Cuddle Paid Features Terms

1. Introduction, Scope, and Relationship to Other Terms

1.1 Purpose of These Paid Features Terms

These Paid Features Terms explain the rules that apply to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality made available through Free Access, Premium, Signature, promotional access, complimentary access, product tests, or other controlled access.

These Paid Features Terms apply when you access, receive, purchase, use, attempt to use, lose access to, or receive support for a Paid Feature.

These Paid Features Terms focus on feature functionality, access, limits, activation, expiration, availability, promotional or complimentary access, no cash value, non-transferability, feature-specific restrictions, records, support, and non-waivable rights.

1.2 Cuddle Operator and Relationship to the Terms

Cuddle is operated by Third Hub US, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Cuddle (“Cuddle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Paid Features Terms are Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service and are incorporated into the Terms to the extent applicable. By purchasing, receiving, activating, accessing, or using a Paid Feature, you agree to these Paid Features Terms and the applicable Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, notices, and applicable law.

The Terms of Service govern general Service access, eligibility, accounts, user conduct, content, safety, enforcement, dispute resolution, and general legal terms. These Paid Features Terms govern Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, promotional or complimentary access, no cash value, non-transferability, and feature-specific restrictions.

1.3 Relationship to Purchase, Privacy, and Prohibited-Use Terms

The Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms govern checkout, payment authorization, prices, taxes, billing descriptors, receipts, digital delivery, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, commerce, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, external payment requests, and user-to-user transfers of value.

The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law may provide additional or more specific rules.

1.4 Current Paid Feature Model

Cuddle currently offers Paid Features only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

Continued paid access after expiration requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

1.5 No Cash Value, User Payments, or Prohibited Services

Paid Features are limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Paid Features are not payments to or for another user and do not provide user-to-user payments, tips, donations, payouts, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, banking, lending, investment, brokerage, securities, insurance, credit, or other financial products or services.

No Paid Feature authorizes adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, prohibited services, prohibited payments, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

1.6 Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in these Paid Features Terms limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, privacy, safety, accessibility, anti-discrimination, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

2. Current Paid Feature Model: Free Access, Premium, and Signature

2.1 Free Access

Cuddle may provide Free Access to eligible adults located in the United States.

“Free Access” means Cuddle-operated Service functionality that Cuddle makes available without a direct Paid Feature purchase. Free Access may include account creation, profile creation, profile viewing or browsing, discovery or matching features where available, limited likes or interactions, messaging where available, basic settings, reporting, blocking, account-security tools, safety tools, privacy controls, and support access.

Free Access is subject to eligibility, account status, location, device, browser, technical availability, product testing, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, operational needs, and applicable law.

Cuddle may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue Free Access functionality prospectively, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable rights.

2.2 Paid Features

“Paid Features” means optional Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality made available for purchase, promotional access, complimentary access, product testing, or controlled access.

Paid Features may include Premium, Signature, messaging-related functionality, daily-like access, who-liked-you visibility, filtering features, advanced filters, discovery or visibility features, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, privacy or convenience tools, promotional access, complimentary access, product tests, and similar Cuddle-operated digital functionality described on the Cuddle Access & Pricing page, at checkout, in the Service, in receipts, or in product disclosures.

Paid Features are not separate dating services, matchmaking guarantees, safety guarantees, relationship guarantees, identity guarantees, payment services, user-payment services, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, or financial products or services.

2.3 Premium

Premium is a Paid Feature access level that may include additional or enhanced Cuddle-operated digital functionality compared with Free Access.

Premium may include expanded messaging or interaction features, standard daily-like access, who-liked-you visibility, filtering features, discovery or visibility functionality, privacy or convenience tools, and other disclosed functionality.

The exact Premium features, limits, access period, price, taxes or fees, availability, billing descriptor, activation details, expiration details, refund information, statutory-cancellation information where applicable, and other purchase-specific terms will be shown on the pricing page, at checkout, in the Service, in receipts, or in product disclosures.

2.4 Signature

Signature is a Paid Feature access level that may include Premium functionality plus additional or expanded Cuddle-operated digital functionality where disclosed.

Signature may include expanded daily-like access, advanced filters, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, enhanced privacy or visibility controls, additional discovery or convenience features, and other disclosed functionality.

Signature does not guarantee matches, likes, replies, messages, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, visibility, companionship, safety, identity, user truthfulness, user availability, or any result.

2.5 Current Fixed-Term, Non-Renewing Model

Cuddle currently offers Premium and Signature only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

Each direct Paid Feature purchase is charged once for the total amount displayed at checkout. Paid Feature access expires automatically at the end of the purchased access period.

Continued paid access after expiration requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

2.6 Feature Availability and Relationship to Other Terms

Not every Paid Feature is available to every user, account, device, browser, state, location, payment method, or access level.

Feature availability may depend on eligibility, account status, supported-area location, product testing, technical availability, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, enforcement, operational needs, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, and applicable law.

The Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms control checkout, payment authorization, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, external payment requests, and user-to-user transfers of value.

3. Feature Descriptions and Included Functionality

3.1 Overview

Paid Features provide access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They may expand, enhance, organize, filter, display, or control how you use certain Cuddle features, subject to eligibility, access level, account status, feature limits, product availability, technical availability, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, enforcement, checkout disclosures, product disclosures, and applicable law.

Feature descriptions are informational and may be summarized on the Cuddle Access & Pricing page, at checkout, in the Service, in receipts, in product disclosures, or in support materials.

A feature description does not guarantee that a feature will be available at all times, work on every device or browser, produce a particular result, or remain unchanged forever.

3.2 Premium Functionality

Premium may include additional or enhanced functionality compared with Free Access.

Depending on the product disclosure and current Service design, Premium may include messaging-related functionality, standard daily-like access, who-liked-you visibility, filtering features, discovery or visibility features, privacy or convenience tools, and other Cuddle-operated digital functionality.

Premium does not guarantee that another user will see your profile, like you, match or connect with you, reply to you, continue a conversation, meet you, date you, or form any relationship with you.

Premium does not verify another user’s identity, safety, availability, intentions, truthfulness, relationship status, compatibility, or conduct.

3.3 Signature Functionality

Signature may include Premium functionality plus additional or expanded Cuddle-operated digital functionality where disclosed.

Depending on the product disclosure and current Service design, Signature may include expanded daily-like access, advanced filters, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, enhanced privacy or visibility controls, additional discovery or convenience features, and other disclosed functionality.

Signature does not guarantee better users, safer users, specific matches, replies, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, visibility, companionship, or any outcome.

Signature is not a concierge service, professional matchmaking service, safety clearance, identity guarantee, background check, personal-security service, or relationship service.

3.4 Likes, Discovery, Filters, and Who-Liked-You

Paid Features may affect how you view, filter, organize, or interact with profiles, likes, discovery results, or who-liked-you information.

Like-related features may be subject to daily limits, access-level limits, availability limits, anti-abuse rules, technical limits, account-status limits, safety limits, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, product testing, or other Service controls.

Filters and advanced filters may help narrow or organize discovery results based on available information, user-provided information, settings, or Service signals. They do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, compatibility, availability, identity, safety, or truthfulness.

Who-liked-you visibility may show information available to Cuddle at the time the feature is used. Likes, profiles, accounts, and visibility may change, expire, be removed, become unavailable, or be affected by blocks, unmatches, account deletion, moderation, enforcement, technical issues, or user settings.

3.5 Messaging, Read Receipts, and Limited Message Deletion

Paid Features may include or affect messaging-related functionality where available.

Messaging features may be limited by match or connection status, account status, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, blocking, unmatching, geographic eligibility, technical availability, product testing, or law.

Read receipt visibility, where offered, may indicate whether a message appears to have been viewed or opened, but it may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, device-dependent, or affected by technical limits, user settings, account status, or Service changes.

Limited message deletion, where offered, may remove or hide certain messages from particular Service views, but it may not remove copies from another user’s device, screenshots, notifications, backups, logs, safety records, moderation records, legal records, or locations outside Cuddle’s control.

Do not treat messaging, read receipts, or deletion tools as guaranteed secure, private, complete, or permanent controls.

3.6 Incognito, Visibility, and Privacy-Related Controls

Paid Features may include incognito browsing, enhanced visibility controls, or privacy-related convenience tools where disclosed.

These tools may help control how certain activity or profile visibility appears within Cuddle, but they do not make you anonymous to Cuddle, payment participants, service providers, operational vendors, law enforcement where lawful, or other lawful recipients described in the Privacy Policy.

Incognito or visibility controls may not prevent all profile views, screenshots, recordings, copies, off-Service disclosures, notifications, cached information, safety reviews, fraud-prevention reviews, payment-risk reviews, moderation, enforcement, legal preservation, or processing required or permitted by law.

Privacy-related Paid Features do not replace the Privacy Policy, privacy rights, safety practices, blocking tools, reporting tools, user judgment, or emergency services.

3.7 Product Disclosures and Feature-Specific Rules

Exact included functionality, limits, access periods, prices, taxes or fees, activation details, expiration details, refund information, statutory-cancellation information, and feature-specific restrictions may be described on the Cuddle Access & Pricing page, at checkout, in the Service, in receipts, in product disclosures, or in purchase-specific terms.

If a feature-specific disclosure provides a more specific rule for a feature or completed purchase, that disclosure controls that feature or purchase to the extent required by law.

Cuddle may use reasonable technical, safety, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, and moderation controls to operate and protect features.

No feature description, access level, product disclosure, support response, product test, promotional access, complimentary access, or feature-specific rule authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

4. Access Period, Activation, Expiration, and Digital Availability

4.1 Digital Access and Delivery

Paid Features are delivered digitally by activating or making available Cuddle-operated Service functionality for the account associated with the purchase, promotion, complimentary access, or product test.

Paid Features do not include physical goods, shipped products, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment instruments, financial products or services, or services provided by another user.

4.2 Activation Timing

Activation may be immediate or delayed.

Activation may depend on payment authorization, payment authentication, fraud-prevention review, payment-risk review, eligibility, supported-area location, account status, technical processing, provider processing, bank or card-network review, product availability, legal compliance, moderation, or enforcement.

A checkout attempt, pending authorization, receipt, confirmation email, or in-Service notice does not guarantee final activation if the payment is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, restricted, or otherwise not completed.

If Cuddle activates access before final settlement or while review is pending, Cuddle may later restrict, revoke, suspend, expire, or adjust access where permitted by applicable terms and law.

4.3 Access Period

Premium and Signature are currently offered only as one-month or three-month fixed-term, non-renewing access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow.

The applicable access level, access period, activation date, expiration date and time, price, and other material terms may be shown at checkout, in receipts, in the Service, on the Cuddle Access & Pricing page, or in product disclosures.

Paid Feature access is personal to the account for which it is activated. It is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to these Paid Features Terms, the Terms, Purchase Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, and applicable law.

4.4 Expiration and No Renewal

Paid Feature access expires automatically at the end of the purchased or granted access period.

When access expires, the account may return to Free Access, subject to eligibility, account status, supported-area location, feature availability, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, enforcement, and applicable terms.

Expiration does not create an additional charge. No cancellation is required to prevent a future renewal charge because Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

Continued paid access after expiration requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

4.5 Access Loss, Restrictions, and No Guaranteed Use

Paid Feature access may be unavailable, delayed, restricted, suspended, revoked, adjusted, or lost if your account is deleted, restricted, suspended, terminated, under review, outside the supported area, connected to payment risk, fraud risk, safety risk, prohibited activity, or otherwise ineligible.

Paid Feature access may also be affected by device or browser limits, technical issues, product testing, feature changes, provider outages, payment-provider issues, bank or card-network requirements, legal requirements, privacy settings, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, or enforcement.

Except where required by law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or Cuddle’s written approval, unused access lost because of account deletion, ineligibility, restriction, suspension, termination, payment risk, safety risk, fraud risk, prohibited activity, or failure to use the Service is not refundable, transferable, replaceable, extendable, redeemable, or cashable.

4.6 Records and Relationship to Other Terms

Cuddle may use purchase, activation, expiration, account, feature-use, support, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, and enforcement records to determine whether Paid Feature access has been activated, limited, suspended, revoked, expired, refunded, or adjusted.

The Purchase Terms control payment authorization, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, and payment disputes. The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing.

No activation, access period, expiration, support response, product test, promotion, complimentary access, feature record, or access adjustment authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

5. Feature Limits, Availability, Product Testing, and Changes

5.1 Feature Limits

Paid Features may be subject to limits.

Limits may include access-level limits, daily or periodic use limits, message-related limits, like-related limits, discovery or visibility limits, filter limits, read receipt limits, limited message-deletion limits, incognito or privacy-control limits, device or browser limits, state or location limits, payment-method limits, safety limits, fraud-prevention limits, payment-risk limits, account-status limits, moderation limits, and technical limits.

A feature limit may be measured by account, access level, time period, device, browser, session, location, payment method, feature type, product test, safety concern, fraud signal, payment-risk signal, or another operational factor.

Cuddle may apply, reset, modify, reduce, expand, suspend, or remove feature limits where permitted by applicable law and purchase-specific terms.

5.2 Feature Availability

Not every Paid Feature is available to every user, account, access level, device, browser, state, location, payment method, or purchase period.

Feature availability may depend on eligibility, age and supported-area requirements, account status, payment authorization, activation status, technical availability, product availability, Service design, state-specific requirements, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, enforcement, provider availability, legal requirements, or operational needs.

A feature may be unavailable, delayed, limited, degraded, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued, even if it is listed in a general feature description.

Cuddle does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, permanent, or universal availability of any Paid Feature.

5.3 Product Testing and Feature Experiments

Cuddle may test, pilot, modify, compare, limit, or evaluate features, interfaces, ranking systems, discovery tools, visibility controls, filters, messaging tools, privacy controls, safety tools, support flows, checkout displays, product disclosures, promotions, and other Service functionality.

Product tests may differ by account, device, browser, state, access level, eligibility, timing, technical environment, safety needs, operational needs, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, or other lawful factors.

Product testing does not mean that every user will receive the same features, interface, limits, sequence, display, or experience.

Cuddle does not use fraud-prevention, payment-risk, safety, moderation, verification, account-history, or similar risk signals to personalize the price charged to an individual user.

5.4 Changes to Paid Features

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuddle may add, remove, rename, redesign, reconfigure, limit, suspend, discontinue, replace, or change Paid Features or related Service functionality prospectively.

Changes may involve feature names, descriptions, access levels, limits, availability, discovery tools, filters, visibility controls, messaging functionality, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, privacy controls, safety tools, fraud-prevention tools, payment-risk tools, support flows, product tests, or operational systems.

A prospective change does not increase the amount already authorized for a completed one-time purchase, create a renewal charge, shorten an already purchased access period, or eliminate a non-waivable right that applied at the time of purchase.

If a feature-specific disclosure or purchase-specific term provides a more specific rule for a completed purchase, that disclosure or term controls to the extent required by law.

5.5 No Guaranteed Continuity or Result

Paid Features may improve, expand, organize, or control access to certain Cuddle-operated functionality, but they do not guarantee continued availability, uninterrupted use, compatibility, user activity, user quality, matches, likes, replies, messages, conversations, meetings, dates, relationships, visibility, compatibility, companionship, safety, identity, user truthfulness, user availability, user conduct, or any result.

A feature change, limit, test, temporary outage, or availability difference does not automatically create a refund, credit, extension, replacement, transfer, cash-out, or compensation right, except where required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or Cuddle’s written approval.

5.6 Relationship to Other Terms and Prohibited Uses

The Purchase Terms control checkout, payment authorization, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing related to feature use, visibility, messaging, read receipts, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, support, safety, fraud prevention, payment risk, and records.

No feature limit, availability rule, product test, feature change, support response, access adjustment, or product disclosure authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

6. Messaging, Likes, Discovery, Visibility, Filters, Incognito, and Read Receipts

6.1 Overview

This Section describes certain Paid Feature functionality that may be offered through Premium, Signature, promotional access, complimentary access, product tests, or other controlled access.

Not every feature described in this Section is available to every user, account, access level, device, browser, state, location, payment method, or purchase period.

Exact functionality, limits, access period, price, activation details, expiration details, refund information, statutory-cancellation information where applicable, and feature-specific restrictions may appear on the Cuddle Access & Pricing page, at checkout, in the Service, in receipts, in product disclosures, or in purchase-specific terms.

A feature described in this Section may be limited, delayed, unavailable, changed, discontinued, inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by account status, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, enforcement, product testing, technical availability, user settings, or law.

6.2 Messaging-Related Functionality

Paid Features may include or affect messaging-related functionality where available.

Messaging-related functionality may include expanded messaging access, message organization, conversation-related controls, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, or other communication tools disclosed by Cuddle.

Messaging may depend on match or connection status, account status, recipient settings, blocks, mutes, unmatches, safety controls, moderation, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, technical availability, supported-area eligibility, and applicable law.

Paid messaging-related functionality does not guarantee that a message will be delivered, opened, read, answered, preserved, deleted, or received by the intended user.

Unless Cuddle expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, in-Service messaging is not end-to-end encrypted and should not be treated as a guaranteed secure channel for highly sensitive information.

6.3 Likes and Daily-Like Access

Paid Features may include additional, expanded, or organized like-related functionality.

Like-related functionality may include daily-like access, expanded daily-like limits, visibility into likes, or other interaction tools disclosed by Cuddle.

Daily-like access and related limits may be measured by account, access level, time period, location, product test, feature availability, account status, safety concern, fraud signal, payment-risk signal, or other operational factor.

Unused likes, interactions, views, filters, messages, or other feature opportunities do not roll over, convert to cash, create credits, create stored value, or become transferable unless Cuddle expressly states otherwise in a purchase-specific term or law requires otherwise.

A like, match, connection, view, filter result, or who-liked-you indicator does not guarantee interest, compatibility, availability, identity, safety, truthfulness, response, meeting, date, relationship, or any result.

6.4 Discovery, Who-Liked-You, Filters, and Advanced Filters

Paid Features may help you view, organize, filter, sort, or access discovery results, who-liked-you information, or profile-related information.

Filters and advanced filters may use user-provided information, profile fields, preferences, location-related signals, account settings, discovery settings, Service signals, or available information within Cuddle.

Filters may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, outdated, dependent on user-provided information, affected by another user’s settings, or limited by product design.

Who-liked-you functionality may display information available to Cuddle at the time the feature is used. Likes, profiles, accounts, visibility, and availability may change, expire, be removed, or become unavailable because of user action, blocks, unmatches, account deletion, moderation, enforcement, technical issues, or Service changes.

Cuddle does not guarantee that discovery, recommendation, ranking, filtering, advanced filtering, or who-liked-you functionality will show every relevant user, hide every irrelevant user, or produce a desired outcome.

6.5 Visibility, Incognito, and Privacy-Related Controls

Paid Features may include visibility controls, incognito browsing, privacy-related convenience tools, or similar functionality where disclosed.

These tools may help control how certain activity, visibility, or profile display appears within Cuddle. They do not make you anonymous to Cuddle, payment participants, service providers, operational vendors, safety reviewers, moderation systems, fraud-prevention systems, payment-risk systems, courts, law enforcement where lawful, or other lawful recipients described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy-related Paid Features do not replace privacy rights, blocking tools, reporting tools, safety practices, user judgment, or emergency services.

6.6 Read Receipts and Limited Message Deletion

Read receipt visibility, where offered, may indicate whether a message appears to have been viewed or opened.

Read receipts may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, device-dependent, affected by technical limits, affected by user settings, or affected by account status, moderation, or Service changes.

Limited message deletion, where offered, may remove or hide certain messages from particular Service views. It may not remove messages from another user’s device, screenshots, notifications, backups, logs, cached records, safety records, moderation records, legal records, support records, payment-risk records, or locations outside Cuddle’s control.

Do not treat read receipts or message-deletion tools as guaranteed evidence, guaranteed privacy controls, or guaranteed deletion tools.

6.7 No Prohibited Use

No messaging feature, like feature, discovery feature, filter, advanced filter, who-liked-you feature, visibility control, incognito tool, read receipt, limited message-deletion tool, product disclosure, support response, product test, promotion, or complimentary access authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

7. Promotions, Complimentary Access, Product Tests, and No Trial-to-Paid Conversion

7.1 Overview

Cuddle may offer promotions, discounts, complimentary access, product tests, limited-time offers, or other controlled access to Paid Features.

These offers may apply to Premium, Signature, selected functionality, specific access periods, limited feature sets, product tests, account-specific offers, state-specific offers, or other Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Not every offer is available to every user, account, device, browser, state, location, payment method, access level, or purchase period.

7.2 Promotional Access and Discounts

A promotion or discount may reduce the price of a direct Paid Feature purchase or provide access under offer-specific terms.

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, duration limits, account limits, access-level limits, feature limits, state limits, payment-method requirements, expiration dates, anti-abuse rules, and other conditions disclosed with the offer, at checkout, in the Service, in product disclosures, or in purchase-specific terms.

A promotion does not create a right to future promotions, future discounts, price matching, extensions, refunds, credits, stored value, wallet balances, transferability, or the same offer for another account, user, payment method, or purchase period.

Cuddle may modify, limit, withdraw, or discontinue promotions prospectively, subject to applicable law and purchase-specific terms for completed purchases.

7.3 Complimentary Access

Cuddle may provide complimentary access to some or all Paid Feature functionality.

Complimentary access may be limited by account, feature, access level, duration, state, product test, promotion, support resolution, safety reason, operational need, or other disclosed condition.

Complimentary access has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash or value, is not transferable, and does not create a refund, payout, credit balance, wallet balance, stored value, or future purchase right.

Cuddle may limit, revoke, expire, or discontinue complimentary access where permitted by law and applicable terms.

7.4 Product Tests and Experimental Access

Cuddle may test, pilot, preview, modify, compare, limit, or evaluate Paid Features, access levels, feature bundles, interfaces, limits, pricing displays, product disclosures, promotions, checkout flows, and related Service functionality.

Product tests may differ by account, access level, device, browser, state, eligibility, timing, technical environment, safety needs, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, or operational needs.

Participation in a test does not guarantee continued access, future availability, permanent functionality, a refund, a price match, or access to the same feature after the test ends.

7.5 No Automatic Trial-to-Paid Conversion

Cuddle does not currently offer automatic trial-to-paid conversion.

Promotional access, complimentary access, product-test access, limited access, preview access, or other no-charge access does not automatically convert into a paid purchase.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

Continued paid access requires a new checkout transaction and separate payment authorization.

7.6 No Prohibited Use and Relationship to Other Terms

No promotion, discount, complimentary access, product test, preview, support response, access adjustment, or offer-specific term authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing.

8. No Cash Value, Non-Transferability, and No User Payments

8.1 Overview

Paid Features are limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Paid Features may expand, organize, limit, display, or control certain Service functionality, but they do not create money, value, balances, payment rights, redemption rights, transfer rights, ownership rights, financial accounts, user-payment rights, or rights to receive anything from another user.

This Section explains Cuddle’s rules on no cash value, non-transferability, no resale, no redemption, no user payments, no stored value, no wallets, no virtual credits, no cryptocurrency, no payment facilitation, no marketplace activity, and no financial products or services.

8.2 No Cash Value, Stored Value, Wallets, Credits, Gift Cards, or Crypto

Paid Features have no cash value.

Paid Features are not money, electronic money, stored value, prepaid value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cash-equivalent instruments, rewards convertible to cash, payment instruments, deposits, cryptocurrency, digital assets, tokens, NFTs, stablecoins, securities, banking products, lending products, credit products, investment products, brokerage products, insurance products, financial-advisory services, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, escrow, or other financial products or services.

Purchasing, receiving, using, losing, restricting, revoking, refunding, reversing, charging back, disputing, expiring, or canceling Paid Feature access does not create a cash balance, credit balance, stored-value account, wallet, payout right, redemption right, transfer right, financial account, or future purchase balance.

8.3 Non-Transferability, No Resale, and No Redemption

Paid Features are personal to the account for which they are purchased, activated, granted, or made available.

Paid Features may not be sold, resold, assigned, transferred, traded, exchanged, pledged, brokered, rented, leased, sublicensed, shared, gifted, cashed out, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, redeemed for value, converted to credits, converted to cryptocurrency, converted to gift cards, used as consideration, or used to obtain anything of value.

Paid Features may not be transferred to another user, account, device, payment method, profile, purchaser, estate, representative, family member, caregiver, or third party unless Cuddle expressly permits that transfer in writing or applicable law requires a different result.

A refund, statutory cancellation, chargeback, payment dispute, support response, courtesy accommodation, promotion, complimentary access, or product test does not create stored value, wallet functionality, transferable credit, cash-out value, or a future purchase balance.

8.4 No User Payments, Tips, Payouts, or Creator Monetization

Payments through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user.

Cuddle does not provide user-to-user payments, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, deposits, fees, payouts, creator payouts, user payouts, revenue sharing, cash-outs, paid access to users, paid meetings, paid dates, paid companionship, paid messaging, paid interactions, or payment or value in exchange for another user’s attention, content, conversation, meeting, date, intimacy, companionship, or availability.

No user receives money, payout, compensation, commission, revenue share, stored value, wallet balance, credit, or consideration from another user’s purchase or use of a Paid Feature.

8.5 No Adult Monetization, Sexual Services, Escort Services, or Compensated Dating

Paid Features may not be used to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, route, or disguise adult content monetization, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings, paid dates, creator monetization, or payment or value in exchange for access to a user, conversation, meeting, date, companionship, intimacy, sexual content, or sexual activity.

No Paid Feature makes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, or user-to-user transfers of value permitted.

8.6 External Transfers Are Not Paid Features

Money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, wallet transfers, bank transfers, payment-app transfers, QR-code payments, payment-handle payments, or other value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases and are not Paid Features.

Cuddle does not promise to trace, stop, reverse, insure, reimburse, recover, support, or adjudicate external transfers, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8.7 Relationship to Other Terms and Non-Waivable Rights

The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, commerce, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, external payment requests, and user-to-user transfers of value.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, privacy, safety, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

9. Safety, Moderation, Abuse Prevention, Payment Risk, and Access Restrictions

9.1 Overview

Cuddle may limit, delay, restrict, suspend, revoke, expire, adjust, or disable Paid Feature access where reasonably necessary to protect users, minors, Cuddle, payment participants, service providers, and the Service.

These actions may be based on safety concerns, moderation concerns, fraud-prevention concerns, payment-risk concerns, legal compliance, account-integrity concerns, supported-area eligibility, verification concerns, user reports, enforcement history, payment disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, prohibited activity, or other material risk.

Paid Feature access is limited and revocable. Purchasing, receiving, activating, or using a Paid Feature does not prevent Cuddle from applying safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, or enforcement controls.

9.2 Safety and Moderation Controls

Cuddle may restrict or adjust Paid Features to review reports, prevent abuse, moderate content, enforce the Terms, protect users, address harassment, impersonation, scams, account takeover, payment abuse, prohibited services, prohibited payments, or other misuse.

Cuddle may limit messaging-related functionality, visibility, discovery, likes, filters, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, or other Paid Feature functionality where Cuddle reasonably believes the account, content, interaction, purchase, payment method, or feature use creates safety, privacy, fraud, payment, legal, or Service-integrity risk.

Cuddle may also remove, preserve, restrict, blur, redact, demote, or refuse to display content connected to a Paid Feature where permitted by applicable terms and law.

9.3 Fraud Prevention and Payment-Risk Controls

Cuddle may use fraud-prevention and payment-risk controls before, during, or after checkout and during the Paid Feature access period.

Cuddle may restrict, delay, decline, refund, reverse, revoke, expire, or adjust Paid Feature access where a transaction or account may involve unauthorized payment use, card testing, payment-method testing, account takeover, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, promotional abuse, transaction laundering, sanctions risk, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, or other misuse.

Cuddle may also block or restrict a payment method, account, related account, device, browser, IP address, session, access point, or other signal where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, manage payment risk, enforce applicable terms, or comply with law.

9.4 Verification and Eligibility-Related Restrictions

Cuddle may require additional account, eligibility, age, supported-area location, residency, account-ownership, billing, payment-method, identity-document, government-ID, safety, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, or enforcement review where reasonably necessary.

Cuddle may use internal, manual, non-liveness photo or selfie review and identity-document or government-ID review for limited verification, safety, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, account-integrity, legal, privacy, refund, statutory-cancellation, dispute, moderation, or enforcement purposes.

Cuddle does not currently use a third-party identity-verification vendor, government-ID verification vendor, biometric verification provider, liveness provider, facial-recognition provider, or face-matching provider.

Cuddle does not conduct liveness checks, facial-feature analysis, facial recognition, facial-geometry analysis, face-template creation, faceprint creation, fingerprint verification, voiceprint verification, biometric-identifier processing, biometric-template processing, or biometric verification for the Service.

9.5 Effect of Restrictions on Paid Feature Access

If Cuddle restricts, suspends, terminates, deletes, reviews, or disables an account, payment method, transaction, feature, or access period, some or all Paid Features may become unavailable, restricted, revoked, delayed, expired, or lost.

Except where required by law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, the Purchase Terms, or Cuddle’s written approval, a restriction, suspension, termination, payment-method block, fraud review, payment-risk review, moderation action, enforcement action, or loss of unused access does not create a refund, credit, extension, replacement, transfer, payout, cash-out, or compensation right.

Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, privacy, safety, reporting, or consumer-protection right is not prohibited.

9.6 No Circumvention

You may not evade or attempt to evade Paid Feature limits, access restrictions, account restrictions, geographic restrictions, verification requirements, payment-method blocks, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, safety actions, moderation actions, enforcement decisions, or re-registration blocks.

Prohibited circumvention includes using false information, altered information, alternate accounts, related accounts, different devices, different payment methods, VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, purchased accounts, rented accounts, third-party accounts, external links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, coded language, or another person to act for you.

9.7 Relationship to Other Terms and No Prohibited Use

The Terms govern account restrictions, suspension, termination, enforcement, appeals, and user conduct. The Purchase Terms govern checkout, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls. The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing.

No safety review, moderation action, fraud-prevention control, payment-risk review, access restriction, payment-method block, verification process, support response, feature adjustment, or enforcement action authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

10. No Outcome Guarantees and User Responsibilities

10.1 Overview

Paid Features may improve, expand, organize, or control access to certain Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Paid Features do not guarantee dating, relationship, safety, identity, compatibility, visibility, communication, or user-conduct outcomes.

You remain responsible for your choices, settings, communications, content, purchases, reports, interactions, and decisions to trust, contact, meet, or move a conversation off Cuddle.

10.2 No Match, Message, Reply, Date, or Relationship Guarantee

Paid Features do not guarantee matches, likes, replies, messages, conversations, introductions, meetings, dates, relationships, compatibility, companionship, profile views, who-liked-you activity, discovery placement, visibility, engagement, or any particular user response.

A Paid Feature may increase or organize access to functionality, but it does not guarantee that other users will be active, available, truthful, compatible, interested, responsive, safe, or appropriate to interact with.

A lack of matches, replies, dates, visibility, compatibility, or desired results does not, by itself, create a refund, credit, extension, replacement, transfer, cash-out, or compensation right, except where required by law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, the Purchase Terms, or Cuddle’s written approval.

10.3 No User Verification, Background, or Safety Guarantee

Paid Features do not guarantee any user’s identity, age, location, relationship status, marital status, intentions, truthfulness, availability, health, safety, conduct, suitability, compatibility, account ownership, payment authority, background, criminal history, sex-offender status, financial condition, or personal circumstances.

Badges, indicators, internal manual review, identity-document or government-ID review where used, fraud-prevention tools, payment-risk tools, safety tools, moderation actions, reports, appeals, support responses, and enforcement decisions may be limited, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, dependent on available information, or circumvented.

No Paid Feature is a criminal background check, sex-offender-registry check, comprehensive identity verification, relationship-status check, safety clearance, professional matchmaking service, personal-security service, or emergency-response service.

10.4 User Responsibility and Safety Practices

You are responsible for using caution, protecting your information, respecting boundaries, complying with applicable terms, and deciding whether and how to interact with another user.

Do not send money, value, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment credentials, authentication codes, identity-document images, government identification documents, intimate content, or other sensitive information to another user.

If you communicate off Cuddle, use external platforms, follow links, scan QR codes, use payment applications, share contact details, travel, or meet in person, you do so at your own risk. Cuddle may have limited or no ability to monitor, prevent, reverse, recover, remove, investigate, or support off-Service activity.

10.5 No Professional, Financial, or Emergency Service

Paid Features do not provide legal advice, medical advice, therapy, relationship counseling, crisis response, emergency response, private investigation, personal security, financial advice, payment processing for users, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or financial products or services.

If you need emergency, legal, medical, mental-health, safety, financial, or other professional assistance, contact the appropriate professional or emergency resource.

10.6 Relationship to Other Terms and No Prohibited Use

No Paid Feature, outcome, non-outcome, support response, safety tool, moderation action, product disclosure, promotion, complimentary access, or product test authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

11. Privacy, Data Processing, and Sensitive-Information Limits

Using, receiving, purchasing, activating, losing, or receiving support for a Paid Feature may involve personal-information processing.

The Privacy Policy controls how Cuddle collects, uses, discloses, retains, protects, deletes, and otherwise processes personal information connected to Paid Features.

This Section summarizes Paid Feature privacy limits, visibility limits, sensitive-information limits, and secure-upload rules. It does not replace the Privacy Policy or any non-waivable privacy right.

11.2 Paid Feature Data Processing

Cuddle may process personal information to provide, operate, secure, support, personalize non-price Service experiences, improve, test, limit, activate, expire, and enforce Paid Features.

This may include account information, access level, activation status, expiration status, feature-use records, likes, matches or connections, discovery activity, filter settings, who-liked-you activity, read receipt information where supported, limited message-deletion activity where supported, incognito or visibility-control settings, support communications, purchase records, device information, IP-address information, fraud-prevention signals, payment-risk signals, moderation records, and enforcement records.

Cuddle may use these records to provide functionality, document access, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, manage payment risk, investigate reports, enforce terms, comply with law, and protect users and the Service.

11.3 Visibility, Messaging, Read Receipts, Incognito, and Limited Deletion

Paid Features may affect what you can see, how you appear to others, or what Service controls are available.

Visibility controls, incognito browsing, read receipts, and limited message deletion are not absolute privacy or deletion guarantees. Other users may copy, save, screenshot, record, forward, disclose, misuse, or distribute information outside Cuddle.

Read receipts may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, device-dependent, or affected by settings or technical limits.

Limited message deletion may remove or hide messages from some Service views but may not remove copies from recipient devices, screenshots, notifications, backups, logs, safety records, moderation records, legal records, or locations outside Cuddle’s control.

11.4 Sensitive Information and Ordinary Channels

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, private keys, wallet credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email, ordinary messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

Do not send such information to another user, external link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, external page, social-media profile, or third-party listing.

11.5 Secure Upload and Identity Review

When Cuddle needs identity-document or government-ID information for a specific Paid Feature, billing, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, payment-dispute, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, safety, privacy, legal, moderation, or enforcement process, Cuddle will provide a secure upload flow or specific instructions.

11.6 No Prohibited Data Use

Cuddle does not use Paid Feature data to sell personal information, share personal information for targeted advertising, create biometric templates, perform facial recognition, conduct liveness checks, personalize prices, provide user-to-user payments, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or financial products or services.

No privacy control, feature record, support response, secure-upload process, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, payment-participant relationship, or data-processing activity authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

11.7 Relationship to Other Terms and Rights

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing. The Purchase Terms control checkout, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, and user-to-user transfers of value.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable privacy, deletion, access, correction, opt-out, consent, appeal, payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, safety, consumer-protection, accessibility, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

Cuddle may create, use, preserve, disclose, and retain records relating to Paid Features, including access level, purchase status, activation status, expiration date and time, feature-use records, product disclosures, access limits, support communications, account status, eligibility information, safety records, moderation records, fraud-prevention records, payment-risk records, refund records, statutory-cancellation records, chargeback records, payment-dispute records, and enforcement records.

Cuddle may use these records to provide access, confirm activation or expiration, troubleshoot issues, apply feature limits, respond to support requests, evaluate disputes, prevent abuse, manage payment risk, enforce applicable terms, comply with law, protect users, and protect the Service.

Electronic, clickwrap, checkout, receipt, activation, expiration, support, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, and enforcement records may be used as evidence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.3 Changes to Paid Features and These Paid Features Terms

Cuddle may update these Paid Features Terms from time to time.

If Cuddle makes a material change, Cuddle will update the Effective Date and provide notice where required by law. Notice may be provided through the Service, Legal pages, email, checkout, account notices, in-Service notices, product disclosures, or another method permitted by law.

Unless law requires otherwise, updated Paid Features Terms apply prospectively after they become effective. A change does not increase the amount already authorized for a completed one-time purchase, create a renewal charge, shorten an already purchased access period, or eliminate a non-waivable right that applied at the time of purchase.
