Cuddle Paid Features Terms

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 What These Terms Are

These Paid Features Terms (“Paid Features Terms”) apply when you access, receive, purchase, use, attempt to use, trial, or receive promotional or complimentary access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality made available by Third Hub US, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Cuddle (“Cuddle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Paid Features Terms are Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service.

1.2 What These Terms Cover

These Paid Features Terms explain feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, feature-specific restrictions, promotional access, complimentary access, and related records.

Paid Features may include memberships, messaging functionality, daily-like access, who-liked-you features, filtering features, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, visibility features, discovery features, safety features, and similar Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

1.3 What These Terms Do Not Cover

Payment authorization, prices, taxes, billing descriptors, receipts, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls are governed by the Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, and applicable law.

If there is a conflict regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

1.4 Core Principle

Paid Features are sold only for access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Paid Features are not payments to other users, payments on behalf of other users, compensation, tips, donations, payouts, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, or any other prohibited service or prohibited payment.

2. What Paid Features Are

2.1 Paid Features Are Cuddle Functionality

“Paid Features” means Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality that Cuddle makes available for purchase, paid access, trial access, promotional access, complimentary access, or other controlled access.

Paid Features may include membership access, messaging functionality, like-related features, discovery features, visibility features, who-liked-you features, filtering features, privacy or visibility controls, convenience features, safety-related features, promotional access, complimentary access, subscriptions if clearly disclosed at checkout, and similar digital Service functionality made available by Cuddle.

Paid Features are part of the Service. They are not separate goods, financial products, payment products, user marketplaces, user monetization tools, or user-to-user payment tools.

2.2 Optional, Limited, and Non-Transferable Access

Paid Features are optional unless Cuddle clearly states that a specific feature, membership level, product experience, or access level requires payment or other eligibility before use.

When you receive, purchase, or use a Paid Feature, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access that feature, subject to these Paid Features Terms, the Terms of Service, the Purchase Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, and applicable law.

Paid Features may be limited by account status, feature availability, access period, location, eligibility, payment status, fraud-prevention review, payment-risk review, safety review, technical availability, or legal requirements.

2.3 No User Payment or User Compensation

Paid Features are sold or provided only for access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Paid Features are not payments to other users, payments on behalf of other users, compensation, tips, donations, gifts, rewards, reimbursements, payouts, or transfers of value to another user.

Receiving, purchasing, or using a Paid Feature does not make any other user obligated to view your profile, like you, match with you, message you, respond to you, meet you, continue a conversation, provide content, provide companionship, or provide any service.

3. Membership Plans and Feature Categories

3.1 Membership and Access Levels

Cuddle may make different access levels available, such as Free Access, Premium membership, Signature membership, promotional access, complimentary access, and other feature packages or product experiences.

The names, included functionality, eligibility requirements, prices, access periods, renewal terms if any, feature limits, and availability of any access level may be described on our pricing page, at checkout, in purchase-specific terms, in product disclosures, or in other notices we provide.

Cuddle may add, remove, rename, reconfigure, limit, test, suspend, discontinue, or change any access level or feature category to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3.2 Free Access

Free Access may allow eligible users to create an account, browse profiles, view profiles, match or connect with members where supported, use basic settings, use safety and reporting tools, and access other Service functionality that Cuddle makes available without payment.

Free Access may be limited by account status, eligibility, location, feature availability, safety needs, fraud-prevention needs, payment-risk needs, product testing, legal requirements, or operational requirements.

3.3 Premium Membership

Premium membership may include Cuddle-operated messaging functionality for matched members, standard daily-like access, who-liked-you features, filtering features, profile discovery functionality, visibility-related functionality, safety and reporting tools, and other Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality described at checkout or in applicable product disclosures.

Premium membership does not require any other user to read, respond to, continue, or engage in a conversation.

3.4 Signature Membership

Signature membership may include Premium functionality plus expanded daily-like access, advanced filters, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, enhanced privacy or visibility controls, convenience features, discovery features, and other Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality described at checkout or in applicable product disclosures.

Signature membership does not guarantee anonymity, message deletion from all locations, accurate read status, specific profile visibility, matches, replies, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, or any particular outcome.

3.5 Complimentary and Promotional Access

Cuddle may provide complimentary or promotional access to selected eligible users from time to time for product testing, launch promotions, community-balance, safety, operational, or other lawful reasons.

Complimentary or promotional access is not guaranteed, may be changed or discontinued, may have eligibility limits, may expire, may be revoked for abuse, has no cash value, is not transferable, and does not create any right to a refund, payout, cash-out, stored value, wallet balance, gift card, or other value.

3.6 Feature-Specific Disclosures

Specific Paid Features may have additional disclosures, limits, eligibility requirements, access periods, expiration rules, or feature-specific restrictions.

If a feature-specific disclosure, checkout disclosure, purchase-specific term, or applicable law gives you a more specific right for a particular Paid Feature, that more specific term controls.

4. Messaging, Likes, Visibility, and Discovery Features

4.1 Messaging Functionality

Paid Features may include messaging functionality for matched members or other communication features described at checkout or in applicable product disclosures.

Messaging functionality is Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. It is not a payment to other users, a payment on behalf of other users, compensation, a tip, a donation, a payout, paid companionship, payment for a conversation, payment for access to a user, or a transfer of value between users.

Messaging functionality does not guarantee that any user will read, receive, respond to, continue, or engage in a conversation.

4.2 Likes and Like-Related Features

Paid Features may include daily-like access, expanded daily-like access, like-related controls, who-liked-you features, filtering of who liked you, or similar functionality.

Likes and like-related features are Service functionality only. They have no cash value, are not stored value, are not wallet balances, are not credits, are not transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, redeemed, carried over, used to pay another user, used to compensate another user, or used to obtain money, goods, services, companionship, content, meetings, dates, or any other value.

Cuddle may limit, reset, change, expire, reduce, suspend, or discontinue like-related functionality as described at checkout, in product disclosures, or as otherwise permitted by these Paid Features Terms and applicable law.

4.3 Visibility, Discovery, and Who-Liked-You Features

Paid Features may include discovery features, visibility features, profile-display features, who-liked-you features, filtering features, and similar tools intended to help users manage how they discover profiles or how their profiles may appear within the Service.

These features do not guarantee profile views, likes, matches, replies, messages, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, user safety, user truthfulness, engagement, ranking, placement, visibility to any particular user, or any particular outcome.

Discovery, visibility, recommendation, ranking, and filtering systems may depend on account settings, user-provided information, user preferences, location-related settings where used, availability of other users, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, product testing, technical systems, legal requirements, and operational needs.

4.4 Filters and User-Provided Information

Paid Features may include standard filters, advanced filters, or other filtering functionality.

Filters rely on user-provided information, available profile data, Service settings, technical systems, and applicable limits. Cuddle does not guarantee that filter results are accurate, complete, current, compatible, safe, truthful, suitable, comprehensive, or available at all times.

A user may provide inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information, and filtering features do not verify or guarantee any user’s identity, intentions, relationship status, availability, eligibility, safety, or compatibility.

5. Privacy, Control, and Convenience Features

5.1 Overview

Paid Features may include privacy, visibility, control, convenience, or account-management features, such as read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, enhanced visibility controls, account controls, and similar Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality described at checkout or in product disclosures.

These features help users manage parts of their Service experience. They do not guarantee privacy, anonymity, secrecy, confidentiality, invisibility, non-discoverability, safety, message removal from all locations, or any particular outcome.

5.2 Read Receipt Visibility

Read receipt visibility, where supported, may provide information about whether or how a message appears to have been delivered, viewed, opened, read, or interacted with through Service functionality.

Read receipt visibility may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, disabled, limited by user settings, affected by device settings, account status, technical issues, message deletion, moderation or safety tools, or changed by Cuddle.

Read receipt visibility does not guarantee that a user actually read, understood, saved, copied, responded to, or will respond to any message.

5.3 Limited Message Deletion

Limited message deletion, where supported, may allow a user to remove eligible sent messages from certain Service views or conversation experiences.

Message deletion is limited. It does not guarantee deletion from recipient devices, screenshots, recordings, copied content, forwarded content, browser caches, notifications, backups, logs, archives, safety records, moderation records, fraud-prevention records, payment-risk records, legal records, support records, dispute records, or records Cuddle may retain.

Message deletion does not prevent another user or third party from copying, saving, screenshotting, recording, forwarding, disclosing, or misusing a message.

5.4 Incognito Browsing and Visibility Controls

Incognito browsing, enhanced visibility controls, or similar features, where supported, may help limit how your profile, activity, or presence appears through certain Service functionality.

These features do not guarantee anonymity, secrecy, invisibility, non-discoverability, confidentiality, freedom from screenshots, copying, monitoring, disclosure, or that another user will not infer, discover, save, record, or disclose information about you.

Cuddle may limit, suspend, modify, or disable these features where reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, legal compliance, or enforcement.

5.5 Relationship to Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Cuddle processes personal information in connection with messages, read or interaction signals, visibility settings, profile controls, safety records, deletion requests, paid feature usage, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, and legal compliance.

If there is a conflict regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

6. Access, Delivery, Expiration, and Availability

6.1 Delivery and Access

Paid Features are digital features.

Unless checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, or applicable law state otherwise, access may be delivered after successful payment authorization or after Cuddle confirms trial, promotional, complimentary, account, or feature eligibility.

Access may depend on account status, payment status, feature availability, technical availability, jurisdictional availability, user eligibility, fraud-prevention review, payment-risk review, safety review, legal compliance, service-provider requirements, payment processor requirements, card-network rules, bank requirements, and compliance with these Paid Features Terms and the Terms of Service.

6.2 Access Periods, Limits, and Expiration

Paid Features may have access periods, usage limits, daily limits, feature limits, eligibility limits, or expiration rules described at checkout, in product disclosures, in purchase-specific terms, or in the Service experience.

Fixed-term access, memberships, subscriptions if offered, passes, boosts, daily-like access, promotional access, complimentary access, messaging features, visibility features, discovery features, and similar functionality may expire, reset, be limited, or become unavailable.

Unused access, unused daily limits, unused promotional or complimentary access, unused boosts, unused passes, or unused feature availability does not carry over unless Cuddle expressly states otherwise.

6.3 Availability and Changes

Cuddle does not guarantee that any Paid Feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or browser, available in every jurisdiction, or supported by every payment method, payment processor, card network, bank, or service provider.

Cuddle may add, remove, rename, reconfigure, test, limit, suspend, discontinue, or change Paid Features, access levels, feature limits, eligibility requirements, or product experiences to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.4 Restrictions and Loss of Access

Cuddle may delay, decline, restrict, suspend, revoke, or refuse access to Paid Features where an account, payment method, transaction, device, IP address, billing information, feature use, or other signal creates fraud, payment-risk, chargeback, safety, legal, compliance, sanctions, prohibited-use, or operational risk.

Loss, restriction, expiration, or change of access does not create a refund right unless required by law, stated at checkout, provided in purchase-specific terms, provided in the Purchase Terms, provided in the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or approved by Cuddle.

7. Subscriptions, Trials, Promotions, and Complimentary Access

7.1 Subscriptions Only If Clearly Disclosed

Cuddle may offer auto-renewing subscriptions or recurring billing plans only if they are clearly disclosed at checkout or in applicable purchase-specific terms.

Unless checkout clearly states that a Paid Feature automatically renews, access to that Paid Feature does not automatically renew, and Cuddle will not charge you again for that Paid Feature without your separate authorization.

Billing, renewal disclosures, cancellation methods, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment authorization are governed by the Purchase Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, and applicable law.

7.2 Trials and Promotions

Cuddle may offer trials, introductory pricing, discounts, promotional access, limited-time access, product tests, beta features, or other promotional offers from time to time.

Trial and promotional access may have eligibility requirements, account limits, payment-method requirements, duration limits, feature limits, jurisdiction limits, expiration dates, conversion terms, cancellation requirements, or other offer-specific terms.

A trial or promotion converts to paid or auto-renewing access only if that conversion is clearly disclosed before you authorize it, to the extent required by applicable law.

7.3 Complimentary Access

Cuddle may provide complimentary access to selected eligible users from time to time for product testing, launch promotions, community-balance, safety, operational, or other lawful reasons.

Complimentary access is not guaranteed, may not be available to all users, may have eligibility requirements, may be changed or discontinued, may expire, and may be revoked for abuse, fraud, safety, payment-risk, legal, compliance, operational, or prohibited-use concerns.

Complimentary access is Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality only. It has no cash value, is not transferable, is not a payment to or for another user, and does not create any right to a refund, payout, cash-out, stored value, wallet balance, gift card, cryptocurrency, financial product, or other value.

7.4 Non-Transferability and Abuse

Trials, promotions, complimentary access, and related benefits are personal and non-transferable. Cuddle may deny, revoke, restrict, suspend, or refuse them if they are sold, traded, duplicated, abused, or used to evade eligibility limits, purchase limits, payment-risk controls, fraud-prevention systems, account restrictions, prohibited-service rules, or applicable law.

8. No Guarantees, No User Payments, and No Cash Value

8.1 No Guaranteed Outcomes

Paid Features may provide access to additional or enhanced Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality, such as membership, messaging, like-related, visibility, discovery, filtering, read receipt, limited message deletion, incognito, promotional, complimentary, or similar features.

Paid Features do not guarantee matches, likes, replies, messages, responses, conversations, introductions, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, profile views, visibility to any particular user, engagement by any particular user, user availability, user truthfulness, user identity, user intentions, user safety, or any particular outcome.

A Paid Feature may change the functionality available to your account, but it does not require any other user to view your profile, match with you, message you, respond to you, meet you, continue a conversation, provide content, provide companionship, or provide any service.

8.2 No Payments to or for Other Users

Paid Features are sold or provided only for access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Paid Features are not payments to other users, payments on behalf of other users, compensation, tips, donations, gifts, rewards, reimbursements, payouts, revenue sharing, paid access to a user, payment for a conversation, payment for a date, payment for a meeting, payment for companionship, payment for intimacy, payment for sexual content, or transfers of value between users.

No user receives money, payout, compensation, or consideration from your purchase or use of a Paid Feature.

8.3 No Cash Value, Stored Value, Wallet, or Financial Product

Paid Features have no cash value.

Paid Features are not money, electronic money, stored value, prepaid value, wallet balances, gift cards, cash-equivalent instruments, payment instruments, deposits, cryptocurrency, digital assets, securities, rewards convertible to cash, financial products, or financial services.

Paid Features may not be sold, resold, assigned, transferred, traded, exchanged, cashed out, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, redeemed for value, used to pay, tip, compensate, reimburse, or transfer value to any user or third party.

8.4 No Adult Content Monetization or Prohibited-Service Use

Paid Features may not be used to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, or disguise adult content, pornography, adult live-chat, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid intimate content, paid sexual messaging, paid meetings, creator monetization, user-to-user payments, tips, donations, payouts, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, or any other prohibited service or prohibited payment.

If a Paid Feature is used or attempted to be used for prohibited activity, Cuddle may restrict, suspend, revoke, or refuse access to the Paid Feature, restrict the account, preserve records, and take other action permitted by the Terms of Service, Purchase Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, and applicable law.

8.5 No Compensation for Expectations or User Conduct

You are not entitled to a refund, cash-out, transfer, replacement, price match, compensation, or other value because a Paid Feature does not produce your desired result, another user does not respond, blocks or unmatches you, deletes an account, provides inaccurate information, a feature is unavailable or limited, or your account is restricted, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout or in applicable purchase-specific terms.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, payment, unauthorized-transaction, consumer-protection, automatic-renewal, online-cancellation, dating-service, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, privacy, appeal, or other right you may have under applicable law.

9. Feature Limits, Abuse, Enforcement, and Changes

9.1 Feature Limits

Paid Features may be subject to limits described at checkout, in product disclosures, in purchase-specific terms, in the Service experience, or in these Paid Features Terms.

Limits may include access periods, daily limits, usage limits, messaging limits, like-related limits, visibility limits, discovery limits, filter limits, eligibility limits, location limits, technical limits, safety limits, fraud-prevention limits, payment-risk limits, or other operational limits.

Cuddle may apply different limits to different access levels, users, locations, product tests, promotions, complimentary access, account statuses, or risk profiles, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.2 Prohibited Feature Abuse

You may not misuse, manipulate, resell, transfer, broker, automate, scrape, farm, duplicate, exploit, or abuse any Paid Feature.

Prohibited abuse includes using Paid Features to evade account restrictions, payment blocks, chargeback blocks, fraud reviews, payment-risk controls, safety tools, moderation systems, visibility limits, messaging limits, like limits, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, or enforcement actions.

You may not use Paid Features to solicit, arrange, promote, facilitate, disguise, or support prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, payment for access to a user, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, or other prohibited activity.

9.3 Enforcement Actions

If Cuddle reasonably determines that a Paid Feature, account, purchase, payment method, device, IP address, message, profile, link, external platform, or other signal creates fraud, payment-risk, safety, legal, compliance, chargeback, prohibited-use, or operational concerns, Cuddle may take action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Actions may include limiting, suspending, revoking, refusing, disabling, or removing Paid Feature access; blocking payment methods; restricting checkout; requiring verification; limiting messaging, visibility, likes, or discovery; preserving records; suspending or terminating an account; responding to chargebacks or disputes; and enforcing applicable terms and law.

9.4 Feature Changes

Cuddle may add, remove, rename, reconfigure, test, limit, suspend, discontinue, replace, or change any Paid Feature, access level, feature limit, eligibility requirement, product experience, promotional offer, or complimentary access.

A feature change, limit, suspension, discontinuation, or loss of access does not create a refund, cash-out, transfer, replacement, price match, or compensation right unless required by law, stated at checkout, provided in purchase-specific terms, provided in the Purchase Terms, provided in the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or approved by Cuddle.

10. Relationship to Purchase Terms, Prohibited Policy, State Rights, and Privacy

10.1 Overview

These Paid Features Terms should be read together with the Terms of Service, Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law.

These Paid Features Terms address Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, feature-specific restrictions, and related use conditions.

10.2 Purchase and Billing Matters

The Purchase Terms control payment authorization, prices, taxes, billing descriptors, receipts, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, payment-risk controls, external purchase channels, and checkout disclosures.

If there is a conflict regarding payment, billing, cancellation, refund, chargeback, payment-dispute, tax, receipt, billing descriptor, or checkout matters, the Purchase Terms control.

10.3 Prohibited Services and Prohibited Payments

The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, user-to-user payments, tips, donations, payouts, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, and similar restricted activity.

Nothing in these Paid Features Terms, any Paid Feature, checkout disclosure, promotion, trial, or complimentary access authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, or financial services.

10.4 State-Specific and Non-Waivable Rights

The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices and applicable law control non-waivable state-specific rights, including cancellation, refund, subscription, automatic-renewal, online-cancellation, dating-service, payment, consumer-protection, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, and similar rights.

Nothing in these Paid Features Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, restricted, or limited.

10.5 Privacy and More Specific Terms

Our Privacy Policy controls the handling of personal information, including information processed in connection with Paid Features, messages, read or interaction signals, visibility settings, feature usage, payment-risk signals, fraud prevention, safety, support, and legal compliance.

If a checkout disclosure, product disclosure, purchase-specific term, promotion-specific term, trial-specific term, complimentary-access disclosure, or applicable law provides more specific terms for a Paid Feature, that more specific term controls to the extent of the conflict.

11. Contact, Records, and Changes

11.1 Contact Channels

For general support, contact support@cuddle-global.com. For billing questions, refund questions, chargebacks, or payment disputes, contact billing@cuddle-global.com. For cancellation requests, contact cancellations@cuddle-global.com. For privacy requests, contact privacy@cuddle-global.com

For safety reports, security reports, legal notices, or appeals, use the channel listed in the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Contact / Legal Notices.

Use the channel that best matches your request. Do not send payment card numbers, security codes, passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, government identification, biometric information, private keys, wallet credentials, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email unless Cuddle specifically requests it.

11.2 Records

Cuddle may create, use, disclose, and retain records relating to Paid Feature access, delivery, expiration, usage, limits, eligibility, trials, promotions, complimentary access, feature changes, support, billing, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, enforcement, legal compliance, tax, accounting, audit, and related operations.

These records may be used to provide Paid Features, resolve requests, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, enforce terms, comply with law, and protect users, Cuddle, payment processors, banks, service providers, and the Service.

11.3 Changes

Cuddle may update these Paid Features Terms and will provide notice where required by law.

Your continued access to or use of Paid Features after updated Paid Features Terms become effective means that you agree to the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different process or consent.

No update authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, financial services, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or money transmission.
