Cuddle Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 What This Policy Is

This Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy (“Policy”) explains the services, payments, commerce activity, payment-facilitation activity, marketplace activity, user-monetization activity, creator-monetization activity, and value-transfer activity that are prohibited on or in connection with Cuddle.

This Policy is Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service. It applies to accounts, profiles, messages, content, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, Paid Features, checkout, billing, support, reports, appeals, moderation, enforcement, and off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle.

This Policy applies whether prohibited activity is attempted directly, indirectly, through coded language, through screenshots or embedded text, through external platforms, through payment applications, or through another method connected to Cuddle.

1.2 What This Policy Covers

This Policy covers prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, external payment requests, circumvention, scams, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, financial exploitation, user monetization, creator monetization, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, restricted commerce, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, and financial products or services.

This Policy also covers attempts to use Cuddle, Paid Features, checkout, profiles, messages, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, off-Service communications, third-party platforms, payment apps, coded language, emojis, image text, screenshots, or other methods to evade Cuddle’s rules.

1.3 Core Principle

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service. Cuddle sells only Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

Payments made through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user, payments on behalf of another user, tips, donations, payouts, reimbursements, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, or transfers of value between users.

Cuddle does not provide, support, facilitate, endorse, guarantee, process, or permit prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, user payouts, creator payouts, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, banking, lending, investment, brokerage, securities, insurance, credit, or other financial products or services.

1.4 Relationship to Other Terms

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms, Paid Features Terms, Community Guidelines, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, Criminal Background Screening Disclosure, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Copyright / IP Complaints Policy, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law.

If there is a conflict regarding prohibited services, prohibited payments, restricted commerce, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, user monetization, creator monetization, or financial products or services, this Policy controls that subject matter, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Core Principles and Definitions

2.1 Core Service Model

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service for eligible adults located in the United States.

Cuddle sells only Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. Payments made through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user, payments on behalf of another user, compensation, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, rewards, user payouts, creator payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, or transfers of value between users.

Paid Features, Premium, Signature, messaging-related functionality, like-related features, discovery features, visibility features, filtering features, advanced filters, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, promotional access, complimentary access, product tests, and similar Cuddle-operated functionality are Service features only.

They do not create any right to money, cash-out, stored value, wallet balance, virtual credit balance, gift card balance, cryptocurrency, digital asset, user payout, financial products or services, adult content, sexual services, companionship, meetings, dates, relationships, message responses, or any particular outcome.

2.2 Prohibited Services

“Prohibited Services” means services, arrangements, activities, content, conduct, or transactions that may not be offered, requested, advertised, arranged, promoted, facilitated, purchased, sold, exchanged, monetized, processed, disguised, routed, or attempted through or in connection with Cuddle.

Prohibited Services include adult content monetization, pornography, adult live-chat, sexually explicit content sold or exchanged for value, paid intimate content, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, commercial sexual services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, sugar dating, paid companionship, paid romantic interaction, paid intimate interaction, paid meetings, paid dates, paid travel connected to romantic, sexual, intimate, or companionship interaction, payment for access to a user, payment for a conversation, payment for intimacy, payment for sexual content, creator monetization, user monetization, marketplace activity, and similar restricted activity.

2.3 Prohibited Payments and Transfers of Value

“Prohibited Payments” means payments, requests, transfers, instructions, arrangements, or attempts to send, receive, process, disguise, route, or facilitate value between users or for restricted purposes.

Prohibited Payments include user-to-user payments, peer-to-peer payments, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payouts, creator payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, cash-equivalent instruments, cryptocurrency, digital assets, loans, investments, deposits, fees, payment facilitation, marketplace payments, payment credentials, account credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, or anything else of value between users or for restricted purposes.

2.4 Restricted Commerce, Payment Facilitation, Marketplace Activity, and Circumvention

“Restricted Commerce Activity” means using Cuddle to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, sell, purchase, exchange, broker, monetize, process, route, or facilitate goods, services, access, content, transactions, payments, regulated activity, or commercial activity that is not ordinary personal dating, conversation, discovery, or social connection between eligible adult users.

“Payment Facilitation” means using Cuddle to process, route, collect, hold, settle, aggregate, intermediate, broker, coordinate, disguise, or enable payments or transfers of value for or between users, sellers, buyers, creators, service providers, recipients, or third parties.

“Marketplace Activity” means using Cuddle as a marketplace, seller platform, buyer platform, listing service, classified service, creator monetization service, user monetization service, referral platform, broker, intermediary, escrow-like service, payment platform, or commerce platform for goods, services, content, access, meetings, dates, companionship, intimacy, sexual content, or anything else of value.

“Circumvention” means using profiles, messages, prompts, photos, videos, usernames, handles, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platforms, external payment apps, external websites, third-party platforms, coded language, screenshots, image text, embedded text, emojis, or off-Service communications to avoid this Policy, the Terms, payment-risk controls, fraud-prevention systems, safety tools, moderation systems, privacy choices, account restrictions, payment restrictions, or enforcement actions.

2.5 Non-Exhaustive Examples

The examples in this Policy are not exhaustive. Conduct may violate this Policy even if it is not listed word-for-word.

Cuddle may determine that conduct violates this Policy based on context, patterns, user reports, account activity, payment-risk signals, fraud-prevention signals, safety concerns, external links, coded language, repeated conduct, or other information reasonably available to Cuddle.

3. Adult Content, Sexual Services, Escort Services, Compensated Dating, and Sugar Arrangements

3.1 No Adult Content Monetization

Cuddle is not an adult content platform, pornography service, adult live-chat service, creator-monetization platform, paid intimate-content platform, paid sexual-messaging platform, or marketplace for sexual content.

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, disguise, route, or support adult content monetization, pornography sales, adult live-chat, paid intimate content, paid sexual messaging, sexually explicit content sold or exchanged for value, creator monetization, user monetization, marketplace activity, or similar restricted activity.

This prohibition applies whether the activity is attempted through profiles, prompts, bios, display names, photos, videos, messages, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, screenshots, image text, coded language, external platforms, external messaging apps, external payment apps, or off-Service communications connected to Cuddle.

3.2 No Sexual Services or Escort Services

Cuddle is not an escort service, prostitution service, commercial sexual-services platform, paid companionship platform, or service for arranging sexual, intimate, romantic, or companionship interactions in exchange for money or value.

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, disguise, route, or support sexual services, escort services, prostitution, commercial sexual services, paid sexual activity, paid intimate interaction, paid romantic interaction, paid companionship, paid meetings, paid dates, paid travel connected to sexual, romantic, intimate, or companionship interaction, or similar activity.

This prohibition applies even if the activity is described as companionship, support, generosity, appreciation, hosting, private meeting, private chat, private content, travel help, gifts, donations, allowance, sponsorship, tribute, verification, safety fee, deposit, reimbursement, or another label.

3.3 No Compensated Dating or Sugar Arrangements

Cuddle is not a compensated dating service, sugar dating service, sugar-arrangement platform, paid dating service between users, or marketplace for romantic, social, intimate, or companionship access in exchange for money, gifts, benefits, support, sponsorship, allowance, reimbursement, or value.

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, exchange, request, provide, monetize, process, disguise, route, or support compensated dating, sugar arrangements, sugar dating, paid companionship, paid romantic access, paid social access, paid intimate access, paid meetings, paid dates, allowance-based arrangements, gift-based arrangements, sponsorship-based arrangements, support-based arrangements, or similar value-based arrangements.

Ordinary unpaid dating, conversation, discovery, and social connection between eligible adults may be allowed if it complies with Cuddle’s terms. Any arrangement involving payment, gifts, reimbursement, financial support, benefits, value, or expected compensation for access, conversation, companionship, intimacy, content, meetings, dates, or relationships is prohibited.

3.4 No Payment or Value Exchange for Access, Content, or Interaction

You may not request, offer, accept, advertise, arrange, imply, or condition payment or value in exchange for access to a user, profile, message, conversation, reply, meeting, date, companionship, intimacy, sexual content, private content, continued communication, or off-Service interaction.

This includes money, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, digital assets, loans, investments, deposits, fees, payment credentials, account credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, or anything else of value.

Purchases made through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user and may not be used to create, disguise, route, or support prohibited services, prohibited payments, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or transfers of value between users.

3.5 No Circumvention or Coded Arrangements

You may not use coded language, emojis, screenshots, abbreviations, indirect references, external links, third-party platforms, external payment apps, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, wish lists, fundraising links, private groups, image text, embedded text, or off-Service communications to evade this Section.

Moving a conversation off Cuddle does not make adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid intimacy, user monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or user-to-user transfers of value permitted.

3.6 Review and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, link, payment signal, external platform reference, Paid Feature, report, or other activity may involve this Section, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

If another user solicits adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, payment for access, or anything of value, do not proceed. Report the user through the Service where available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable safety, reporting, privacy, payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, billing-error, consumer-protection, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.

4. User-to-User Payments, Tips, Donations, Payouts, and Transfers of Value

4.1 No User-to-User Payments or Transfers of Value

Cuddle does not allow users to send, receive, request, arrange, process, disguise, route, or facilitate money or anything of value to or from another user.

You may not use Cuddle, Paid Features, checkout, profiles, messages, prompts, photos, videos, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platforms, external payment apps, screenshots, coded language, image text, embedded text, or off-Service communications connected to Cuddle to request, offer, accept, arrange, imply, or complete a payment or transfer of value between users.

This prohibition applies whether the payment or value is described as voluntary, temporary, refundable, reimbursable, supportive, romantic, generous, appreciative, private, discreet, emergency-related, travel-related, safety-related, verification-related, meeting-related, date-related, content-related, companionship-related, or connected to continued communication.

4.2 No Tips, Donations, Gifts, Payouts, or Revenue Sharing

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, process, disguise, or route tips, donations, gifts, rewards, reimbursements, payouts, creator payouts, user payouts, cash-outs, revenue sharing, sponsorships, allowances, tributes, deposits, support payments, appreciation payments, or similar transfers of value.

Cuddle does not provide user payouts, creator payouts, revenue sharing, tipping, donation tools, fundraising tools, seller tools, creator monetization, user monetization, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, payment aggregation, escrow, or user-to-user payment functionality.

No user receives money, payout, compensation, commission, consideration, stored value, wallet balance, virtual credit balance, gift card balance, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, or other value from another user through Cuddle or through the purchase or use of a Paid Feature.

4.3 No Reimbursements, Expenses, Loans, Investments, or Financial Support

You may not use Cuddle to request, offer, arrange, send, receive, or route reimbursements, expense payments, travel costs, lodging costs, transportation costs, medical costs, legal costs, immigration costs, customs fees, tax fees, shipping fees, emergency help, verification fees, safety fees, meeting fees, dating fees, companionship fees, loans, investments, deposits, advances, financial support, or similar value.

You may not ask another user to open accounts, receive funds, forward funds, hold funds, buy gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, provide payment credentials, provide account credentials, provide authentication codes, provide verification codes, provide private keys, provide wallet credentials, or act as a financial intermediary.

4.4 Cuddle Purchases Are Payments to Cuddle Only

Purchases made through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

They are not payments to or for another user, tips, donations, payouts, reimbursements, compensation, user monetization, creator monetization, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, or transfers of value between users.

A user may not claim, imply, or require that purchasing a Cuddle Paid Feature is needed to pay, access, reward, compensate, verify, protect, meet, date, message, support, rescue, reimburse, unlock, or continue communicating with that user.

4.5 No Disguised or Off-Service Transfers

Moving a conversation off Cuddle does not make user-to-user payments or transfers of value permitted.

You may not use payment-app usernames, bank-transfer instructions, wire instructions, gift-card instructions, prepaid-card instructions, wallet addresses, QR codes, payment links, fundraising links, wish lists, external checkout pages, subscription links, creator pages, coded language, screenshots, image text, embedded text, emojis, or indirect references to evade this Section.

External transfers sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases. Cuddle does not promise to trace, stop, reverse, insure, reimburse, recover, support, or adjudicate external transfers, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4.6 Review and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, link, Paid Feature, payment signal, external platform reference, report, support request, payment method, transaction, or other activity may involve user-to-user payments, external payment requests, transfers of value, or circumvention, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, privacy, safety, reporting, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.

5. Stored Value, Wallets, Virtual Credits, Gift Cards, Cryptocurrency, Money Transmission, Payment Facilitation, and Financial Services

5.1 No Stored Value, Wallets, Virtual Credits, or Cash-Equivalent Value

Cuddle does not provide, support, facilitate, issue, hold, manage, redeem, exchange, transfer, custody, or maintain stored value, prepaid value, wallet balances, virtual credits, cash-equivalent instruments, payment instruments, deposits, user balances, or similar value.

You may not use Cuddle, Paid Features, profiles, messages, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platforms, screenshots, image text, coded language, or off-Service communications connected to Cuddle to create, request, advertise, arrange, sell, purchase, exchange, transfer, redeem, cash out, or disguise stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, cash-equivalent instruments, payment instruments, user balances, or similar value.

5.2 No Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, Codes, or Similar Instruments

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, advertise, arrange, send, receive, purchase, sell, exchange, trade, broker, redeem, verify, route, or disguise gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, gift-card codes, prepaid-card codes, redemption codes, cash-equivalent codes, or similar instruments.

This prohibition applies even if the request is described as a gift, appreciation, support, emergency help, travel help, verification fee, safety fee, meeting fee, dating fee, companionship fee, deposit, reimbursement, allowance, donation, tribute, sponsorship, or voluntary contribution.

If another user asks you to buy, send, photograph, upload, verify, redeem, or provide a gift card, prepaid card, voucher, or code, do not proceed. Report the user through the Service where available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

5.3 No Cryptocurrency, Digital Assets, Wallet Credentials, or Blockchain Activity

Cuddle does not provide, support, facilitate, custody, exchange, transmit, transfer, broker, invest, trade, redeem, process, route, disguise, or settle cryptocurrency, digital assets, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs, blockchain transactions, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, wallet addresses, or similar assets or credentials.

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, advertise, arrange, send, receive, purchase, sell, exchange, transfer, invest in, promote, disguise, or route cryptocurrency, digital assets, wallet addresses, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, blockchain transactions, token sales, trading programs, recovery services, wallet setup, wallet access, or similar activity.

5.4 No Money Transmission, Remittance, Payment Facilitation, Marketplace Payments, or Financial Services

Cuddle is not a money transmitter, remittance provider, payment facilitator, payment aggregator, marketplace, escrow agent, stored-value provider, wallet provider, cryptocurrency service, bank, lender, broker, securities provider, insurer, credit provider, investment adviser, financial adviser, or other financial-services provider.

You may not use Cuddle to process, route, collect, hold, settle, aggregate, intermediate, broker, coordinate, disguise, or enable payments or transfers of value for or between users, sellers, buyers, creators, service providers, recipients, or third parties.

You may not use Cuddle to offer, request, arrange, promote, sell, purchase, exchange, finance, underwrite, broker, or provide banking, lending, credit, insurance, investment, brokerage, securities, escrow, remittance, money transmission, stored-value, wallet, cryptocurrency, payment facilitation, marketplace, or other financial products or services.

5.5 Paid Features Are Service Functionality Only

Paid Features, Premium, Signature, messaging-related functionality, like-related features, discovery features, visibility features, filtering features, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, promotional access, complimentary access, product tests, and similar Cuddle-operated functionality are Service features only.

Payments through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to or for another user and do not create stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, or transfers of value between users.

5.6 Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, Paid Feature, transaction, payment method, report, support request, or off-Service activity connected to Cuddle may involve this Section, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

No action, review, report, support response, payment-risk review, refund, statutory-cancellation response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, or payment-participant relationship authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

6. External Payment Requests, Payment Handles, Wallet Addresses, QR Codes, and Links

6.1 No External Payment Requests

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, disguise, route, coordinate, or complete payments or transfers of value through external services or off-Service methods.

This includes requests to use payment apps, bank transfers, wire transfers, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, digital assets, wallet addresses, payment links, QR codes, fundraising links, wish lists, external checkout pages, marketplace pages, creator monetization pages, third-party platforms, or any other off-Service method to send, receive, request, route, or transfer money or value.

This prohibition applies even if the request is described as optional, voluntary, a gift, support, appreciation, travel help, emergency help, verification, safety, deposit, fee, allowance, sponsorship, tribute, meeting-related, dating-related, or companionship-related.

6.2 Payment Handles, Wallet Addresses, QR Codes, and Links

You may not include, request, send, display, encode, upload, link to, or otherwise make available payment handles, payment-app usernames, bank-transfer instructions, wire instructions, gift-card instructions, prepaid-card instructions, voucher codes, wallet addresses, seed phrases, QR codes, payment links, cryptocurrency addresses, marketplace links, external checkout links, creator monetization links, or similar payment-related information through or in connection with Cuddle.

This applies to profiles, prompts, bios, usernames, display names, photos, videos, image text, messages, reactions, reports, appeals, support requests, links, screenshots, external platform references, or other content or communications.

You may not use altered spelling, emojis, coded language, partial handles, screenshots, image overlays, redirects, landing pages, file-sharing links, private groups, or off-Service instructions to evade this Section.

6.3 Off-Service Circumvention

Moving a conversation off Cuddle does not make prohibited activity permitted.

You may not use external messaging apps, social media, email, phone calls, video calls, file-sharing services, external websites, third-party platforms, payment apps, marketplace platforms, creator platforms, or other off-Service channels to avoid this Policy, the Terms, Purchase Terms, Paid Features Terms, payment-risk controls, fraud-prevention systems, safety tools, moderation systems, privacy choices, account restrictions, payment restrictions, or enforcement actions.

You may not encourage another user to leave Cuddle to request payment, arrange prohibited services, avoid moderation, share payment details, complete a transfer of value, engage in payment facilitation, conduct marketplace activity, monetize users or creators, or conduct financial activity.

6.4 External Transfers Are Not Cuddle Purchases

Money, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, digital assets, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, loans, investments, payment credentials, account credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, or anything else of value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases.

Cuddle does not process, reverse, refund, mediate, guarantee, recover, support, or assume responsibility for external payments, wallet transfers, user-to-user payments, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial activity, or other transfers of value outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow, except where law requires otherwise.

External transfers do not provide Paid Feature access, create a Cuddle purchase record, or make Cuddle a payment facilitator, marketplace, escrow agent, money transmitter, wallet provider, stored-value provider, cryptocurrency service, bank, lender, broker, or other financial-services provider.

6.5 Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, Paid Feature, transaction, payment method, report, support request, external reference, or off-Service activity connected to Cuddle may involve this Section, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

If another user asks you to use an external payment method, payment handle, wallet address, QR code, payment link, gift card, cryptocurrency, or similar method, do not proceed. Report the user through the Service where available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, chargeback, privacy, safety, consumer-protection, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

7. Scams, Fraud, Payment Abuse, Chargeback Abuse, and Financial Exploitation

7.1 No Scams or Fraud

You may not use Cuddle for scams, fraud, deception, impersonation, phishing, smishing, vishing, malware distribution, credential theft, account takeover, fake emergencies, romance scams, investment scams, employment scams, immigration scams, housing scams, recovery scams, refund scams, chargeback schemes, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, or similar misconduct.

You may not create, use, sell, rent, borrow, share, or coordinate fake accounts, account farms, bot accounts, purchased accounts, rented accounts, stolen accounts, or accounts controlled by another person.

You may not misrepresent your identity, age, location, relationship status, intentions, affiliation, verification status, safety status, financial condition, employment, education, emergency, travel need, legal need, medical need, immigration status, payment authority, or account ownership to obtain money, value, access, content, communication, trust, or another benefit.

7.2 No Payment Abuse, Transaction Laundering, or Unauthorized Payment Use

You may not use Cuddle, Paid Features, checkout, payment methods, profiles, messages, reports, support channels, external links, payment handles, wallet addresses, QR codes, coded language, or off-Service communications for unauthorized payment use, card testing, payment-method testing, stolen payment methods, transaction laundering, payment disguising, sanctions evasion, payment-risk evasion, or prohibited payments.

You may not use a Cuddle purchase to disguise, fund, reimburse, settle, route, or support prohibited services, user-to-user transfers of value, external payment requests, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, or financial products or services.

Payments through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

7.3 Refund, Chargeback, Billing-Error, and Payment-Dispute Abuse

Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, privacy, safety, reporting, or consumer-protection right is not prohibited.

Knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, or bad-faith refund requests, statutory-cancellation requests, billing-error claims, unauthorized-transaction claims, chargebacks, reversals, retrieval requests, payment disputes, evidence submissions, or support communications are prohibited.

You may not seek duplicate recovery for the same transaction through multiple channels, including a Cuddle refund, statutory-cancellation remedy, bank reversal, chargeback, payment-provider credit, or other payment-dispute remedy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7.4 No Financial Exploitation or Manipulation

You may not pressure, manipulate, shame, threaten, coerce, deceive, or exploit another user to obtain money, value, gifts, payment credentials, account credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, documents, intimate content, travel, housing, employment, investment activity, or other benefits.

You may not target users based on loneliness, age, disability, immigration status, financial distress, medical need, housing insecurity, relationship status, grief, emergency circumstances, or other vulnerability for financial or personal gain.

7.5 No Credential, Identity, or Account Misuse

You may not request, collect, buy, sell, trade, verify, route, or misuse passwords, authentication codes, verification codes, full payment card numbers, card security codes, full bank credentials, private keys, wallet credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, account access, or payment access.

You may not ask another user to open accounts, receive funds, forward funds, hold funds, buy gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, use a payment method, act as an intermediary, or help avoid Cuddle’s safety, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, or enforcement systems.

7.6 Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, link, payment signal, Paid Feature, transaction, payment method, report, support request, chargeback, dispute, or off-Service activity connected to Cuddle may involve this Section, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

If another user requests money, value, payment credentials, authentication codes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wallet transfers, suspicious links, or urgent financial help, do not proceed. Report the user through the Service where available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

7.7 Non-Waivable Rights and No Prohibited Use

No fraud review, payment-risk review, refund response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, support response, enforcement action, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, or payment-participant relationship authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

8. Prohibited Commerce, Regulated Goods or Services, Marketplace Activity, and User Monetization

8.1 No Marketplace or Commercial Use

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service for personal, non-commercial dating, conversation, discovery, and social connection between eligible adult users.

Cuddle is not a marketplace, classified-ads service, seller platform, buyer platform, creator-monetization platform, user-monetization platform, payment platform, payment facilitator, payment aggregator, escrow service, broker, agent, financial intermediary, commerce platform, or regulated-goods platform.

You may not use Cuddle to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, sell, purchase, exchange, broker, monetize, fulfill, deliver, process, route, or facilitate goods, services, content, access, payments, commercial offers, business opportunities, paid interactions, regulated activity, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other commerce activity, except ordinary personal dating, conversation, discovery, and social connection permitted by the Terms.

8.2 No User or Creator Monetization

You may not use Cuddle to monetize your profile, messages, photos, videos, prompts, attention, availability, conversation, companionship, content, intimacy, meetings, dates, relationship access, off-Service access, visibility, discovery, account status, verification status, Paid Feature access, or any other user interaction.

Prohibited monetization includes creator monetization, user monetization, paid content sales, paid messaging, paid profile access, paid conversations, paid meetings, paid dates, paid companionship, paid romantic access, paid social access, paid intimate content, paid sexual content, tips, donations, payouts, revenue sharing, commissions, referral compensation, affiliate payments, sponsorships, allowances, tributes, deposits, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or any similar transfer of value.

Paid Features are Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality only. They do not authorize users to charge, pay, receive, request, route, hold, transfer, cash out, or exchange value between users. They are not stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or financial products or services.

8.3 No Regulated, Restricted, Illegal, or High-Risk Goods or Services

You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, sell, purchase, exchange, broker, process, route, or disguise regulated, restricted, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, or high-risk goods or services.

This includes financial products or services, lending, credit, investments, securities, banking, insurance, money transmission, remittance, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, gambling, sweepstakes involving payment or value, illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription drugs, regulated medical products, weapons, firearms, explosives, ammunition, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, fake documents, identity documents, account credentials, payment credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, surveillance tools, spyware, malware, hacking services, human trafficking, employment scams, immigration scams, tax scams, legal-service scams, or any other product, service, transaction, or activity prohibited by Cuddle, payment participants, service providers, or applicable law.

8.4 No Account, Data, Lead, or Access Brokerage

You may not use Cuddle to sell, rent, trade, transfer, broker, assign, license, provide, scrape, compile, or monetize accounts, profiles, login credentials, account credentials, verification status, Paid Feature access, messaging access, user data, profile data, screenshots, datasets, scraped data, leads, introductions, invitations, contact information, private information, payment information, or access to another user.

You may not use Cuddle for lead generation, recruiting, surveillance, investigations, background checks, relationship-status screening, credit checks, employment screening, housing screening, insurance screening, data brokerage, scraping, AI training, model training, profiling, advertising, spam, commercial solicitation, affiliate marketing, referral monetization, or similar commercial activity.

8.5 Review and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, content, link, Paid Feature, checkout activity, payment method, report, external platform, or off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle may involve prohibited commerce, regulated goods or services, marketplace activity, user monetization, creator monetization, payment facilitation, access brokerage, data brokerage, financial activity, restricted services, or other prohibited activity, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, restrict features or purchases, block payment methods, revoke Paid Features, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

9. Profiles, Messages, Links, Coded Language, and Circumvention

9.1 No Prohibited Activity Through Profiles, Messages, or Content

You may not use profiles, prompts, bios, display names, usernames, handles, photos, videos, image text, screenshots, messages, reactions, links, reports, appeals, support requests, or other content or communications to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, disguise, route, or complete prohibited services, prohibited payments, restricted commerce, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, user monetization, creator monetization, or transfers of value.

This prohibition applies even if the content appears indirect, humorous, coded, incomplete, temporary, private, off-Service, or described as optional, voluntary, social, romantic, generous, supportive, discreet, verification-related, safety-related, meeting-related, dating-related, or companionship-related.

9.2 No Payment Handles, Wallet Addresses, QR Codes, or External Payment Links

You may not include, request, display, upload, send, encode, link to, or direct users to payment handles, payment-app usernames, bank-transfer instructions, wire instructions, gift-card instructions, prepaid-card instructions, voucher codes, QR codes, wallet addresses, cryptocurrency addresses, payment links, fundraising links, wish lists, external checkout pages, creator pages, marketplace pages, subscription pages, or similar payment-related destinations.

This applies to ordinary text, image text, screenshots, overlays, profile photos, videos, filenames, usernames, handles, emojis, abbreviations, shortened URLs, redirects, landing pages, private groups, and off-Service instructions connected to Cuddle.

9.3 No Coded Language or Disguised Arrangements

You may not use coded language, symbols, emojis, misspellings, acronyms, indirect references, inside jokes, price-like numbers, menu-style references, location clues, timing clues, screenshots, cropped images, embedded text, altered images, links, or external-platform references to evade this Policy.

Cuddle may consider context, patterns, repeated conduct, user reports, payment-risk signals, fraud-prevention signals, external links, payment references, off-Service instructions, and other reasonably available information when determining whether language or content is being used to disguise prohibited activity.

9.4 No Off-Service Circumvention

Moving a conversation off Cuddle does not make prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, money transmission, or financial products or services permitted.

You may not encourage, pressure, or instruct another user to leave Cuddle to avoid safety tools, moderation, fraud-prevention systems, payment-risk controls, privacy choices, account restrictions, payment restrictions, reporting tools, or enforcement actions.

9.5 Sensitive Information and Secure Upload Limits

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, private keys, wallet credentials, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email, ordinary messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

When Cuddle needs identity-document or government-ID information for a specific safety, legal, privacy, refund, statutory-cancellation, account-recovery, dispute, Service-integrity, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, enforcement, billing, chargeback, or payment-dispute process, Cuddle will provide a secure upload flow or specific instructions for that process.

9.6 Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, screenshot, image text, external reference, Paid Feature, report, support request, transaction, payment method, or off-Service activity connected to Cuddle may involve this Section, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

If another user uses coded language, payment references, external links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, or off-Service instructions to request value or arrange prohibited activity, do not proceed. Report the user through the Service where available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

10. Reporting, Review, Enforcement, Records, and Cooperation

10.1 Reporting Prohibited Activity

If you see or experience suspected prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, external payment requests, scams, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, financial exploitation, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, doxxing, impersonation, minor-safety concerns, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, report it through the reporting tools Cuddle makes available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

For billing, refund, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, or payment-dispute issues involving a Cuddle purchase, contact billing@cuddle-global.com.

Reports should include enough information for Cuddle to review the concern, such as profile or account identifiers, message references, screenshots where lawful and safe, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, transaction details, dates, times, and a clear description of what happened.

Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.

10.2 Sensitive Information in Reports

When Cuddle needs identity-document or government-ID information for a specific safety, legal, privacy, refund, account-recovery, dispute, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, enforcement, billing, chargeback, or payment-dispute process, Cuddle will provide a secure upload flow or specific instructions.

10.3 Review and Investigation

Cuddle may review accounts, profiles, messages, prompts, photos, videos, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platform references, reports, screenshots, support communications, billing communications, checkout activity, payment-risk signals, fraud-prevention signals, device information, IP-address information, transaction-related information, and related records where reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, document, enforce against, or respond to suspected violations.

Cuddle may use human review, automated review, machine-assisted tools, service-provider tools, payment-processor tools, fraud-prevention tools, payment-risk tools, safety tools, moderation tools, linked-account analysis, device checks, session checks, velocity limits, purchase limits, payment-method blocks, and related records.

Cuddle may consider context, patterns, user reports, account history, external links, coded language, off-Service references, transaction patterns, risk indicators, safety concerns, and information submitted by users or service providers.

10.4 Enforcement Actions

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, content, Paid Feature, payment method, checkout activity, transaction, external platform, support request, report, appeal, or off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle may violate this Policy, Cuddle may take action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Actions may include warnings, content removal, visibility restrictions, messaging limits, discovery limits, purchase restrictions, payment-method blocks, transaction delays or declines, reversals or cancellations where permitted, Paid Feature restrictions or revocation, verification requests, record preservation, account restrictions, suspension, termination, chargeback or payment-dispute responses, cooperation with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other lawful authorities, and legal remedies.

An enforcement action does not create a refund, cash-out, transfer, replacement, extension, price match, compensation, credit, virtual credit, wallet balance, gift card, cryptocurrency, financial product or service, or other value unless required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, the Purchase Terms, the State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, or Cuddle’s written approval.

10.5 Records and Cooperation

Cuddle may create, use, disclose, preserve, and retain records relating to reports, investigations, enforcement actions, prohibited services, prohibited payments, transfers of value, fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, payment disputes, external payment requests, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, safety concerns, legal compliance, privacy compliance, tax, accounting, audit, and related operations.

These records may be used to enforce this Policy, protect users, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, respond to disputes, comply with law, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, regulators, courts, law enforcement, emergency authorities, or other lawful recipients, and protect Cuddle and the Service.

10.6 No Guarantee of Recovery, Monitoring, or Specific Action

Submitting a report does not guarantee that Cuddle will remove content, restrict an account, recover funds, reverse a transaction, issue a refund, preserve all evidence, notify you of the outcome, or take any particular action.

Cuddle may have limited or no ability to monitor, investigate, support, reverse, recover, or remove activity that occurs outside Cuddle.

No report, review, enforcement action, record, cooperation process, payment-risk review, refund response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, or payment-participant relationship authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, privacy, safety, reporting, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.

11. Relationship to Other Terms, Contact, Changes, and Non-Waivable Rights

11.1 Relationship to Other Terms

The Purchase Terms control checkout, payment authorization, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, and payment-risk controls.

The Paid Features Terms control Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, no cash value, non-transferability, promotional access, complimentary access, product tests, and feature-specific restrictions.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing. The Community Guidelines and Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice provide user-facing conduct and safety guidance. The State-Specific Terms and applicable law control non-waivable state-specific rights.

If there is a conflict regarding prohibited services, prohibited payments, restricted commerce, user-to-user transfers of value, external payment requests, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, user monetization, creator monetization, or financial products or services, this Policy controls that subject matter to the extent permitted by law.
