes an account, becomes unavailable, provides inaccurate information, violates Cuddle’s terms, is restricted or removed by Cuddle, or engages in conduct outside Cuddle’s control, except where applicable law or purchase-specific terms require otherwise.

8.3 Account Deletion, Suspension, Termination, and Access Loss

Deleting your account, stopping use, uninstalling an app, clearing cookies, disabling notifications, blocking emails, losing access to a device, losing access to a payment method, moving outside the supported area, or failing to complete verification does not automatically create a refund right.

If your account is restricted, suspended, terminated, deleted, under review, connected to fraud risk, connected to payment risk, connected to prohibited activity, or otherwise ineligible, some or all remaining Paid Feature access may become unavailable, restricted, revoked, delayed, or lost.

Except where required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or Cuddle’s written approval, unused access lost because of account deletion, account restriction, suspension, termination, ineligibility, payment risk, safety risk, fraud risk, prohibited activity, or failure to use the Service is not refundable, transferable, replaceable, or extendable.

8.4 Refund Requests

For refund requests, duplicate-charge concerns, unauthorized-charge concerns, billing questions, chargebacks, or payment disputes, contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Your request should include enough information to identify your account, purchase, transaction, payment method type, receipt, charge date, amount, billing descriptor, and reason for the request.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund, pause an access period, extend access, prevent expiration, resolve a chargeback, reverse an unauthorized-transaction claim, delete your account, or waive Cuddle’s rights.

Cuddle may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate a refund request, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, verify account ownership, verify purchase details, comply with law, or respond to a payment participant.

8.5 How Approved Refunds Are Processed

If Cuddle approves a refund, Cuddle will determine the refund amount and method based on applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, payment rules, processor capabilities, transaction status, access status, fraud risk, payment risk, and the facts of the request.

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where feasible. The timing of a refund may depend on payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card networks, payment rules, and settlement systems.

Cuddle does not control how quickly a bank, card issuer, or payment method posts a refund after Cuddle or its payment processor initiates it.

Taxes, fees, currency conversion, bank fees, payment-method fees, or other amounts may be handled according to applicable law, payment rules, checkout disclosures, and the relevant payment participant’s procedures.

8.6 Partial Refunds, Courtesy Refunds, and No Waiver

Cuddle may, in its discretion and where permitted by law, issue a full refund, partial refund, courtesy refund, one-time accommodation, or other support resolution.

A courtesy refund or accommodation does not mean Cuddle admits liability, waives these Purchase Terms, changes the final sale rule, guarantees future refunds, creates a credit balance, creates stored value, creates wallet functionality, or provides a transferable benefit.

Cuddle may deny, limit, or condition refund requests that are duplicative, unsupported, abusive, fraudulent, inconsistent with records, connected to prohibited activity, connected to payment abuse, or submitted after an unreasonable delay, subject to applicable law and non-waivable rights.

8.7 Refund Abuse and Bad-Faith Requests

Knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, or bad-faith refund requests, cancellation requests, chargebacks, payment disputes, unauthorized-transaction claims, billing-error claims, or evidence submissions are prohibited.

Cuddle may use account records, checkout records, payment-authorization records, receipts, activation and expiration records, billing records, refund records, statutory-cancellation records, chargeback records, payment-dispute records, support communications, fraud-prevention records, payment-risk records, moderation records, and enforcement records to evaluate refund requests and protect the Service.

Cuddle may restrict accounts, block payment methods, preserve records, decline transactions, limit Paid Features, or take other action permitted by applicable terms and law where refund abuse, chargeback abuse, payment abuse, fraud, prohibited payments, transaction laundering, or prohibited services are suspected.

8.8 Relationship to Statutory Rights and Prohibited Uses

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, privacy, safety, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

Statutory cancellation rights and state-specific purchase rights are addressed in Section 9 and the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices.

No refund request, refund approval, refund denial, courtesy refund, support response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, payment-risk review, or payment-participant relationship authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

9. Statutory Cancellation and State-Specific Rights

9.1 Overview

Certain United States laws may provide cancellation, rescission, refund, pause, notice, disclosure, or related rights for dating-service, social-referral-service, digital-service, consumer, payment, disability, death, relocation, military, hospitalization, privacy, accessibility, or other legally recognized circumstances.

Where such a right applies, Cuddle will honor it to the extent required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, these Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, or the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices.

Not every state-specific right applies to every user, account, purchase, Paid Feature, access period, request, or circumstance. Applicability may depend on your state of residence, billing address, checkout location, place of contract formation, place of use, access period, product type, purchase date, payment method, and other legally relevant facts.

Including a state-specific notice, statutory-cancellation process, or legal reference does not mean that every right applies, that Cuddle concedes a law applies, or that Cuddle currently offers a subscription, recurring billing plan, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channel, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

9.2 How to Submit a Statutory-Cancellation Request

For statutory cancellation requests or another cancellation right provided by law, contact:

cancellations@cuddle-global.com

Your request should include enough information for Cuddle to identify your account, purchase, transaction, payment method type, receipt, charge date, amount, billing descriptor, state of residence where relevant, and the cancellation right or circumstance you believe applies.

If you are requesting on behalf of another person, include enough information to show your authority to act. Cuddle may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the account, purchase, event, legal basis, and representative authority.

A general support request, refund request, safety report, privacy request, chargeback, billing-error claim, unauthorized-transaction claim, account-deletion request, or ordinary email to another channel is not automatically a statutory-cancellation request unless it clearly states that you are exercising a statutory cancellation right or another legally recognized cancellation right.

9.3 Timing, Effectiveness, and Records

Cuddle will review statutory-cancellation requests according to applicable law, the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, and these Purchase Terms.

If a request is timely and valid, Cuddle will provide the cancellation, refund, partial refund, pro rata refund, access adjustment, or other remedy required by applicable law or applicable purchase-specific terms.

If a request is incomplete, unclear, unsupported, submitted to the wrong channel, submitted after the applicable deadline, submitted by an unauthorized person, inconsistent with purchase records, or not covered by a statutory or purchase-specific right, Cuddle may request clarification, deny the request, limit the remedy, or process the request as an ordinary billing or refund request where permitted by law.

Cuddle may retain records of statutory-cancellation requests, refund determinations, support communications, representative authority, payment records, chargeback records, dispute records, tax records, fraud-prevention records, payment-risk records, and legal records as described in the Privacy Policy and permitted by law.

9.4 Death, Disability, Relocation, and Representative Requests

Certain state laws or purchase-specific terms may provide cancellation, refund, suspension, or related rights if a user dies, becomes disabled, relocates, enters military service, is hospitalized, or experiences another legally recognized circumstance.

Where such a right applies, the user or an authorized representative may submit a request to cancellations@cuddle-global.com or another method required by law.

Cuddle may request information reasonably necessary to identify the account and purchase, verify the event or legal basis, and confirm the requester’s authority. Cuddle will not request unnecessary information and will process submitted personal information under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms makes an account, profile, Paid Feature, verification status, purchase, refund right, statutory-cancellation right, or personal license transferable to an estate, representative, family member, caregiver, or another person unless applicable law or Cuddle’s written terms require that result.

9.5 Sensitive Information and Secure Upload Limits

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, private keys, wallet credentials, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, death certificates, disability records, relocation records, military records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email, ordinary messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

When Cuddle needs identity-document, government-ID, representative-authority, death, disability, relocation, military, medical, legal, or similar information for a specific statutory-cancellation, refund, representative, privacy, safety, legal, dispute, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, or enforcement process, Cuddle will provide a secure upload flow or specific instructions for that process.

Cuddle does not request liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, or biometric verification materials for ordinary account verification, statutory-cancellation review, refund review, payment-dispute review, or privacy-request verification.

9.6 Relationship to Fixed-Term Access and No Renewal

Premium and Signature are currently offered only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

References in a statute, state notice, consumer disclosure, or legal process to subscriptions, renewals, recurring billing, automatic renewal, online cancellation, trial conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or similar models do not mean that Cuddle currently offers those models. Such references preserve any non-waivable right that may apply and address future product changes only if Cuddle updates its public disclosures and Legal terms before launch.

No statutory-cancellation request is required to prevent a future renewal charge because Cuddle will not automatically charge your payment method again when a purchased access period ends.

9.7 No Prohibited Payments or External Transactions

A statutory-cancellation process, refund process, representative request, disability request, death-related request, relocation request, support response, payment-dispute process, chargeback process, or state-specific right does not authorize prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

External transfers sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases and are not covered by Cuddle’s statutory-cancellation process except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9.8 Relationship to Other Terms and Non-Waivable Rights

This Section is supplemented by the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Terms of Service, Paid Features Terms, Privacy Policy, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law.

If the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, or applicable law provide a more specific or greater non-waivable right, that right controls to the extent required.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, statutory-cancellation, dating-service, social-referral-service, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, military-related, hospitalization-related, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, privacy, safety, consumer-protection, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

10. Billing Errors, Unauthorized Transactions, Chargebacks, and Payment Disputes

10.1 Overview

This Section explains how Cuddle handles billing-error concerns, duplicate-charge concerns, unauthorized-charge concerns, chargebacks, reversals, retrieval requests, payment disputes, and related communications.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits any non-waivable right you may have to report an unauthorized transaction, billing error, duplicate charge, chargeback, reversal, retrieval request, fraud concern, or payment dispute to your payment provider, card issuer, bank, card network, regulator, attorney general, court, or another lawful body.

Good-faith exercise of a payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, privacy, safety, reporting, or consumer-protection right is not prohibited.

Knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, or bad-faith refund requests, statutory-cancellation requests, chargebacks, payment disputes, unauthorized-transaction claims, billing-error claims, or evidence submissions are prohibited.

10.2 Contacting Cuddle About Billing or Payment Issues

For billing questions, refund requests, duplicate-charge concerns, unauthorized-charge concerns, chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment-support questions, contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Your communication should include enough information for Cuddle to identify your account, purchase, transaction, payment method type, receipt, charge date, amount, billing descriptor, and reason for the concern.

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, private keys, wallet credentials, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email, ordinary messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

10.3 Duplicate Charges, Billing Errors, and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a Cuddle charge is duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise disputed, you may contact Cuddle at billing@cuddle-global.com and may also use any non-waivable rights available through your payment provider, card issuer, bank, card network, regulator, or applicable law.

Cuddle may review account records, checkout records, payment-authorization records, receipts, activation and expiration records, billing records, device records, IP-address records, support communications, fraud-prevention records, payment-risk records, refund records, statutory-cancellation records, chargeback records, and payment-dispute records to evaluate the concern.

Cuddle may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership, purchase details, payment authorization, transaction status, billing information, refund status, chargeback status, payment-dispute status, fraud risk, payment risk, legal compliance, or representative authority.

Cuddle may correct records, issue a refund, provide a partial refund, deny a request, restrict a payment method, preserve records, respond to a payment participant, or take another action permitted by applicable terms and law.

10.4 Chargebacks, Reversals, and Payment-Dispute Processes

If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, retrieval request, billing-error claim, unauthorized-transaction claim, or payment dispute through a payment provider, card issuer, bank, card network, or similar participant, Cuddle may receive notice of the dispute and may participate in the process.

Cuddle may submit transaction records, checkout records, clickwrap records, payment-authorization records, receipts, access activation records, expiration records, account records, device records, IP-address records, billing records, support communications, refund records, statutory-cancellation records, fraud-prevention records, payment-risk records, moderation records, enforcement records, and other information reasonably relevant to the dispute.

Payment participants may decide disputes under their own rules, procedures, timelines, evidence standards, network rules, bank requirements, and legal obligations. Cuddle does not control the timing, review standards, or final decision of a payment participant.

A chargeback, reversal, retrieval request, or payment dispute may result in a temporary or permanent reversal of funds, loss of access, additional review, account restriction, payment-method block, or other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

10.5 Effect on Paid Feature Access

If a transaction is reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, declined, determined unauthorized, or otherwise not completed, Cuddle may restrict, suspend, revoke, expire, or adjust the related Paid Feature access.

If Cuddle reasonably believes that an account or transaction involves unauthorized payment use, card testing, payment-method testing, account takeover, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, promotional abuse, transaction laundering, prohibited services, prohibited payments, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, user-to-user transfers of value, sanctions risk, or other payment risk, Cuddle may restrict checkout, block a payment method, preserve records, require verification, limit Paid Features, suspend or terminate an account, or take other action permitted by law.

A payment dispute does not pause the access period unless Cuddle expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires that result.

10.6 No Double Recovery or Abuse

You may not seek or obtain duplicate recovery for the same transaction through multiple channels, including a refund from Cuddle, a statutory-cancellation remedy, a chargeback, a bank reversal, a payment-provider credit, or another payment-dispute remedy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you receive a refund, reversal, credit, or other remedy through one channel, Cuddle may treat related requests as resolved to the extent permitted by law.

Cuddle may deny, limit, contest, or report payment claims that appear knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, inconsistent with records, connected to prohibited activity, or submitted in bad faith.

10.7 No User-Payment or External-Transfer Dispute Role

Cuddle handles billing and payment disputes only for purchases made through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

External transfers sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases. Cuddle does not act as a payment provider, escrow agent, marketplace operator, money transmitter, wallet provider, stored-value provider, cryptocurrency service, bank, lender, broker, or intermediary for external transfers or arrangements between users.

Cuddle does not promise to trace, stop, reverse, insure, reimburse, recover, or adjudicate funds, cryptocurrency, gift cards, wallet transfers, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, QR-code payments, payment-handle payments, or other value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

10.8 Relationship to Other Rights and Prohibited Uses

This Section is supplemented by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Paid Features Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, payment-participant rules, and applicable law.

No billing-error process, unauthorized-transaction process, chargeback, reversal, retrieval request, payment dispute, refund response, statutory-cancellation response, payment-risk review, support response, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, or payment-participant relationship authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

11. Payment Risk, Fraud Prevention, and Transaction Controls

11.1 Overview

Cuddle may use fraud-prevention, payment-risk, account-integrity, security, moderation, support, verification, and enforcement controls to protect users, Cuddle, payment participants, service providers, banks, card networks, and the Service.

These controls may apply before, during, or after checkout; during activation or expiration of Paid Features; in connection with refund requests, statutory-cancellation requests, billing-error claims, unauthorized-transaction claims, chargebacks, payment disputes, account recovery, account review, safety reports, moderation, or enforcement; and where Cuddle reasonably believes additional review is necessary.

Cuddle may use account records, checkout records, payment-authorization records, billing records, receipts, activation records, expiration records, refund records, statutory-cancellation records, chargeback records, payment-dispute records, support communications, device information, browser information, IP-address information, approximate-location information, payment-method information, fraud-prevention signals, payment-risk signals, moderation records, verification-review records where used, and enforcement records for these purposes.

11.2 Risk Signals and Review Triggers

Cuddle may review, delay, restrict, decline, reverse, refund, block, or otherwise control a transaction, payment method, account, access period, or Paid Feature where Cuddle reasonably believes that a transaction or account may involve risk.

Risk may include unauthorized payment use, card testing, payment-method testing, account takeover, fake accounts, account farming, bots, scams, impersonation, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, promotional abuse, transaction laundering, sanctions risk, location evasion, age evasion, verification evasion, re-registration evasion, prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, or other misuse.

Cuddle may also take action based on risk information, rules, requirements, or requests from payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention vendors, payment-risk vendors, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or applicable law.

11.3 Transaction Controls

Where permitted by law, Cuddle may decline, delay, cancel, reverse, refund, restrict, condition, or review a transaction.

Cuddle may also require additional information, require account review, require payment-method review, require billing review, require age or eligibility review, require identity-document or government-ID review where reasonably necessary, block a payment method, limit checkout, restrict Paid Features, preserve records, suspend or terminate an account, or take another action permitted by applicable terms and law.

A transaction may be reviewed even if checkout is displayed, a payment method is entered, a payment is attempted, a receipt is generated, an authorization is pending, or Paid Feature access has temporarily activated.

If a transaction is declined, reversed, refunded, charged back, disputed, determined unauthorized, or otherwise not completed, Cuddle may withhold, delay, limit, revoke, expire, or adjust the related Paid Feature access.

11.4 Payment-Method Blocks and Account Restrictions

Cuddle may block or restrict a payment method, billing profile, account, related account, device, browser, IP address, session, access point, or other signal where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, manage payment risk, enforce terms, protect users, protect payment participants, comply with law, or protect the Service.

A block may be temporary or permanent, may apply to a specific payment method or related signals, and may prevent future checkout attempts or Paid Feature purchases.

Cuddle is not required to disclose fraud-prevention logic, payment-risk logic, security logic, provider information, bank information, card-network information, investigation details, confidential information, or internal records where disclosure could compromise safety, privacy, security, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, legal compliance, or Service integrity.

11.5 Verification and Secure Upload Limits

Cuddle may use internal, manual, non-liveness photo or selfie review and identity-document or government-ID review where reasonably necessary for payment-risk review, fraud prevention, billing review, refund review, statutory-cancellation review, chargeback review, payment-dispute review, account recovery, safety, legal compliance, moderation, or enforcement.

Cuddle does not currently use a third-party identity-verification vendor, government-ID verification vendor, biometric verification provider, liveness provider, facial-recognition provider, or face-matching provider.

Cuddle does not request liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, or biometric verification materials for ordinary account verification, refund review, statutory-cancellation review, chargeback review, payment-dispute review, billing support, moderation review, or enforcement review.

11.6 Fraud, Payment Abuse, and Bad-Faith Conduct

You may not use Cuddle, checkout, payment methods, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, billing-error claims, unauthorized-transaction claims, reports, support channels, or legal notices for fraud, abuse, evasion, retaliation, harassment, transaction laundering, prohibited services, prohibited payments, or other misuse.

Knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, duplicative, retaliatory, or bad-faith refund requests, statutory-cancellation requests, chargebacks, payment disputes, unauthorized-transaction claims, billing-error claims, evidence submissions, account-recovery requests, or support communications are prohibited.

Cuddle may preserve records, restrict access, block payment methods, decline future transactions, limit Paid Features, suspend or terminate accounts, report matters where required or appropriate, cooperate with payment participants or lawful authorities, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

11.7 No Prohibited Payment or Financial-Service Role

Payment-risk review, fraud-prevention controls, transaction controls, payment-method blocks, refund responses, statutory-cancellation responses, chargeback responses, and payment-dispute processes do not make Cuddle a payment facilitator, marketplace, escrow agent, money transmitter, stored-value provider, wallet provider, cryptocurrency service, bank, lender, broker, insurer, securities provider, credit provider, or other financial-services provider.

No risk review, transaction control, support response, payment-participant relationship, service-provider relationship, operational process, refund, chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

11.8 Relationship to Other Rights

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, privacy, safety, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, privacy, safety, reporting, or consumer-protection right is not prohibited.

12. Sensitive Information, Identity Review, and Secure Upload Limits

12.1 Overview

This Section explains how Cuddle handles highly sensitive information in connection with purchases, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, safety, legal compliance, moderation, and enforcement.

Not every user, account, purchase, refund request, statutory-cancellation request, billing matter, chargeback, or payment dispute requires sensitive information or identity review.

Cuddle will request sensitive information only where reasonably necessary for a specific process and where permitted by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, these Purchase Terms, the Privacy Policy, the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or another applicable term.

12.2 Information You Should Not Send Through Ordinary Channels

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, private keys, wallet credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, death certificates, disability records, relocation records, military records, tax records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email, ordinary messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, external messaging services, social media, ordinary mail, or other unsecured channels.

Do not send highly sensitive information to another user or to a user-provided link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, external page, or third-party listing.

Sending sensitive information through an ordinary or incorrect channel may delay review, create privacy or security risk, and may not satisfy a legal deadline unless applicable law requires otherwise or Cuddle accepts the communication in writing.

12.3 Secure Upload Flow or Specific Instructions

When Cuddle needs identity-document information, government-ID information, representative-authority documentation, death-related documentation, disability-related documentation, relocation-related documentation, military-related documentation, legal documentation, or similar information for a specific billing, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, payment-dispute, account-recovery, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, safety, privacy, legal, moderation, or enforcement process, Cuddle will provide a secure upload flow or specific instructions for that process.

You should use only the method Cuddle provides for that specific request. A secure upload flow or specific instruction is limited to the stated process and does not authorize you to send unrelated sensitive information.

Cuddle may deny, delay, limit, or be unable to complete a request if reasonably necessary information is not provided, cannot be verified, appears altered, appears fraudulent, is submitted by an unauthorized person, or creates safety, privacy, fraud, payment, legal, or compliance risk.

12.4 Identity Review for Purchase-Related Processes

Where reasonably necessary, Cuddle may use internal, manual, non-liveness photo or selfie review and identity-document or government-ID review for billing support, refund review, statutory-cancellation review, chargeback review, payment-dispute review, account recovery, representative-authority review, death-related requests, disability-related requests, relocation-related requests, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, safety, legal compliance, moderation, or enforcement.

This review may help Cuddle confirm account ownership, purchase details, payment authority, requester identity, state of residence, eligibility, representative authority, legal basis, fraud risk, payment risk, or request validity.

Completion of a review does not guarantee identity, account ownership, payment authority, refund approval, statutory-cancellation approval, chargeback outcome, payment-dispute outcome, safety, truthfulness, eligibility, or any other result.

12.5 No External ID Vendor, Liveness, or Biometric Verification

Cuddle does not currently use a third-party identity-verification vendor, government-ID verification vendor, biometric verification provider, liveness provider, facial-recognition provider, or face-matching provider for purchase-related review.

Cuddle does not conduct liveness checks, facial-feature analysis, facial recognition, facial-geometry analysis, face-template creation, faceprint creation, fingerprint verification, voiceprint verification, biometric-identifier processing, biometric-template processing, or biometric verification for the Service.

Cuddle does not use photo, selfie, identity-document, or government-ID materials to create biometric templates, perform facial recognition, conduct liveness checks, personalize prices, rank users, match users, advertise, sell or share personal information, or provide credit, lending, banking, insurance, securities, brokerage, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other financial products or services.

12.6 Card Information and Payment-Security Limits

Full payment card details should be submitted only through processor-hosted or processor-approved payment fields or flows and are not intended to be received or stored on Cuddle-controlled systems.

Cuddle will not ask you to send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, or full bank credentials by ordinary email, support channels, reports, appeals, mail, or in-Service messages.

If you send highly sensitive information without being asked or through the wrong method, Cuddle may route, secure, restrict, delete, preserve, or process it only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, protect users, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, comply with law, enforce terms, or protect Cuddle and the Service.

12.7 Relationship to Other Terms and No Prohibited Use

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing. The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices and applicable law control non-waivable state-specific rights.

No secure upload flow, identity review, government-ID review, support response, refund response, statutory-cancellation response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, payment-participant relationship, or sensitive-information process authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

13. No Cash Value, No User Payments, No Prohibited Services

13.1 Overview

Paid Features are limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Paid Features are not money, electronic money, stored value, prepaid value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cash-equivalent instruments, rewards convertible to cash, cryptocurrency, digital assets, deposits, payment instruments, securities, banking products, lending products, credit products, insurance products, brokerage products, investment products, financial-advisory services, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, escrow, or other financial products or services.

Purchasing, receiving, using, losing, restricting, refunding, reversing, charging back, disputing, expiring, or canceling Paid Feature access does not create a cash balance, credit balance, stored-value account, wallet, payout right, redemption right, transfer right, or financial account.

13.2 No Cash Value, Transfer, Redemption, or Resale

Paid Features have no cash value and may not be sold, resold, assigned, transferred, traded, exchanged, pledged, brokered, rented, leased, sublicensed, cashed out, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, redeemed for value, converted to credits, converted to cryptocurrency, converted to gift cards, or used as consideration for anything.

Paid Features are personal to the account for which they are purchased or activated. They may not be transferred to another user, account, device, payment method, profile, purchaser, estate, representative, family member, caregiver, or third party unless Cuddle expressly permits that transfer in writing or applicable law requires a different result.

A refund, statutory cancellation, chargeback, payment dispute, support response, or courtesy accommodation does not create stored value, wallet functionality, transferable credit, cash-out value, or a future purchase balance.

13.3 No User Payments, Tips, Payouts, or Creator Monetization

Payments through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user.

Cuddle does not provide user-to-user payments, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, deposits, fees, payouts, creator payouts, revenue sharing, cash-outs, paid access to users, paid meetings, paid dates, paid companionship, paid messaging, paid interactions, or payment or value in exchange for another user’s attention, content, conversation, meeting, date, intimacy, companionship, or availability.

Users may not use Paid Features, profiles, messages, reports, support channels, checkout, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, external links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, or off-Service communications to request, send, receive, route, disguise, advertise, arrange, process, or facilitate money or value between users.

13.4 No Stored Value, Wallets, Credits, Gift Cards, Crypto, or Digital Assets

Cuddle does not currently offer stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, in-app currency, gift cards, cash-equivalent rewards, loyalty points redeemable for value, cryptocurrency, digital assets, tokens, NFTs, stablecoins, prepaid balances, or any similar value-storage or transfer feature.

Paid Features may not be used to store, hold, transfer, transmit, redeem, cash out, exchange, or move value.

Any external payment, cryptocurrency transfer, gift-card transfer, wallet transfer, bank transfer, payment-app transfer, QR-code payment, payment-handle payment, or other transfer made outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow is not a Cuddle purchase and is not supported, insured, reversible, recoverable, or guaranteed by Cuddle, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13.5 No Payment Facilitation, Marketplace, Money Transmission, or Financial Services

Cuddle is not a payment facilitator, payment aggregator, marketplace, escrow agent, money transmitter, remittance provider, stored-value provider, wallet provider, cryptocurrency service, bank, lender, broker, securities provider, insurer, credit provider, or other financial-services provider.

Cuddle does not process payments on behalf of users, settle funds to users, hold funds for users, split payments between users, underwrite user merchants, onboard user sellers, provide marketplace checkout for user goods or services, provide escrow, or intermediate payments between users.

Payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention vendors, and payment-risk vendors support Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow for Cuddle purchases only. Their involvement does not make Cuddle a marketplace, payment facilitator, money transmitter, wallet provider, or financial-services provider.

13.6 No Adult Monetization, Sexual Services, Escort Services, or Compensated Dating

Paid Features may not be used to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, route, or disguise adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings, paid dates, creator monetization, or payment or value in exchange for access to a user, conversation, meeting, date, companionship, intimacy, sexual content, or sexual activity.

No Cuddle purchase, refund, statutory cancellation, chargeback, payment dispute, support response, moderation action, safety review, enforcement action, payment-risk review, service-provider relationship, operational process, or payment-participant relationship authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

13.7 Relationship to Other Terms and Non-Waivable Rights

This Section is supplemented by the Terms of Service, Paid Features Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law.

The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, commerce, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, external payment requests, and user-to-user transfers of value.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, payment, privacy, safety, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

Use the specific method required by these Purchase Terms, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Paid Features Terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosure, purchase-specific term, court rule, payment-participant rule, or applicable law.

14.2 Records, Receipts, and Evidence

Cuddle may create, use, preserve, disclose, and retain records relating to purchases, checkout, payment authorization, receipts, billing descriptors, taxes, digital delivery, activation, expiration, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, support communications, legal notices, secure upload flows, moderation, enforcement, and related account activity.

These records may include account identifiers, purchase dates, access level, one-month or three-month access period, amount charged, currency, tax or fee information, payment method type, limited payment details, receipt identifiers, transaction identifiers, billing descriptor, activation date, expiration date and time, refund status, statutory-cancellation status, chargeback status, payment-dispute status, support communications, device information, IP-address information, fraud-prevention signals, payment-risk signals, and related records.

Cuddle may use these records to document purchase authorization, provide receipts, activate or expire Paid Features, process refunds, evaluate statutory-cancellation requests, respond to chargebacks and payment disputes, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, comply with tax and accounting obligations, enforce applicable terms, protect users, protect payment participants, and comply with law.

Electronic, clickwrap, checkout, payment-authorization, receipt, support, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, payment-dispute, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, secure-upload, and enforcement records may be used as evidence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14.3 Changes to These Purchase Terms

Cuddle may update these Purchase Terms from time to time.

If Cuddle makes a material change, Cuddle will update the Effective Date and provide notice where required by law. Notice may be provided through the Service, Legal pages, email, checkout, account notices, in-Service notices, the Contact / Legal Notices, or another method permitted by law.

Unless law requires otherwise, updated Purchase Terms apply prospectively after they become effective. A change to these Purchase Terms does not alter the amount of a completed one-time purchase, create a future renewal charge, shorten an already purchased access period, or eliminate a non-waivable right that applied at the time of purchase.

If Cuddle later offers subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, twelve-month Paid Feature access, app-store purchases, browser-platform purchases, device-platform purchases, third-party marketplace purchases, or another materially different purchase model, Cuddle will update applicable public pricing disclosures, these Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, checkout disclosures, product disclosures, Legal notices, and other applicable terms before making that model available.

14.4 Relationship to Other Terms

These Purchase Terms are supplemented by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Paid Features Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, Criminal Background Screening Disclosure, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Contact / Legal Notices, Cuddle Access & Pricing page, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, payment-participant rules, and applicable law.

The Terms of Service govern general Service access, eligibility, accounts, user conduct, content, safety, enforcement, dispute resolution, and general legal terms.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing.

The Paid Features Terms control Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, promotional or complimentary access, no cash value, non-transferability, and feature-specific restrictions.

The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, commerce, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, external payment requests, and user-to-user transfers of value.

The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices and applicable law control non-waivable state-specific rights.

14.5 Non-Waivable Rights and No Prohibited Use

Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, privacy, safety, accessibility, anti-discrimination, data-security, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

If another Cuddle term, checkout disclosure, purchase-specific term, payment-participant rule, state-specific notice, or applicable law provides a more specific or greater non-waivable right, that term, disclosure, rule, notice, or law controls to the extent required.

No contact channel, record, receipt, policy update, support response, refund response, statutory-cancellation response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, payment-risk review, secure-upload process, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, payment-participant relationship, or legal process authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.
