Cuddle Community Guidelines

1. About These Community Guidelines

1.1 Purpose and Operator

Third Hub US, Inc., doing business as Cuddle (“Cuddle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates a dating and social connection service for adults 18 or older, designed for married or partnered adults.

These Guidelines explain expected conduct and help protect members' dignity, privacy, and safety.

1.2 Scope and Connected Conduct

These Guidelines apply to accounts, profiles, photos, messages, links, reports, support interactions, and conduct outside the Service connected to Cuddle interactions. They apply to Free Access and Premium members.

1.3 Relationship to Other Terms

These Guidelines supplement our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy governs personal-information processing. Specific policies govern purchases, paid features, prohibited services, payments, and commerce, state-specific rights, and IP complaints, subject to non-waivable law.

Our Safety Tips provide practical guidance. No policy, review, or safety tool guarantees another member's identity, intentions, or safety.

2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Authenticity

2.1 Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to accept our Terms, and be physically located in the fifty U.S. states or D.C. while using Cuddle.

You may not use Cuddle if prohibited by law or court order, required to register as a sex offender, or suspended or banned without written permission to return.

2.2 Accurate Identity and Relationship Information

Keep your age, identity, and material profile information accurate and current. Any marital or relationship status you provide must be truthful and not materially misleading. This status is self-reported and not independently verified by Cuddle.

2.3 Personal Accounts and Account Sharing

Use your own account and contact information you control. Maintain only one active personal account unless we give written permission otherwise.

Do not share, sell, transfer, or use another person's account, or create replacements to evade restrictions.

2.4 Impersonation and Deceptive Synthetic Identities

Do not impersonate another person or organization, use photos without authorization, or use generated or manipulated content to deceive members about identity. Falsified documents and misleading affiliations are prohibited.

2.5 Account Reviews and Their Limits

Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional information, identification, or a current photo under our Terms and Privacy Policy. Submit review materials only through our authenticated review flow.

Cuddle does not verify every member's identity or conduct background checks on every member. Reviews, badges, and Premium do not guarantee identity, intentions, or safety.

3. Respect, Consent, and Boundaries

3.1 Respect and Non-Discrimination

Treat others with dignity and express your preferences respectfully. Do not use hateful slurs, dehumanizing language, or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.

3.2 Freely Given and Ongoing Consent

Consent must be freely given, specific, and ongoing. Anyone may withdraw consent or change their boundaries at any time.

A Like, Match, previous conversation, shared photo, meeting, or Premium subscription does not establish consent to further contact or conduct. Silence, politeness, or a lack of resistance is not consent.

Do not obtain agreement through pressure, threats, deception, or exploitation of a person's inability to consent.

3.3 Rejection, Blocking, and Unmatching

Stop contacting someone when they ask you to stop, block you, or unmatch you. Do not use another account, platform, third party, or uninvited visit to continue unwanted personal contact.

Respect nonresponses. Do not send repeated unwanted messages, demand explanations for rejection, or pressure someone to reverse a decision.

3.4 Harassment, Stalking, and Coercion

Do not bully, stalk, sexually harass, threaten, blackmail, extort, or coordinate abuse against another person. Do not track or monitor someone without authorization.

Never threaten to expose someone's identity, relationship status, Cuddle use, messages, or photos to compel a reply, meeting, payment, or other action.

Do not retaliate against someone for declining contact or making a good-faith report.

3.5 No Entitlement to Replies or Contact

Members decide whether to reply, share information or photos, move a conversation elsewhere, or meet. Premium provides Cuddle-operated features; it does not purchase another person's attention, affection, consent, or time.

These rules do not prevent good-faith reporting, seeking help, or exercising rights protected by law.

4. Photos, Messages, and Shared Content

4.1 Profile and Photo Standards

Share only content you have the rights and permissions to use. Photos must not misrepresent your identity or violate others' privacy. Do not post images depicting minors.

Profiles and discovery content must not display nudity, sexual acts, or graphic sexual descriptions.

4.2 Sexual Content and Unwanted Material

Do not send unsolicited sexual messages or intimate images, pressure someone to provide them, or continue after consent is withdrawn.

Lawful, consensual, non-commercial adult conversation must comply with these Guidelines. Consent does not make otherwise prohibited content permissible. Sexual services, compensated interactions, and adult-content monetization are prohibited under Section 7 and our Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy.

4.3 Nonconsensual and Manipulated Intimate Content

Do not create, share, solicit, or threaten to distribute intimate content depicting someone without their consent. This includes real images and videos, altered material, and synthetic or AI-generated sexual depictions of an identifiable person.

Permission to capture an image or share it with one person is not permission to distribute it to others. A public photo does not authorize a sexual deepfake.

Use Section 9's reporting and removal procedures. Do not publicly repost intimate or unlawful material when reporting it.

4.4 Graphic and Harmful Content

Do not share gratuitous gore, graphic cruelty, or material encouraging violence, sexual abuse, or self-harm. Do not use disturbing images to threaten, humiliate, or intimidate others.

Good-faith requests for help and supportive discussion are permitted when they comply with these Guidelines.

5. Minor Safety, Exploitation, and Serious Harm

5.1 No Minors or Images of Minors

Cuddle is for adults 18 or older. Do not help a minor access the Service or post or share content depicting minors, including your own children.

5.2 Child Sexual Exploitation and Grooming

Do not use Cuddle to contact, recruit, groom, sexualize, exploit, or endanger minors. Child sexual abuse material and other content facilitating child sexual exploitation are prohibited, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions.

Report suspected violations under Section 9. Provide account identifiers or content locations; do not download, copy, attach, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Do not investigate or contact suspects to gather evidence.

5.3 Trafficking and Exploitation

Do not recruit, advertise, arrange, or facilitate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or coercive sexual activity. Do not exploit someone's vulnerability or control their access to money, documents, or movement to compel participation.

5.4 Violence and Terrorism

Do not threaten, encourage, glorify, or facilitate violence or terrorism, or recruit or fundraise for violent or terrorist activity.

5.5 Self-Harm and Dangerous Encouragement

Do not promote or glorify suicide or self-harm, provide instructions for them, or pressure anyone into dangerous acts likely to cause serious injury.

Seeking help, discussing recovery, and offering support are permitted when consistent with these Guidelines. Do not use threats of self-harm to control another person.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

6. Privacy and Other People's Rights

6.1 Private Information and Doxxing

Do not disclose or threaten to disclose another person's private information without authorization, including their address, contact details, precise location, financial or health information, relationship status, or Cuddle use. Do not seek, compile, or spread information to expose, intimidate, or endanger someone.

6.2 Sharing Permissions and Protected Reporting

Do not share another member's profile, messages, photos, or identity outside the Service without permission, except for the legitimate purposes below.

These rules do not prevent good-faith safety reports, seeking help from trusted people or professionals, lawful preservation or submission of evidence, or exercising rights protected by law. Share only what is reasonably necessary and use appropriate channels. Follow Sections 4, 5, and 9 when handling intimate or unlawful material.

6.3 Copyright, Trademark, and Other Rights

Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights. Use content only with appropriate rights, permission, or a lawful basis, such as an applicable copyright exception.

Use our Copyright / IP Complaints Policy for intellectual-property complaints and Section 9 for safety or intimate-image removal requests. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing and privacy rights.

7. Scams, Payments, and Commercial Use

7.1 Scams, Phishing, and Financial Exploitation

Do not use Cuddle for scams, phishing, impersonation, fabricated emergencies, investment schemes, or financial exploitation. Do not request another member's passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, or account access. Report suspected scams or payment requests under Section 9.

7.2 Member Payments and Financial Requests

Do not request, offer, send, receive, or arrange money or anything of value between members in connection with Cuddle. This includes gifts, tips, donations, reimbursements, financial support, loans, gift cards, and cryptocurrency, even when voluntary.

Do not use payment handles, wallet addresses, QR codes, or external links to facilitate these activities. Moving off the Service does not bypass these rules.

Each person independently paying their own ordinary expenses does not itself violate these rules.

7.3 Sexual Services and Compensated Dating

Do not offer, request, arrange, or promote sexual or escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, or adult-content monetization. Do not exchange money, gifts, benefits, or expected value for access, replies, content, meetings, or intimacy.

7.4 Advertising, Recruitment, and Monetization

Advertising, recruitment, fundraising, affiliate marketing, and other commercial use require our prior written permission. Do not monetize accounts, Matches, messages, or member interactions.

Written permission for a commercial activity does not authorize prohibited payments or services.

7.5 Official Cuddle Purchases

Purchase Cuddle-operated features only through our authorized checkout. Premium pays Cuddle for digital functionality; it does not pay another member or purchase their attention or consent.

Our Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy governs prohibited activity. Our Paid Features Terms and Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms govern Cuddle purchases. These rules preserve good-faith billing inquiries, cancellations, refund requests, chargebacks, unauthorized-transaction reports, and other protected consumer rights.

8. Service Integrity and Circumvention

8.1 Spam, Bots, and Unauthorized Automation

Do not spam members or use bots, scripts, bulk messaging, account farms, or artificial traffic to create accounts, send Likes or messages, manipulate features, or evade limits.

8.2 Scraping and Data Harvesting

Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, monitor, or systematically collect profiles, photos, messages, or other Service data, or reverse engineer the Service, except as expressly permitted by law or by Cuddle in writing. This includes collecting data to build databases, identify members elsewhere, or train AI models.

8.3 Account Security and Malicious Activity

Do not steal credentials, access accounts without authorization, distribute malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt Cuddle's systems. Report suspected security issues to security@cuddle-global.com; reporting does not authorize testing or access.

8.4 Restrictions and Off-Service Circumvention

Do not bypass blocks, bans, safety checks, location restrictions, payment requirements, or feature limits using replacement accounts, technical workarounds, or third parties. Do not move prohibited activity to external platforms, links, or coded communications to evade these Guidelines.

9. Reporting, Removal Requests, and Safety Tools

9.1 How to Report

Use the Service's reporting tools or email safety@cuddle-global.com. Identify the account or content, explain the concern, and provide relevant dates or locations.

9.2 Intimate-Image Removal Requests

If intimate images or videos of you appear on Cuddle without your consent, you or your authorized representative may request removal at safety@cuddle-global.com. No account is required. This includes real, altered, and AI-generated depictions.

Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature, or your authorized representative's signature.
• Identification of the depiction and enough information to locate it.
• A brief statement of your good-faith belief that publication was nonconsensual, with relevant supporting details.
• Contact information for you or your representative.

For valid requests covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will remove the depiction as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours after receipt, and make reasonable efforts within that period to identify and remove known identical copies on the Service.

You do not need to own the copyright or report every duplicate.

9.3 Blocking and Unmatching

You can block or unmatch members to limit unwanted contact. These tools do not guarantee removal of previously shared information or protection from off-Service contact.

9.4 Safe Evidence and Reporter Privacy

Share only necessary information. Do not risk your safety to collect evidence. Do not download, copy, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Do not email intimate images, IDs, passwords, or payment credentials. Request secure submission instructions for other sensitive evidence.

We handle reports under our Privacy Policy. Reporter identities are not ordinarily disclosed solely because a report was made; disclosures may be necessary for lawful review, enforcement, or legal obligations. Anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

9.5 Immediate Danger and Emergencies

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Cuddle's reporting channels are not emergency services and may not be monitored in real time.

9.6 Free Access and Good-Faith Reports

Reporting, removal requests, blocking, and unmatching are free; Premium is not required. Good-faith reports are protected. Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited.

10. Enforcement, Appeals, and Updates

10.1 Review and Relevant Circumstances

We assess reports and suspected violations using available information, context, severity, patterns, and potential harm. A report alone does not establish a violation.

10.2 Warnings, Restrictions, and Termination

We may remove content, warn members, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts under our Terms. We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.

10.3 Appeals and Protected Rights

Request review through the method in our notice or support@cuddle-global.com. Provide relevant, accurate information. We may uphold, modify, or reverse the decision.

Moderation appeals do not replace statutory copyright procedures or limit good-faith reports, privacy rights, consumer rights, or other protections under applicable law.

10.4 Premium and Billing Effects

Suspension may restrict Premium access but does not automatically cancel it or prevent cancellation. Termination stops future renewals once processed.

Billing follows our Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms and applicable state-specific rights. Misconduct termination carries no refund or credit except as required by law. If termination is unrelated to your conduct, we will provide continued paid-period access, a refund or credit for unused time, or another legally required remedy.

10.5 Updates and Contact

We may update these Guidelines and the Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date, with any notice or consent required by our Terms or law. Updates do not reduce non-waivable rights or extend statutory removal deadlines.
