Cuddle Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 What This Policy Is

This Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy (“Policy”) explains the services, payments, commerce activity, and value-transfer activity that are prohibited on or in connection with Cuddle.

This Policy is Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service. It applies to accounts, profiles, messages, content, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, Paid Features, checkout, support, reports, appeals, and off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle.

1.2 What This Policy Covers

This Policy covers prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, external payment requests, circumvention, scams, payment abuse, user monetization, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, and financial services.

This Policy applies whether prohibited activity is attempted through Cuddle or through off-Service communications, external links, third-party platforms, coded language, screenshots, or other methods connected to Cuddle.

1.3 Core Principle

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service. Cuddle sells only Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Cuddle does not provide, support, facilitate, endorse, guarantee, or permit prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, user payouts, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, banking, lending, investment services, or financial products or services.

1.4 Relationship to Other Terms

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchase Terms, Paid Features Terms, Community Guidelines, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Contact / Legal Notices, and applicable law.

If there is a conflict regarding prohibited services, prohibited payments, commerce activity, or user-to-user transfers of value, this Policy controls for that subject matter, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Core Principles and Definitions

2.1 Core Service Model

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service.

Cuddle sells only Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. Payments on Cuddle are made only to Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality and are not payments to other users, payments on behalf of other users, compensation, tips, donations, payouts, reimbursements, rewards, or transfers of value between users.

Paid Features, memberships, passes, boosts, messaging functionality, like-related features, discovery features, visibility features, filtering features, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, promotional access, complimentary access, and similar functionality are Service features only.

They do not create any right to money, cash-out, stored value, wallet balance, gift card, cryptocurrency, digital asset, user payout, financial product, financial service, adult content, sexual service, companionship, meeting, date, relationship, message response, or any particular outcome.

2.2 Prohibited Services

“Prohibited Services” means services, arrangements, activities, content, conduct, or transactions that may not be offered, requested, advertised, arranged, promoted, facilitated, purchased, sold, exchanged, monetized, processed, disguised, or routed through or in connection with Cuddle.

Prohibited Services include adult content monetization, pornography, adult live-chat, sexually explicit content sold or exchanged for value, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, commercial sexual services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, sugar dating, paid companionship, paid romantic interaction, paid intimate interaction, paid meetings, paid dates, paid travel connected to romantic, sexual, intimate, or companionship interaction, payment for access to a user, payment for a conversation, payment for intimacy, payment for sexual content, creator monetization, user monetization, and similar restricted activity.

2.3 Prohibited Payments and Transfers of Value

“Prohibited Payments” means payments, requests, transfers, instructions, arrangements, or attempts to send, receive, process, disguise, or facilitate value between users or for restricted purposes.

Prohibited Payments include user-to-user payments, peer-to-peer payments, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payouts, creator payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, stored value, wallet balances, cash-equivalent instruments, cryptocurrency, digital assets, loans, investments, deposits, fees, payment credentials, account credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, or anything else of value between users.

2.4 Restricted Commerce and Circumvention

“Restricted Commerce Activity” means using Cuddle to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, sell, purchase, exchange, broker, monetize, or facilitate goods, services, access, content, transactions, payments, or regulated activity that is not ordinary personal dating, conversation, discovery, or social connection between eligible adult users.

“Circumvention” means using profiles, messages, prompts, photos, videos, usernames, handles, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platforms, external payment apps, external websites, third-party platforms, coded language, screenshots, or off-Service communications to avoid this Policy, the Terms, payment-risk controls, fraud-prevention systems, safety tools, moderation systems, privacy choices, or enforcement actions.

The examples in this Policy are not exhaustive. Conduct may violate this Policy even if it is not listed word-for-word.

3. Adult Content, Sexual Services, Escort Services, Compensated Dating, and Sugar Arrangements

3.1 No Adult Content Monetization

Cuddle is not an adult content platform, pornography service, adult entertainment service, adult live-chat service, creator monetization platform, paid intimate-content platform, paid sexual-messaging platform, or marketplace for sexual content.

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, disguise, or route adult content, pornography, adult live-chat, sexually explicit content sold or exchanged for value, paid intimate content, paid sexual messaging, creator monetization, user-generated content monetization, or any similar activity.

This prohibition applies whether the content is offered through profiles, messages, prompts, photos, videos, links, QR codes, external platforms, external messaging apps, payment handles, wallet addresses, screenshots, coded language, or off-Service communications connected to Cuddle.

3.2 No Sexual Services or Escort Services

Cuddle is not an escort service, prostitution service, commercial sexual services platform, sexual services marketplace, paid companionship platform, or service for arranging in-person sexual, intimate, romantic, or companionship interactions in exchange for money or value.

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, disguise, or route sexual services, escort services, prostitution, commercial sexual services, paid sexual activity, paid intimate interaction, paid romantic interaction, paid companionship, paid meetings, paid dates, paid travel connected to sexual, romantic, intimate, or companionship interaction, or any similar activity.

This prohibition applies even if the activity is described as companionship, support, travel help, gifts, donations, generosity, allowance, sponsorship, tribute, appreciation, hosting, private meeting, private chat, private content, verification, safety fee, deposit, reimbursement, or any other label.

3.3 No Compensated Dating or Sugar Arrangements

Cuddle is not a compensated dating service, sugar dating service, sugar arrangement platform, paid dating service between users, or marketplace for romantic or social access in exchange for money, gifts, benefits, or anything else of value.

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, disguise, or route compensated dating, sugar arrangements, sugar dating, paid companionship, paid romantic access, paid social access, paid intimate access, paid meetings, paid dates, allowance-based arrangements, gift-based arrangements, sponsorship-based arrangements, travel-for-companionship arrangements, or any similar arrangement involving money or value between users.

This prohibition applies whether payment or value is requested before, during, or after an interaction, and whether the request occurs on Cuddle or through off-Service channels connected to Cuddle.

3.4 No Payment for Access to a User, Conversation, Date, or Intimacy

You may not use Cuddle to request, offer, accept, arrange, or facilitate payment or anything of value in exchange for access to a user, a profile, a message, a conversation, a reply, a meeting, a date, companionship, intimacy, sexual content, sexual activity, romantic attention, social attention, private communication, off-Service communication, or any similar interaction.

Paid memberships, Paid Features, promotional access, complimentary access, messaging functionality, like-related features, visibility features, discovery features, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, and similar Cuddle-operated functionality are Service features only.

They are not payments to other users, payments on behalf of other users, compensation, tips, donations, gifts, rewards, reimbursements, payouts, or transfers of value between users.

3.5 Transactional Language and Disguised Arrangements

You may not discuss, imply, code, negotiate, or arrange prohibited services or prohibited payments in a transactional way.

This includes using coded words, abbreviations, emojis, usernames, profile prompts, payment handles, wallet addresses, QR codes, external links, third-party platform names, screenshots, image text, altered spelling, or indirect language to suggest payment, value, compensation, allowance, gifts, sponsorship, tribute, paid access, paid companionship, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, or adult content monetization.

Cuddle may treat conduct as prohibited even if the user avoids explicit words, moves the conversation off Cuddle, or claims that payment is voluntary, a gift, a donation, a favor, a reimbursement, support, appreciation, or unrelated to the interaction.

3.6 Ordinary Dating and Personal Conversation

This Policy does not prohibit ordinary personal dating, conversation, discovery, social connection, or related personal interaction between eligible adult users, as permitted by the Terms of Service.

However, ordinary dating and social interaction must not be used to disguise prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, or other restricted activity.

3.7 Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, content, link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, external platform, Paid Feature, transaction, report, or off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle may involve prohibited activity under this Section, Cuddle may remove content, restrict visibility, limit messaging, restrict purchases, block payment methods, revoke or restrict Paid Features, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities, and take other action permitted by the Terms of Service, this Policy, the Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, and applicable law.

4. User-to-User Payments, Tips, Donations, Payouts, and Transfers of Value

4.1 No User-to-User Payments

Cuddle does not provide, support, facilitate, process, route, settle, hold, escrow, guarantee, refund, reverse, or mediate user-to-user payments.

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, advertise, arrange, send, receive, process, disguise, encourage, or facilitate any payment or transfer of value between users.

This prohibition applies whether the payment or value is requested before, during, or after a match, message, conversation, meeting, date, trip, introduction, social interaction, romantic interaction, intimate interaction, or off-Service communication.

4.2 No Tips, Donations, Gifts, Payouts, or User Compensation

You may not use Cuddle to request, offer, accept, send, receive, or arrange tips, donations, gifts, rewards, reimbursements, user payouts, creator payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, compensation, allowances, sponsorships, tributes, deposits, fees, support payments, appreciation payments, or any similar transfer of value.

You may not ask another user to pay you, compensate you, support you, reward you, reimburse you, sponsor you, donate to you, tip you, buy something for you, fund travel, pay fees, cover expenses, or provide value in exchange for attention, access, messaging, companionship, content, a meeting, a date, intimacy, or any other interaction.

No user receives money, payout, compensation, consideration, or value from another user through Cuddle-operated Paid Features, memberships, messaging functionality, like-related features, visibility features, discovery features, promotional access, complimentary access, or any similar Cuddle-operated functionality.

4.3 No Emergency, Travel, Verification, or Support Payment Requests

You may not ask another user to send money or value because of an emergency, travel issue, medical issue, family issue, immigration issue, legal issue, tax issue, customs issue, business opportunity, investment opportunity, job opportunity, housing issue, device issue, account issue, payment issue, verification issue, safety issue, meeting arrangement, dating arrangement, companionship arrangement, or any similar reason.

You may not request or provide money or value for verification fees, safety fees, deposits, booking fees, membership fees, travel costs, transportation costs, lodging costs, gift-card purchases, account opening, fund forwarding, money receipt, debt repayment, loan repayment, investment participation, or similar activity.

4.4 No Disguised Transfers of Value

A prohibited payment remains prohibited even if it is described as a gift, favor, donation, allowance, support, appreciation, sponsorship, tribute, reimbursement, emergency help, travel help, verification fee, deposit, fee, loan, investment, business opportunity, content payment, meeting cost, or voluntary contribution.

Cuddle may treat a request, offer, profile, message, payment handle, link, QR code, screenshot, external platform reference, or off-Service communication as a prohibited payment if the surrounding context suggests that money or value is being requested, offered, exchanged, routed, or disguised in connection with Cuddle.

4.5 No User Payment Intermediaries

You may not use Cuddle to recruit, direct, pressure, or encourage another user to receive funds, forward funds, open an account, provide a payment method, provide payment credentials, provide verification codes, act as a payment intermediary, act as a money mule, receive deposits, forward money, transfer cryptocurrency, buy gift cards, or participate in any financial transaction.

You may not act as an agent, broker, escrow provider, payment intermediary, collection agent, transfer agent, marketplace participant, financial service provider, or facilitator for another user’s payment or value transfer.

4.6 Relationship to Cuddle Purchases

Purchases of Cuddle-operated Paid Features are payments to Cuddle only.

Paid Features are not payments to other users, payments on behalf of other users, compensation, tips, donations, payouts, reimbursements, rewards, gifts, or transfers of value.

If another user asks you to send money, buy gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, use a payment app, provide credentials, provide verification codes, open an account, receive funds, forward funds, or participate in any financial transaction, do not proceed. Report the user through the Service or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

5. Stored Value, Wallets, Gift Cards, Cryptocurrency, Money Transmission, and Financial Services

5.1 No Stored Value, Wallets, or Cash-Equivalent Value

Cuddle does not provide, support, facilitate, issue, hold, manage, redeem, exchange, transfer, or maintain stored value, prepaid value, wallet balances, cash-equivalent instruments, payment instruments, deposits, rewards convertible to cash, user balances, or similar value.

You may not use Cuddle to create, request, advertise, arrange, sell, purchase, exchange, transfer, redeem, cash out, or disguise stored value, prepaid value, wallet balances, cash-equivalent instruments, payment instruments, user balances, or similar value.

Paid Features, memberships, passes, boosts, likes, daily-like access, visibility features, messaging functionality, discovery features, promotional access, complimentary access, and similar Cuddle-operated functionality are Service features only. They are not stored value, wallet balances, credits, cash equivalents, payment instruments, or rights to receive money or value.

5.2 No Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, or Codes

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, advertise, arrange, send, receive, purchase, sell, exchange, trade, broker, redeem, or route gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, gift-card codes, prepaid-card codes, account codes, redemption codes, or similar instruments.

This prohibition applies even if the request is described as a gift, support, emergency help, travel help, verification fee, safety fee, deposit, reimbursement, appreciation, allowance, donation, or voluntary contribution.

If another user asks you to buy, send, photograph, upload, verify, redeem, or provide a gift card, prepaid card, voucher, or code, do not proceed. Report the user through the Service or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

5.3 No Cryptocurrency or Digital Assets

Cuddle does not provide, support, facilitate, custody, exchange, transmit, transfer, broker, invest, trade, redeem, process, or settle cryptocurrency, digital assets, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs, digital asset transfers, blockchain transactions, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, or wallet addresses.

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, advertise, arrange, send, receive, purchase, sell, exchange, transfer, invest in, promote, disguise, or route cryptocurrency, digital assets, wallet addresses, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, blockchain transactions, or similar activity.

You may not use Cuddle to promote or arrange cryptocurrency investments, token sales, trading programs, staking programs, mining opportunities, recovery services, wallet setup, or wallet access.

5.4 No Money Transmission or Financial Services

Cuddle is not a money transmitter, remittance service, payment facilitator, stored-value provider, wallet provider, gift card issuer, bank, lender, credit provider, broker, investment platform, securities service, financial advisor, financial institution, money services business, escrow provider, or marketplace operator.

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, provide, purchase, sell, exchange, broker, process, or disguise money transmission, remittance, banking, lending, credit, loans, investments, securities, brokerage services, financial advisory services, escrow, fundraising, debt collection, insurance-like activity, or other regulated or restricted financial activity.

You may not ask another user to open accounts, receive funds, forward funds, hold funds, move funds, provide payment credentials, provide verification codes, act as a financial intermediary, or participate in any transaction involving money transmission, financial services, payment processing, fraud, or financial exploitation.

5.5 Cuddle Purchases Are Different

Purchases made through Cuddle’s authorized checkout flow are payments to Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality only. They may not be used to create stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, financial products, user payouts, user-to-user payments, or any transfer of value between users.

6. External Payment Requests, Payment Handles, Wallet Addresses, QR Codes, and Circumvention

6.1 No External Payment Requests

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, disguise, or route payments or transfers of value through external services.

This includes requests to use payment apps, bank transfers, wire transfers, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, cryptocurrency, digital assets, wallet addresses, payment links, QR codes, fundraising links, wish lists, unauthorized external checkout pages, external platforms, or any other off-Service method to send, receive, request, or transfer money or value.

This prohibition applies even if the request is described as optional, voluntary, a gift, a donation, support, appreciation, travel help, emergency help, reimbursement, verification, safety, deposit, fee, allowance, sponsorship, or tribute.

6.2 Payment Handles, Wallet Addresses, QR Codes, and Links

You may not include, request, send, display, encode, upload, link to, or otherwise make available payment handles, payment-app usernames, bank-transfer instructions, wire instructions, gift-card instructions, prepaid-card instructions, wallet addresses, private keys, seed phrases, QR codes, payment links, crypto addresses, or similar payment-related information through or in connection with Cuddle.

This applies to profiles, prompts, usernames, display names, photos, videos, image text, messages, reactions, reports, appeals, support requests, links, screenshots, external platform references, or other content or communications.

You may not use altered spelling, abbreviations, emojis, coded language, partial handles, screenshots, image overlays, profile clues, redirects, landing pages, or off-Service instructions to evade this Section.

6.3 Off-Service Circumvention

Moving a conversation off Cuddle does not make prohibited activity permitted.

You may not use external messaging apps, social media, email, phone calls, video calls, file-sharing services, external websites, third-party platforms, payment apps, or other off-Service channels to avoid this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Purchase Terms, the Paid Features Terms, payment-risk controls, fraud-prevention systems, safety tools, moderation systems, privacy choices, or enforcement actions.

You may not encourage another user to leave Cuddle for the purpose of requesting payment, arranging prohibited services, avoiding moderation, hiding prohibited terms, sharing payment details, or completing a transfer of value.

6.4 External Payments Are Not Cuddle Purchases

Money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, loans, investments, payment credentials, account credentials, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, or anything else of value sent to another user or third party outside Cuddle’s authorized checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases.

Cuddle does not process, reverse, refund, mediate, guarantee, recover, or assume responsibility for external transfers or off-Service financial activity.

6.5 Reporting

If another user asks you to send money, buy gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, use a payment app, provide payment credentials, provide verification codes, scan a QR code, open an account, receive funds, forward funds, or participate in a financial transaction, do not proceed.

Report the user through the Service or contact safety@cuddle-global.com. Cuddle may review reports, preserve relevant records, restrict accounts, block payment methods, revoke Paid Features, cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities, and take other action permitted by this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

7. Scams, Fraud, Payment Abuse, Chargeback Abuse, and Financial Exploitation

7.1 No Scams or Financial Exploitation

You may not use Cuddle to scam, deceive, manipulate, pressure, exploit, or financially harm another user or third party.

Prohibited activity includes romance scams, gift-card scams, cryptocurrency scams, investment scams, employment scams, immigration scams, travel scams, medical scams, emergency scams, inheritance scams, military scams, customs scams, shipping scams, tax scams, business-opportunity scams, payment-app scams, account-opening scams, money-mule activity, and similar deceptive or exploitative conduct.

You may not make false, misleading, incomplete, or deceptive statements to obtain money, gifts, payment credentials, account credentials, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, financial information, personal information, identity documents, content, access, or anything else of value.

7.2 No Payment Abuse

You may not use Cuddle, checkout, Paid Features, subscriptions if offered, trials, promotions, complimentary access, payment methods, payment processors, billing support, cancellation support, refund processes, chargeback processes, messages, profiles, reports, appeals, or support channels for payment abuse.

Prohibited payment abuse includes unauthorized payment use, stolen payment credentials, false billing information, card testing, payment-method testing, account takeover, transaction laundering, payment laundering, refund abuse, promotion abuse, trial abuse, duplicate-benefit abuse, linked-account abuse, payment block evasion, chargeback block evasion, or any other payment-related misuse.

You may not use another person’s payment method, account, credentials, device, billing information, authentication code, verification code, or payment information without authorization.

7.3 No False Chargebacks or Bad-Faith Payment Disputes

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable right you may have to dispute unauthorized transactions, billing errors, or payment issues with your payment provider, card issuer, bank, payment-method provider, or other payment provider.

However, you may not submit false, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, retaliatory, or bad-faith chargebacks, payment disputes, refund disputes, unauthorized-transaction claims, billing disputes, reversals, retrieval requests, or similar claims.

If Cuddle reasonably believes that a chargeback, payment dispute, refund request, cancellation request, or unauthorized-transaction claim is false, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, retaliatory, or submitted in bad faith, Cuddle may preserve records, respond to the dispute, restrict account access, block payment methods, restrict future purchases, revoke Paid Features, require verification, cooperate with payment processors, banks, card networks, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other lawful authorities, and take other action permitted by the Terms of Service, Purchase Terms, this Policy, and applicable law.

7.4 No Blackmail, Sextortion, or Coercive Payment Requests

You may not use Cuddle to blackmail, extort, threaten, shame, expose, pressure, or coerce another person into sending money, value, content, credentials, verification codes, or personal information.

Prohibited conduct includes threatening to reveal another person’s use of Cuddle, profile, messages, photos, videos, relationship status, marital status, sexual orientation, sex life, workplace, family information, home address, payment information, legal information, medical information, identity information, or other private or sensitive information.

You may not threaten to publish, alter, forward, distribute, or create intimate content, screenshots, recordings, copied messages, or private information to obtain money, value, access, content, silence, continued communication, or any other benefit.

7.5 Fraud Prevention and Risk Controls

Cuddle may use human review, automated review, machine-assisted tools, payment processor tools, fraud-prevention tools, payment-risk tools, linked-account analysis, device checks, IP checks, session checks, billing checks, velocity limits, purchase limits, payment-method blocks, checkout restrictions, verification requirements, account restrictions, and other controls to detect and respond to scams, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, financial exploitation, prohibited services, prohibited payments, or other misuse.

Cuddle is not required to disclose fraud models, risk scores, processor rules, card-network rules, bank rules, internal review criteria, automated decision logic, security controls, account-linking logic, or other sensitive operational information where disclosure could compromise fraud prevention, payment security, account security, user safety, investigations, legal compliance, confidential information, trade secrets, or Service integrity.

7.6 External Losses

Cuddle does not guarantee that it can recover money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, loans, investments, credentials, identity documents, content, or personal information sent outside Cuddle’s authorized checkout flow.

External transfers are not Cuddle purchases and are not payments for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

8. Prohibited Commerce, Regulated Goods or Services, Marketplace Activity, and User Monetization

8.1 No Marketplace or Commercial Use

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service for personal, non-commercial use.

Cuddle is not a marketplace, classified ads service, creator monetization platform, user monetization platform, seller platform, payment platform, escrow service, broker, agent, financial intermediary, or commerce platform.

You may not use Cuddle to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, sell, purchase, exchange, broker, monetize, fulfill, deliver, or facilitate goods, services, content, access, payments, commercial offers, business opportunities, paid interactions, or regulated activity, except ordinary personal dating, conversation, discovery, and social connection between eligible adult users as permitted by the Terms of Service.

8.2 No User Monetization

You may not use Cuddle to monetize your profile, messages, photos, videos, prompts, attention, availability, conversation, companionship, content, intimacy, meetings, dates, relationship access, off-Service access, or any other user interaction.

Prohibited user monetization includes creator monetization, paid content sales, paid messaging, paid profile access, paid conversations, paid meetings, paid dates, paid companionship, paid intimate content, paid sexual content, tips, donations, payouts, revenue sharing, commissions, referral compensation, affiliate payments, or any similar transfer of value.

Paid Features offered by Cuddle are Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality only. They do not authorize users to charge, pay, receive, or transfer value between users.

8.3 No Regulated, Restricted, or Illegal Goods or Services

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, sell, purchase, exchange, broker, or process regulated, restricted, illegal, unsafe, or high-risk goods or services.

This includes financial products, lending, credit, investments, securities, banking, insurance, money transmission, stored value, cryptocurrency, gambling, sweepstakes involving payment or value, illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription drugs, regulated medical products, weapons, firearms, explosives, ammunition, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fake documents, identity documents, account credentials, payment credentials, surveillance tools, spyware, malware, hacking services, human trafficking, employment scams, immigration scams, tax scams, legal-service scams, or any other product, service, transaction, or activity prohibited by Cuddle, payment processors, card networks, banks, service providers, or applicable law.

8.4 No Account, Data, or Access Brokerage

You may not use Cuddle to sell, rent, trade, transfer, broker, or provide accounts, profiles, login credentials, verification status, paid feature access, messaging access, user data, profile data, screenshots, datasets, scraped data, leads, introductions, invitations, or access to another user.

You may not use Cuddle for lead generation, recruiting, surveillance, investigations, background checks, credit checks, employment screening, data brokerage, scraping, AI training, model training, profiling, advertising, spam, or commercial solicitation.

8.5 Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, content, link, Paid Feature, checkout activity, payment method, report, external platform, or off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle may involve prohibited commerce, marketplace activity, user monetization, regulated activity, or restricted services, Cuddle may remove content, limit features, restrict purchases, block payment methods, revoke Paid Features, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities, and take other action permitted by this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

9. Profiles, Messages, Links, Coded Language, and Evidence

9.1 No Evasion Through User-Facing Content

You may not use any profile, prompt, bio, display name, username, handle, photo, video, image text, message, reaction, link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, external platform reference, screenshot, coded language, altered spelling, emoji, abbreviation, or off-Service communication to evade this Policy.

This applies whether the content appears on Cuddle, is sent through Cuddle, is displayed in an image, is embedded in a link, is referenced indirectly, or is used to move another user to an external channel.

9.2 Prohibited References and Signals

You may not use content or communications to suggest, imply, negotiate, or arrange prohibited services or prohibited payments.

This includes references to payment, gifts, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment apps, bank transfers, wallet addresses, allowance, sponsorship, tribute, donation, reimbursement, verification fees, safety fees, deposits, travel help, emergency help, paid access, paid messaging, paid meetings, paid dates, paid companionship, adult content, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, user payouts, stored value, money transmission, financial services, or anything else of value between users.

Cuddle may treat coded, indirect, partial, misspelled, image-based, emoji-based, or context-dependent references as prohibited if the surrounding context indicates prohibited activity.

9.3 Links, QR Codes, and External Platforms

You may not use links, redirects, landing pages, external websites, third-party platforms, file-sharing services, social media profiles, messaging apps, external payment apps, QR codes, screenshots, image overlays, or profile clues to route users toward prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, cryptocurrency, money transmission, or financial services.

You may not ask another user to search for, decode, scan, click, copy, paste, translate, infer, or assemble information to find payment instructions, wallet information, or prohibited-service instructions.

9.4 Evidence, Context, and Review

Cuddle may review, preserve, use, and disclose profiles, messages, links, QR codes, screenshots, reports, metadata, device signals, IP signals, payment-risk signals, support communications, and related records where reasonably necessary to investigate or enforce this Policy.

Cuddle may consider surrounding context, repeated patterns, linked accounts, external information submitted to us, user reports, payment-risk indicators, and safety concerns when determining whether conduct violates this Policy.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that Cuddle will remove content, restrict an account, recover funds, reverse a transaction, preserve evidence, notify you of the outcome, or take any particular action.

10. Reporting, Review, Enforcement, Records, and Cooperation

10.1 Reporting Prohibited Activity

If you see or experience suspected prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, external payment requests, scams, fraud, payment abuse, financial exploitation, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, doxxing, impersonation, minor safety concerns, or other restricted activity, you should report it through the reporting tools we make available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

If the issue relates to billing, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, or payment disputes, you may also contact billing@cuddle-global.com.

Reports should include enough information for Cuddle to review the concern, such as the profile identifier, account identifier, message references, screenshots, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platform identifiers, transaction details, dates, times, and a description of the issue where available.

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank account credentials, government identification documents, biometric information, private keys, cryptocurrency wallet credentials, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email unless Cuddle specifically requests it through an appropriate method.

10.2 Review and Investigation

Cuddle may review accounts, profiles, messages, prompts, photos, videos, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platform references, reports, screenshots, support communications, billing communications, payment-risk signals, fraud-prevention signals, device information, IP address information, transaction-related information, and related records where reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, enforce against, or respond to suspected violations of this Policy.

Cuddle may use human review, automated review, machine-assisted tools, service-provider tools, payment processor tools, fraud-prevention tools, payment-risk tools, safety tools, moderation tools, and related records for these purposes.

10.3 Enforcement Actions

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, content, Paid Feature, payment method, checkout activity, external platform, transaction, support request, report, or off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle may violate this Policy, Cuddle may take action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Actions may include warning a user, removing content, restricting profile visibility, limiting messaging, limiting discovery, restricting purchases, blocking payment methods, delaying or declining transactions, revoking or restricting Paid Features, requiring verification, preserving records, suspending or terminating accounts, responding to chargebacks or payment disputes, cooperating with service providers, payment processors, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other lawful authorities, and pursuing legal remedies.

10.4 Records and Cooperation

Cuddle may create, use, disclose, and retain records relating to reports, investigations, enforcement actions, prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, external payment requests, safety concerns, legal compliance, privacy compliance, tax, accounting, audit, and related operations.

These records may be used to enforce this Policy, protect users, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, respond to disputes, comply with law, cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities, and protect Cuddle, payment processors, banks, card networks, service providers, and the Service.

10.5 No Guarantee of Recovery or Specific Action

Submitting a report does not guarantee that Cuddle will remove content, restrict an account, recover funds, reverse a transaction, issue a refund, preserve evidence, contact a third party, notify you of the outcome, or take any particular action.

Cuddle does not guarantee recovery of money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, loans, investments, credentials, identity documents, content, or personal information sent outside Cuddle’s authorized checkout flow.

11. Relationship to Other Terms, Contact, Changes, and Non-Waivable Rights

11.1 Relationship to Other Terms

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms, Paid Features Terms, Community Guidelines, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law.

This Policy controls for prohibited services, prohibited payments, restricted commerce activity, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, wallet balances, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, and similar restricted activity.

The Purchase Terms control payment, billing, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and checkout matters. The Paid Features Terms control Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, non-transferability, no cash value, and feature-specific restrictions. The Privacy Policy controls personal information.

11.3 Changes and No Authorization of Prohibited Activity

Cuddle may update this Policy and will provide notice where required by law.

No update to this Policy authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, financial services, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, cryptocurrency, money transmission, or any similar restricted activity.

11.4 Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, payment, unauthorized-transaction, consumer-protection, privacy, safety, reporting, accessibility, anti-discrimination, data-security, breach-notification, sensitive-data, consent, opt-out, appeal, or other right that may apply under applicable law.
