Cuddle Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 What This Policy Is

This Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy (“Policy”) explains the services, payments, transfers of value, commerce, monetization, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, and financial activity that may not be offered, requested, arranged, promoted, facilitated, disguised, routed, processed, or completed through or in connection with Cuddle.

This Policy is an Additional Term under Cuddle’s Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms or applicable Additional Terms.

1.2 Scope and Application

This Policy applies to Cuddle’s websites and browser-based Service components, including accounts, profiles, prompts, photos, usernames, Likes, Matches, messages, links, reports, support interactions, checkout, Premium, and related activity.

It also applies to conduct reasonably connected to Cuddle, another user, information obtained through Cuddle, a Cuddle account or purchase, or an attempt to evade this Policy through an external website, messaging service, payment application, social platform, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, coded language, image text, screenshot, redirect, or another person.

1.3 Current Service and Purchase Model

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service offered to eligible adults in the fifty states and the District of Columbia.

Cuddle provides Free Access and optional Premium. Purchased Premium is one thirty-day, fixed-term, non-renewing period of Cuddle-operated First-Like functionality offered through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout as a one-time transaction.

A Cuddle purchase is payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality. It is not payment to, for, or on behalf of another user and does not purchase another person’s attention, content, conversation, companionship, meeting, date, intimacy, relationship, service, or conduct.

Cuddle does not provide user-to-user payments, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, payment facilitation, marketplace payments, money transmission, or other financial services.

1.4 Relationship to Other Terms

The Terms of Service govern general Service access, eligibility, accounts, content, conduct, safety, and enforcement. The Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms govern Cuddle checkout, payment authorization, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, and payment disputes. The Paid Features Terms govern Premium functionality, limits, activation, and expiration. The Privacy Policy governs personal-information processing.

This Policy controls Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, restricted commerce, user monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, and financial services.

A more specific checkout disclosure, state-specific notice, purchase-specific term, or non-waivable law controls the subject it specifically addresses.

1.5 Non-Exhaustive Examples and Context

The examples in this Policy are not exhaustive. Cuddle may consider context, intent, pattern, impact, related accounts, payment or risk signals, reports, communications, and available evidence.

Calling an activity personal, romantic, charitable, promotional, humorous, urgent, reimbursable, off-Service, or legally permitted elsewhere does not make it permissible through or in connection with Cuddle.

Lawful, consensual, non-commercial dating conversation between eligible adults is not prohibited solely because it concerns dating, relationships, attraction, or intimacy. It remains subject to the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, consent, safety, privacy, and applicable law.

2. Core Service Model and Definitions

2.1 Permitted Core Service

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service for lawful, respectful, personal, non-commercial dating, conversation, discovery, introductions, and social connection between eligible adults.

The permitted core Service includes accounts, profiles, discovery, Incoming Likes, Likes Back, First Likes, Matches, Matched-Member Messaging, reporting, blocking, unmatching, safety tools, support, Free Access, and optional Premium.

Cuddle sells only Cuddle-operated digital functionality through its authorized direct checkout. A Cuddle purchase is payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle. It is not payment to, for, or on behalf of another user.

2.2 Prohibited Services

“Prohibited Services” means goods, services, content, access, interactions, arrangements, or conduct that may not be offered, requested, advertised, arranged, promoted, facilitated, purchased, sold, exchanged, monetized, disguised, routed, or completed through or in connection with Cuddle.

Prohibited Services include the activities addressed in this Policy, including adult-content monetization, sexual or escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings or dates, user or creator monetization, unlawful or restricted commerce, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, and financial services.

Lawful, consensual, non-commercial dating conversation between eligible adults is not a Prohibited Service solely because it concerns dating, relationships, attraction, or intimacy.

2.3 Prohibited Payments

“Prohibited Payments” means payments, transfers, requests, instructions, or exchanges of money, goods, services, digital assets, payment credentials, or anything else of value that are prohibited by this Policy.

They include user-to-user payments; tips; donations; gifts; reimbursements; deposits; fees; loans; investments; financial support; payouts; revenue sharing; stored-value or wallet transfers; virtual credits; gift cards; cryptocurrency; payment for access to a user; and payment connected to a Prohibited Service.

A payment does not become permissible because it is described as personal, romantic, charitable, urgent, refundable, temporary, voluntary, off-Service, or a reimbursement.

2.4 Restricted Commerce Activity

“Restricted Commerce Activity” means using Cuddle to advertise, list, offer, request, buy, sell, resell, trade, exchange, broker, recruit for, finance, fulfill, deliver, or facilitate goods or services outside Cuddle’s permitted core Service.

It includes commercial solicitation, lead generation, seller or buyer activity, creator monetization, paid access to users, and transactions involving unlawful, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, regulated, or otherwise prohibited goods or services.

2.5 Payment Facilitation

“Payment Facilitation” means processing, collecting, receiving, holding, transmitting, routing, splitting, settling, disbursing, refunding, or otherwise enabling payments for another user, seller, service provider, third party, or underlying transaction.

Cuddle does not provide merchant accounts, sub-merchant accounts, seller balances, escrow, settlement, payouts, or payment processing for third-party goods or services.

2.6 Marketplace Activity

“Marketplace Activity” means operating or using Cuddle as a platform that connects buyers, sellers, service providers, advertisers, creators, donors, recipients, employers, recruiters, or other transactional participants.

Cuddle is not a marketplace, classified-listing service, seller platform, buyer platform, creator platform, or fundraising platform.

2.7 Circumvention

“Circumvention” means attempting to evade this Policy, the Terms, another Additional Term, or a Cuddle restriction through indirect wording, coded language, emojis, image text, screenshots, external usernames, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, alternate accounts, another person, or an external website, platform, messaging service, or payment application.

Moving a conversation or transaction off Cuddle does not make prohibited activity permissible.

2.8 Context-Based and Non-Exhaustive Interpretation

The definitions and examples in this Policy are non-exhaustive. Cuddle may consider the full context, including intent, wording, timing, pattern, repeated conduct, related accounts, links, payment or risk signals, reports, communications, and available evidence.

An activity may violate this Policy even if it does not use a listed term or is incomplete, attempted, indirect, disguised, or conducted partly outside Cuddle.

A label chosen by a user does not control. Cuddle may classify activity according to its substance, purpose, effect, and reasonable connection to Cuddle.

3. Adult Content, Sexual Services, Escort Services, Compensated Dating, and Sugar Arrangements

3.1 No Adult-Content Monetization

Cuddle is not an adult-content platform, pornography service, adult live-chat service, creator-monetization platform, or marketplace for intimate content or interaction.

You may not use Cuddle to offer, request, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, buy, sell, exchange, monetize, route, or disguise adult content, paid intimate content, or access to such content in exchange for money, gifts, goods, services, accommodation, employment, investment, reimbursement, or anything else of value.

You may not upload, request, send, exchange, display, distribute, link to, or otherwise make available pornographic or sexually explicit images or videos through or in connection with the Service, whether paid or unpaid, public or private.

3.2 No Pornography Sales or Paid Sexual Messaging

You may not use Cuddle to sell, purchase, distribute, request, exchange, or monetize pornography, intimate recordings, adult live streams, paid sexual chat, paid intimate messaging, custom sexual content, subscriptions to adult content, or access to an adult-content account, page, channel, or service.

You may not condition photos, videos, messages, voice notes, video calls, or other content on payment or value.

Nothing in this Section permits non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, trafficking, content involving minors, or other unlawful or prohibited material.

3.3 No Sexual Services, Escort Services, or Prostitution

You may not use Cuddle to offer, request, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, sell, broker, refer, or disguise sexual services, commercial sexual activity, escort services, prostitution, erotic services, or another service involving sexual conduct in exchange for money or value.

This includes fees, gifts, tips, deposits, travel, lodging, transportation, shopping, employment, financial support, or reimbursement connected to sexual conduct or commercial intimate interaction.

A claimed personal, private, consensual, or off-Service arrangement does not make commercial sexual activity permissible through or in connection with Cuddle.

3.4 No Compensated Dating or Sugar Arrangements

You may not use Cuddle for compensated dating, sugar dating, sugar arrangements, allowance-based relationships, sponsor arrangements, pay-per-date arrangements, or relationships conditioned on financial or material support.

Prohibited conduct includes offering or requesting money, gifts, rent, tuition, travel, shopping, debt payment, employment, investments, recurring support, or another benefit in exchange for dating, romantic attention, continued communication, companionship, intimacy, or availability.

The label chosen by a user does not control. Cuddle may evaluate the substance, context, pattern, and expected exchange.

3.5 No Paid Companionship, Meetings, Dates, or Travel

You may not offer, request, arrange, or condition companionship, a meeting, date, event, trip, lodging, transportation, or travel on payment or anything else of value.

You may not charge or offer a fee, deposit, booking amount, appearance fee, transportation fee, safety fee, verification fee, cancellation fee, or reimbursement as a condition of meeting or continuing contact.

Ordinary voluntary decisions between adults about their own lawful personal expenses do not authorize payment for another user’s attendance, companionship, intimacy, or conduct.

3.6 No Payment for Access to a User or Interaction

You may not require or offer payment or value for access to a user, profile, photos, contact details, conversation, reply, Like, Match, message, meeting, date, companionship, intimacy, relationship, or continued communication.

Premium is payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital First-Like functionality. It is not payment to another user and does not purchase another person’s attention, response, content, availability, or conduct.

3.7 Lawful Non-Commercial Dating Conversation

Lawful, consensual, non-commercial dating conversation between eligible adults is not prohibited solely because it concerns dating, relationships, attraction, romance, or intimacy.

Such conversation remains subject to consent, boundaries, the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, safety and privacy requirements, and applicable law.

This provision does not permit prohibited sexually explicit content, paid interaction, compensated arrangements, coercion, exploitation, harassment, or unlawful conduct.

3.8 Off-Service and Disguised Arrangements

Moving a conversation, content delivery, meeting, or payment to another website, messaging service, social platform, payment application, or in-person setting does not make prohibited activity permissible.

You may not use coded language, emojis, image text, screenshots, external usernames, links, QR codes, payment handles, wishlists, menus, rates, gifts, booking terms, or another person to advertise, arrange, disguise, route, or complete prohibited activity.

Attempted, incomplete, indirect, or conditional arrangements may violate this Policy.

3.9 Reporting and Enforcement

If another user offers or requests prohibited adult content, sexual services, compensated dating, paid companionship, or payment for interaction, do not proceed. Use available reporting tools or contact:

safety@cuddle-global.com

Cuddle may remove or restrict content; limit visibility, messaging, checkout, Premium, or payment methods; preserve records; require review; warn users; suspend or terminate accounts; block re-registration; and cooperate with payment participants or lawful authorities where permitted.

Enforcement does not guarantee recovery of money or value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.

4. User-to-User Payments, Tips, Donations, Gifts, Payouts, Reimbursements, and Transfers of Value

4.1 No User-to-User Payments

Cuddle does not provide or authorize payments or transfers of value between users.

You may not use Cuddle to request, send, receive, collect, arrange, advertise, route, facilitate, disguise, or complete a payment or transfer involving another user or third party. This applies whether the proposed transfer occurs through cash, bank or wire transfer, payment application, prepaid card, gift card, cryptocurrency, wallet, goods, services, accommodation, travel, employment, or another form of value.

Moving the transfer off Cuddle does not make it permissible.

4.2 No Tips, Donations, Gifts, or Reimbursements

You may not request, solicit, offer, arrange, or condition an interaction on a tip, donation, gift, reimbursement, purchase, or other benefit.

Prohibited examples include transportation or travel reimbursement; meal, hotel, rent, tuition, shopping, medical, legal, or emergency expenses; a safety, verification, reservation, cancellation, or appearance fee; and requests to buy gift cards, products, tickets, subscriptions, or wishlist items.

A transfer does not become permissible because it is described as voluntary, charitable, romantic, personal, urgent, temporary, refundable, or repayment of an expense.

4.3 No Loans, Investments, Deposits, or Financial Support

You may not use Cuddle to request, offer, arrange, broker, promote, or facilitate a loan, investment, deposit, advance, guarantee, sponsorship, allowance, recurring support, debt payment, business opportunity, financial rescue, or transfer made on another person’s behalf.

You may not ask another user to receive, hold, forward, convert, withdraw, deposit, return, or transfer money or value. You also may not use another user as a money mule, intermediary, account holder, payment recipient, nominee, or source of payment credentials.

4.4 No Payouts, Revenue Sharing, or User Monetization

Cuddle does not provide user payouts, seller proceeds, creator payments, commissions, referral fees, revenue sharing, cash-outs, redeemable balances, or monetization of profiles, photos, messages, Likes, Matches, meetings, dates, companionship, or other user activity.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, monetize, or charge for account access, profile visibility, content, communication, contact details, attention, availability, or interaction.

4.5 Cuddle Purchases Are Payments to Cuddle Only

A purchase through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout is a payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality.

Premium is not a payment to, for, or on behalf of another user. It does not compensate another user or purchase a response, Like, Match, message, meeting, date, companionship, intimacy, relationship, content, service, or conduct.

No user may claim to collect a Cuddle fee, renewal payment, verification charge, deposit, or other payment on Cuddle’s behalf.

4.6 External Transfers Are Not Cuddle Purchases

A transfer made through an external payment application, bank, card, gift card, cryptocurrency service, wallet, marketplace, fundraiser, wishlist, invoice, QR code, payment link, or other outside channel is not a Cuddle purchase and does not provide, renew, extend, restore, or transfer Premium.

Cuddle does not process, hold, settle, insure, guarantee, reverse, refund, mediate, adjudicate, or recover an external transfer or the arrangement underlying it.

4.7 Reporting Payment Requests

If another user requests money, value, payment credentials, bank information, gift cards, cryptocurrency, authentication codes, or participation in a financial transaction, do not proceed.

Use available reporting tools or contact:

safety@cuddle-global.com

If a person or page falsely claims to sell Premium or collect payment for Cuddle, also contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Cuddle may preserve relevant records, restrict content or messaging, block checkout or payment methods, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent re-registration, and cooperate with payment participants or lawful authorities where permitted.

Reporting does not guarantee recovery of money or value or any particular outcome.

5. Stored Value, Wallets, Virtual Credits, Gift Cards, Cryptocurrency, Money Transmission, Payment Facilitation, Marketplace Activity, and Financial Services

5.1 No Stored Value, Wallets, or Virtual Credits

Cuddle does not issue, maintain, hold, custody, or provide stored value, prepaid value, wallet balances, cash balances, account balances, virtual credits, points redeemable for value, or other monetary or transferable value.

You may not use Cuddle to create, advertise, request, buy, sell, load, reload, exchange, transfer, redeem, cash out, or otherwise use a balance, wallet, credit, token, or similar instrument.

Premium, unused First Likes, promotions, discounts, complimentary access, refunds, reversals, access adjustments, or other Service benefits do not become stored value or a reusable balance.

5.2 No Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, Vouchers, or Codes

Cuddle does not currently issue Cuddle gift cards, prepaid cards, stored-value cards, vouchers, redeemable codes, or transferable purchase credits.

You may not offer, request, sell, exchange, broker, or use gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, codes, merchandise credits, or similar items as payment to another user, as consideration for an interaction, or in connection with a Prohibited Service or Prohibited Payment.

You may not ask another user to purchase, photograph, transmit, redeem, or provide the number, PIN, receipt, barcode, or credentials of a gift card or prepaid instrument.

A payment method accepted through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout does not become a Cuddle-issued stored-value product.

5.3 No Cryptocurrency or Digital Assets

Cuddle does not provide cryptocurrency, digital-asset, token, exchange, brokerage, custody, wallet, staking, mining, lending, investment, payment, settlement, or transfer services.

You may not use Cuddle to request, send, receive, buy, sell, promote, exchange, convert, invest in, custody, route, or transfer cryptocurrency, stablecoins, tokens, NFTs, digital assets, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.

You may not provide or request wallet addresses, QR codes, token-sale links, exchange instructions, investment opportunities, or claims of guaranteed or urgent returns.

5.4 No Money Transmission or Remittance

Cuddle does not receive, hold, transmit, remit, route, settle, disburse, convert, or deliver money or value for users or third parties.

You may not use Cuddle to arrange a wire transfer, bank transfer, remittance, cash pickup, bill payment, currency exchange, money-order transaction, payment-app transfer, or movement of funds through another person.

You may not ask a user to receive, hold, forward, return, withdraw, deposit, convert, or transfer money or value on your behalf or for another person.

5.5 No Payment Facilitation or Marketplace Activity

Cuddle does not process payments for third-party goods or services and does not provide merchant accounts, sub-merchant accounts, seller accounts, escrow, settlement, split payments, commissions, seller proceeds, or payouts.

You may not use Cuddle as a marketplace, classified listing, seller or buyer platform, creator platform, fundraising platform, booking platform, or payment intermediary.

A payment processor supporting Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout processes Cuddle’s own transaction. That relationship does not authorize payments for another user, seller, service provider, or underlying transaction.

5.6 No Banking, Lending, Investment, Brokerage, Escrow, or Insurance Services

Cuddle does not provide banking, deposit accounts, credit, lending, financing, cash advances, debt collection, investments, securities, brokerage, trading, crowdfunding, escrow, insurance, underwriting, consumer reporting, or financial advice.

You may not offer, request, advertise, arrange, promote, refer, broker, or facilitate those products or services through or in connection with Cuddle.

You may not solicit account credentials, payment credentials, tax information, Social Security numbers, investment funds, deposits, collateral, premiums, or financial documents from another user.

5.7 Premium Is Service Functionality Only

Premium is limited, personal, non-transferable access to Cuddle-operated digital First-Like functionality for the disclosed fixed access period.

Premium is not money, electronic money, stored or prepaid value, a wallet, virtual credit, gift card, cryptocurrency, digital asset, payment instrument, security, deposit, financial account, or ownership interest.

Premium cannot be sold, transferred, traded, pledged, redeemed, cashed out, converted, or used as payment or consideration. A refund or adjustment is handled under the Purchase Terms and does not create wallet functionality, transferable credit, or a future-purchase balance unless non-waivable law requires otherwise.

6.1 No External Payment Requests

You may not use Cuddle to request, solicit, offer, arrange, route, disguise, or complete a payment or transfer of money or value through an external person, website, platform, payment application, bank, wallet, marketplace, fundraiser, or other channel.

This prohibition applies whether the request appears in a profile, prompt, username, photo, image text, message, link, report, support interaction, or communication reasonably connected to Cuddle.

Only Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout may be used to purchase Cuddle-operated Premium.

6.2 No Payment Handles, Bank Instructions, or Wallet Addresses

You may not provide, request, exchange, or direct another user to a payment-app username, payment handle, bank-account or wire instructions, routing information, cash-transfer instruction, cryptocurrency address, digital-asset wallet address, private key, seed phrase, or similar payment information.

You may not ask another user to receive, hold, withdraw, deposit, convert, forward, return, or transfer funds or value for you or another person.

6.3 No QR Codes, Payment Links, or External Checkout Pages

You may not post, send, display, embed, encode, or direct another user to a QR code, payment link, invoice, payment button, checkout page, merchant page, booking page, donation page, payment request, or similar mechanism for an external transaction.

A link or page does not become authorized because it uses Cuddle’s name, logo, screenshots, pricing, terminology, or another user’s profile.

A processor-hosted or processor-approved flow expressly initiated by Cuddle is part of Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout. A user-provided or independently presented external flow is not.

6.4 No Gift-Card, Fundraising, Wishlist, or Subscription Links

You may not request or direct another user to buy, fund, redeem, or provide gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, codes, wishlist items, fundraiser contributions, crowdfunding support, paid memberships, external subscriptions, creator access, tickets, products, or services.

You may not request card numbers, PINs, receipts, screenshots, barcodes, redemption codes, or credentials associated with those items.

6.5 No Disguised Fees, Deposits, Verification Charges, or Emergency Requests

You may not disguise a payment request as a verification fee, safety fee, deposit, reservation fee, transportation cost, travel reimbursement, cancellation fee, appearance fee, membership fee, release fee, customs charge, legal fee, medical expense, investment, business expense, charitable contribution, emergency request, or temporary loan.

A request does not become permissible because it is described as urgent, refundable, voluntary, personal, romantic, charitable, or necessary to continue communicating or meet.

6.6 Moving Off Cuddle Does Not Make a Transfer Permitted

Moving a conversation to email, text, social media, another messaging service, an external website, a payment application, or an in-person setting does not make prohibited activity permissible.

You may not use Cuddle to obtain contact information or establish trust for a Prohibited Payment, Prohibited Service, Restricted Commerce Activity, financial transaction, or transfer later completed elsewhere.

Attempted, indirect, coded, conditional, or incomplete requests may violate this Policy.

6.7 External Transfers, Reporting, and No Recovery Guarantee

An external transfer is not a Cuddle purchase and does not provide, renew, extend, restore, or transfer Premium.

Cuddle does not process, hold, settle, insure, guarantee, reverse, refund, mediate, adjudicate, trace, or recover money or value sent through an external channel.

If another user requests money, payment information, gift cards, cryptocurrency, authentication codes, or participation in a financial transaction, do not proceed. Use available reporting tools or contact:

safety@cuddle-global.com

For a false claim that an external page sells Premium or collects payment for Cuddle, also contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Cuddle may preserve records, restrict content or messaging, block checkout or payment methods, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent re-registration, and cooperate with payment participants or lawful authorities where permitted. Reporting does not guarantee recovery or a particular outcome.

7. Scams, Fraud, Payment Abuse, Chargeback Abuse, Transaction Laundering, and Financial Exploitation

7.1 No Scams, False Emergencies, or Romance Fraud

You may not use Cuddle to deceive, manipulate, impersonate, or mislead another person to obtain money, value, payment information, account access, personal information, goods, services, or another benefit.

Prohibited conduct includes romance scams; false emergencies; fabricated medical, travel, military, legal, customs, tax, inheritance, investment, business, housing, employment, or family claims; advance-fee schemes; fake prizes or refunds; and false or misleading promises of repayment, profit, reimbursement, or future access.

You may not build trust, romantic interest, or emotional dependence as part of a plan to obtain money or value.

7.2 No Unauthorized Payment Use, Card Testing, or Transaction Laundering

You may not use a payment method unless you are the holder or are authorized to use it.

You may not use Cuddle checkout, accounts, devices, browsers, or transaction flows for stolen or unauthorized payment credentials; card testing; payment-method testing; manipulated transaction attempts; account takeover; false billing information; or attempts to determine whether credentials are valid.

You may not use a Cuddle transaction to process, conceal, fund, settle, or disguise a third-party transaction, Prohibited Service, Prohibited Payment, marketplace sale, user-to-user transfer, or other underlying activity. Each purchase must be for the eligible account receiving the disclosed Cuddle-operated functionality.

7.3 No Refund, Statutory-Cancellation, or Chargeback Abuse

You may not knowingly submit a false, fabricated, altered, materially misleading, duplicative, retaliatory, or bad-faith refund request, statutory-cancellation request, billing-error claim, unauthorized-transaction claim, chargeback, payment dispute, or supporting record.

You may not seek duplicate recovery for the same charge; falsely deny authorization; conceal use or activation relevant to a claim; coordinate claims to evade purchase terms; or misuse a payment process to obtain both Premium and a refund, reversal, or duplicate benefit.

A claim is not abusive merely because Cuddle disputes or denies it, or a payment participant decides against the claimant.

7.4 Good-Faith Exercise of Payment Rights

Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, consumer-protection, regulatory, or court-access right is not prohibited.

You may contact Cuddle, a payment processor, bank, card issuer, card network, regulator, Attorney General, court, or other lawful body where permitted. Cuddle will not retaliate solely because a person exercises such a right in good faith.

Nothing in this Policy shortens a legally required deadline or waives a protected remedy.

7.5 No Financial Exploitation or Manipulation

You may not pressure, threaten, shame, isolate, blackmail, extort, deceive, or exploit another person to obtain money, value, credentials, account access, financial support, debt repayment, investment, employment, housing, transportation, lodging, or another benefit.

You may not exploit a person’s age, disability, illness, grief, financial hardship, immigration concerns, loneliness, emotional attachment, emergency, or other vulnerability.

Consent to communicate, Match, meet, date, or continue a relationship is not consent to payment, transfer, financial obligation, or disclosure of financial information.

7.6 No Credential, Authentication-Code, or Account Misuse

You may not request, obtain, disclose, buy, sell, share, or misuse passwords, login links, authentication codes, verification codes, recovery information, full payment credentials, bank credentials, gift-card codes, private keys, seed phrases, identity documents, or another person’s account or payment access.

You may not use phishing, malicious links, fake support, remote-access tools, impersonation, or deceptive instructions to obtain such information.

Cuddle does not require you to send passwords or authentication codes to another user.

7.7 No Money-Mule or Financial-Intermediary Activity

You may not ask or allow another person to receive, hold, deposit, withdraw, cash, convert, purchase, forward, return, route, or transfer money or value for you or another person.

You may not use another person as a money mule, nominee, payment recipient, account holder, merchant, intermediary, or source of payment credentials, and you may not act in such a role.

You may not open, lend, rent, sell, or provide a bank, payment, wallet, merchant, or other financial account for another person’s activity.

7.8 Sanctions and Payment-Risk Evasion

You may not use Cuddle for a prohibited person, sanctioned party, restricted location, unlawful transaction, or activity barred by applicable payment, bank, card-network, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or anti-terrorism requirements.

You may not use false identity, residency, location, billing, account, device, or payment information; alternate or related accounts; VPNs, proxies, anonymizers; transaction splitting; different payment methods; or another workaround to evade eligibility, sanctions, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, checkout, payment-method, account, or enforcement controls.

An attempted, incomplete, declined, reversed, off-Service, or indirect transaction may still violate this Policy.

8. Prohibited Commerce, Regulated Goods or Services, Commercial Solicitation, and User Monetization

8.1 No Marketplace, Classified, Seller, or Buyer Activity

Cuddle is not a marketplace, classified-listing service, e-commerce platform, booking service, seller platform, or buyer platform.

You may not use Cuddle to list, advertise, offer, request, buy, sell, resell, trade, exchange, auction, broker, finance, fulfill, ship, deliver, book, or arrange goods or services. You may not use profiles, prompts, photos, usernames, messages, links, or off-Service contact obtained through Cuddle to create or complete a commercial transaction.

A transaction does not become permissible because it is occasional, informal, personal, local, off-Service, or described as a favor.

8.2 No Creator or User Monetization

Cuddle does not provide creator monetization or user monetization.

You may not monetize a profile, photo, message, conversation, contact detail, external channel, audience, Like, Match, meeting, date, companionship, or other interaction. You may not request or offer subscriptions, paywalls, commissions, sponsorships, affiliate compensation, referral payments, paid access, paid content, paid promotion, or revenue sharing.

Premium is payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality only. It is not compensation to another user and does not create a right to earn money from Cuddle activity.

8.3 No Commercial Solicitation, Lead Generation, or Recruitment

You may not use Cuddle for advertising, commercial solicitation, lead generation, customer acquisition, recruiting, staffing, employment placement, multi-level marketing, affiliate marketing, business-opportunity promotion, paid surveys, contests, fundraising, or promotional distribution.

You may not contact members primarily to obtain customers, employees, contractors, investors, donors, subscribers, followers, clients, referrals, or sales leads.

Ordinary personal conversation is not prohibited solely because it mentions work, a business, or a lawful product. It becomes prohibited when Cuddle is used to solicit, recruit, advertise, transact, or commercially exploit another user.

8.4 No Illegal, Dangerous, Counterfeit, Stolen, or Regulated Goods or Services

You may not use Cuddle to offer, request, arrange, promote, facilitate, buy, sell, exchange, distribute, or finance goods or services that are illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, recalled, infringing, fraudulently obtained, unlawfully imported, or otherwise restricted.

Prohibited examples include counterfeit documents, fake identification, stolen data, payment credentials, compromised accounts, malware, phishing tools, unlawful surveillance tools, hacking services, trafficking-related services, or goods obtained through fraud or theft.

An item or service may be prohibited even if lawful in another location or context.

8.5 No Gambling, Unlawful Drugs, Weapons, or Restricted Products

You may not use Cuddle for gambling, wagering, lotteries, betting, casino activity, gambling credits, or prize schemes requiring payment or value.

You may not offer, request, arrange, promote, buy, sell, or distribute controlled substances, recreational drugs, unlawfully offered prescription products, drug paraphernalia, firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons, tobacco or nicotine products, alcohol, or another age-restricted or highly regulated product.

Discussion of a lawful activity or product is not prohibited solely because it is mentioned. Cuddle may not be used to advertise, arrange, or complete the transaction.

8.6 No Unauthorized Professional or Financial Services

Cuddle does not authorize users to offer, request, advertise, arrange, or provide legal, medical, mental-health, therapy, immigration, tax, accounting, insurance, credit, lending, investment, brokerage, debt-collection, escrow, background-check, private-investigation, security, or similar professional or financial services through the Service.

This restriction applies whether or not a user claims to be licensed, certified, registered, experienced, or acting informally. Cuddle does not verify professional qualifications or supervise such services.

Personal conversation does not create a professional relationship with Cuddle or another user.

8.7 No Commercial Data Collection or User Brokering

You may not use Cuddle or Member Content to collect, compile, scrape, enrich, broker, sell, license, exchange, publish, or commercially exploit personal information, profiles, photos, messages, contact details, preferences, relationship information, or Service activity.

You may not create marketing lists, recruitment lists, consumer profiles, datasets, directories, background reports, surveillance records, or leads from Cuddle information.

You may not use Cuddle information for advertising, data brokerage, consumer reporting, employment, housing, credit, insurance, private investigation, unauthorized artificial-intelligence training, model tuning, benchmarking, or another commercial or eligibility purpose.

Nothing in this Section authorizes conduct prohibited elsewhere in this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.

9.1 Profiles, Prompts, Photos, and Usernames

You may not use a profile, prompt, biography, display name, username, handle, photo, caption, image overlay, gallery item, or other profile element to offer, request, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, disguise, route, or complete a Prohibited Service, Prohibited Payment, Restricted Commerce Activity, user monetization, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, or financial transaction.

You may not display rates, menus, payment terms, gift requests, booking language, external seller information, or statements conditioning attention, replies, content, meetings, dates, companionship, intimacy, or continued communication on money or anything else of value.

9.2 Messages and External Contact Information

You may not use messages to solicit money or value; exchange payment instructions; negotiate prohibited goods, services, or arrangements; direct another user to an external transaction; or continue prohibited activity after a warning, restriction, block, unmatch, or other boundary.

Where Cuddle permits sharing external contact information, that permission does not authorize a Prohibited Service, Prohibited Payment, commercial solicitation, financial transaction, or circumvention.

Lawful, consensual, non-commercial conversation does not become prohibited solely because eligible adults choose to communicate outside Cuddle.

9.3 Links, QR Codes, Payment Handles, and Wallet Addresses

You may not post, send, display, embed, encode, or direct another user to:

  • a payment link, payment handle, invoice, checkout page, bank-transfer instruction, or cash-transfer method;
  • a cryptocurrency or digital-asset wallet address, QR code, token page, or exchange instruction;
  • a fundraiser, wishlist, gift-card request, paid subscription, creator page, marketplace listing, booking page, or seller page; or
  • another link, identifier, or destination used to offer, request, arrange, route, disguise, or complete prohibited activity.

A processor-hosted or processor-approved checkout expressly initiated by Cuddle is not a user-provided external payment link.

9.4 Coded Language, Emojis, Screenshots, and Embedded Text

You may not evade this Policy by using coded language, abbreviations, altered spelling, emojis, symbols, numbers, pricing shorthand, image text, screenshots, watermarks, audio, external usernames, or indirect references.

Cuddle may evaluate the reasonable meaning of content in context rather than relying only on literal wording. A prohibited proposal may violate this Policy even if the price, payment method, service, recipient, or requested conduct is implied rather than stated directly.

9.5 Off-Service Communications and Third-Party Platforms

Moving a conversation or arrangement to email, telephone, text, social media, another messaging service, a payment application, an external website, or an in-person setting does not make prohibited activity permissible.

You may not use Cuddle to identify, contact, recruit, build trust with, or obtain information about another user for a later Prohibited Service, Prohibited Payment, scam, commercial transaction, or financial transfer conducted elsewhere.

Cuddle may have limited ability to monitor, preserve evidence from, reverse, mediate, or recover value connected to off-Service activity.

9.6 Context, Patterns, Repeated Conduct, and Related Accounts

Cuddle may consider the full context of activity, including wording, timing, frequency, repeated requests, payment or risk signals, links, screenshots, reports, related accounts, common devices or payment methods, prior warnings, and attempts to move activity off the Service.

An isolated lawful reference to work, travel, expenses, gifts, or an external platform is not automatically a violation. Repeated, coordinated, deceptive, conditional, or payment-linked conduct may establish a violation even if no single item is conclusive.

9.7 No Circumvention

You may not use alternate or related accounts, another person, false information, different devices, browsers, contact details, payment methods, VPNs, proxies, redirects, shortened links, external platforms, or technical workarounds to evade this Policy or a Cuddle restriction.

Attempted, incomplete, indirect, disguised, or unsuccessful circumvention may violate this Policy. Cuddle may apply the review and enforcement measures described in Section 10, subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable terms, and non-waivable law.

10. Reporting, Review, Enforcement, Records, and Cooperation

10.1 How to Report Prohibited Activity

If you encounter a suspected Prohibited Service, Prohibited Payment, scam, external payment request, prohibited commerce, financial exploitation, or other conduct covered by this Policy, do not proceed.

Use available in-Service reporting tools or contact:

safety@cuddle-global.com

For a false claim that a person, profile, page, or external channel sells Premium or collects payment for Cuddle, also contact:

billing@cuddle-global.com

Provide truthful, relevant information reasonably sufficient to identify the account, content, communication, link, transaction request, date, and concern. Do not put yourself or another person at risk to collect evidence.

10.2 Review of Accounts, Content, Links, and Related Activity

Cuddle may review accounts, profiles, prompts, usernames, photos, messages, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, reports, screenshots, support records, checkout activity, payment or risk signals, devices, browsers, sessions, related accounts, and other relevant information.

Cuddle may consider attempted, incomplete, indirect, coded, repeated, coordinated, or off-Service activity reasonably connected to Cuddle. A report or risk signal does not necessarily establish a violation.

Reviews may use human, automated, and machine-assisted tools and may be limited, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or circumvented.

10.3 Content, Messaging, Visibility, and Feature Restrictions

Where permitted by applicable terms and law, Cuddle may remove, preserve, redact, label, demote, restrict, or refuse to display content.

Cuddle may also limit profile visibility, discovery, Likes, Matches, messaging, links, uploads, external contact details, reporting, support, or other functionality connected to suspected prohibited activity.

Cuddle may warn a user, request correction or removal, require additional information, or prevent further contact with another user.

10.4 Checkout, Payment-Method, and Premium Restrictions

Cuddle may delay, decline, cancel, reverse, refund, or review a Cuddle transaction; restrict or disable checkout; block or limit a payment method; delay Premium activation; or restrict, revoke, expire, or adjust Premium where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment risk, transaction laundering, unauthorized payment use, chargeback abuse, Prohibited Payments, or prohibited activity.

A completed checkout, receipt, payment authorization, or active Premium period does not prevent lawful review or enforcement.

Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, chargeback, or consumer right is not prohibited.

10.5 Account Suspension, Termination, and Re-Registration Blocks

Cuddle may restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate an account; revoke sessions; reset credentials; preserve or remove content; link related accounts; and block or limit re-registration where permitted.

Cuddle is not required to use progressive discipline before stronger action. Enforcement may be temporary or permanent, partial or complete, and may occur without prior notice where notice would create safety, privacy, security, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, investigative, or legal risk.

You may not use another person, account, device, browser, payment method, contact detail, VPN, proxy, or other workaround to evade an action.

10.6 Cooperation with Payment Participants and Lawful Authorities

Cuddle may share or receive information relevant to fraud prevention, payment risk, chargebacks, disputes, prohibited activity, safety, legal compliance, or enforcement with authorized payment processors, payment-method providers, banks, card issuers, card networks, fraud-prevention or payment-risk providers, professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement authorities, emergency services, or other lawful recipients.

Those parties may make independent decisions under their own rules and legal obligations. Cuddle does not control every decision or its timing.

10.7 Records and Privacy

Cuddle may create, use, preserve, disclose, and retain records relating to reports, reviews, content actions, account restrictions, related accounts, checkout, payment methods, Premium, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud prevention, payment risk, cooperation, and enforcement.

The Privacy Policy governs personal-information processing. Cuddle may limit disclosure of confidential detection methods, internal rules, risk thresholds, reporter information, or evidence where disclosure could enable circumvention or compromise safety, privacy, security, investigations, or Service integrity.

10.8 External Transfers and No Recovery Guarantee

Money or value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout is not a Cuddle purchase.

Cuddle does not process, hold, settle, insure, guarantee, reverse, refund, mediate, adjudicate, trace, or recover an external transfer or the underlying arrangement. Reporting may support safety or enforcement action but does not create a recovery obligation or guarantee an outcome.

10.9 No Enforcement or Detection Guarantee

Cuddle does not guarantee that every violation, account, message, link, payment request, transaction, scam, or off-Service arrangement will be detected, prevented, reviewed, preserved, removed, restricted, reported, or resolved.

A report does not guarantee a response, disclosure, warning, account action, refund, payment reversal, evidence preservation, recovery of value, or another result.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable reporting, payment, refund, cancellation, privacy, safety, consumer-protection, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.

11. Relationship to Other Terms, Contact, Changes, and Non-Waivable Rights

11.1 Relationship to Other Terms and Priority

This Policy is an Additional Term under Cuddle’s Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service govern general Service access, eligibility, accounts, content, conduct, safety, enforcement, and disputes. The Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms govern authorized direct checkout, payment authorization, billing, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, and payment disputes. The Paid Features Terms govern Premium functionality, limits, activation, and expiration. The Privacy Policy governs personal-information processing.

The Community Guidelines govern user-facing conduct. The Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice provides practical safety guidance. The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices govern applicable state-specific rights. The Cookie / Tracking Policy governs cookies and similar technologies. The Contact / Legal Notices control current routing.

This Policy controls Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, restricted commerce, user monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, and financial services.

A more specific disclosure, notice, term, or non-waivable law controls the subject it specifically addresses.

11.2 Safety, Billing, Cancellation, Privacy, Support, and Legal Contacts

For suspected prohibited activity, scams, financial exploitation, or unsafe conduct:

safety@cuddle-global.com

For billing, refunds, unauthorized charges, chargebacks, payment disputes, or false external Premium sales:

billing@cuddle-global.com

For statutory cancellation:

cancellations@cuddle-global.com

For privacy or data-rights requests:

privacy@cuddle-global.com

For general account or technical support:

support@cuddle-global.com

For formal legal notices:

legal@cuddle-global.com

Use the channel that best matches your request. A general support message is not automatically a safety report, refund request, statutory-cancellation request, privacy request, payment dispute, or legal notice.

Cuddle’s channels are not emergency-response channels. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Do not send full payment credentials, passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, government identification, private keys, wallet credentials, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.

11.3 Changes, Effective Date, and Prior Versions

Cuddle may update this Policy prospectively as the Service, risks, providers, payment rules, or law change.

For a material update, Cuddle will revise the Effective Date or Last Updated date and provide any notice, acknowledgment, consent, or other process required by law.

An update does not retroactively create a charge, reduce a non-waivable right, or authorize conduct that violated the version applicable when it occurred, unless law requires otherwise.

Cuddle may retain prior versions and related acceptance, notice, report, review, and enforcement records for compliance, disputes, audits, and legal claims.

11.4 Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits good-faith exercise of a non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, privacy, safety, reporting, appeal, consumer-protection, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right.

Cuddle will not retaliate solely because a person exercises such a right in good faith. Knowingly false, fabricated, abusive, retaliatory, fraudulent, or bad-faith requests, reports, claims, or evidence remain prohibited.

11.5 Final No-Authorization Provision

No profile, message, Match, Premium access, checkout, purchase, receipt, refund, cancellation, chargeback, report, review, support response, enforcement action, provider relationship, external link, legal notice, or legal remedy authorizes Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, prohibited commerce, user monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, money transmission, financial services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.
