Cuddle Community Guidelines
Effective Date: May 8, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
1.1 Welcome to the Cuddle Community
Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service for eligible adults. These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) explain the user-facing behavior rules for using Cuddle, including accounts, profiles, content, messages, discovery features, matching or connection features, Paid Features, reports, support requests, and appeals.
1.2 How These Guidelines Apply
These Guidelines are Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service.
They apply to conduct on Cuddle and to off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle, including conduct involving another Cuddle user, information obtained through Cuddle, a Cuddle account, a report, a Paid Feature, a payment request, or a safety concern.
You are responsible for what you submit, say, send, display, request, report, and do through or in connection with the Service.
1.3 Relationship to Other Rules
These Guidelines work together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchase Terms, Paid Features Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, and Contact / Legal Notices.
More specific terms control the subject matter they address. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, restricted commerce, and user-to-user transfers of value. The Privacy Policy controls personal information.
1.4 Our Basic Expectation
Use Cuddle for lawful, respectful, personal, non-commercial dating and social connection with adults.
Be honest. Respect boundaries. Protect privacy. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, shame, expose, scam, or impersonate others. Do not ask for money or anything of value. Report unsafe or suspicious behavior.
2. Be Eligible, Authentic, and Accountable
2.1 Adults Only
Cuddle is for adults only.
You may use Cuddle only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old, legally able to use the Service, and permitted to use Cuddle under the laws that apply to you.
Minors may not create accounts, access the Service, appear in content, communicate with users, submit content, purchase or use Paid Features, or otherwise interact with Cuddle.
You may not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, pretend to be a minor, target minors, or use Cuddle to groom, exploit, endanger, threaten, expose, blackmail, extort, or dox minors.
2.2 Be Honest About Who You Are
Be real and accurate in the information you provide.
You may not impersonate another person or use another person’s identity, photos, videos, name, likeness, account, payment information, or personal information without authorization.
You may not misrepresent your age, identity, location, eligibility, account ownership, payment authority, relationship status, marital status, availability, intentions, background, verification status, safety status, or authority to use the Service.
If you share information about yourself, make sure it is not false, deceptive, materially incomplete, or misleading.
2.3 Be Responsible for Your Account
Your account is personal to you.
Unless Cuddle expressly authorizes otherwise, you may maintain only one Cuddle account at a time. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, trade, broker, lend, assign, or license your account, login credentials, profile, verification status, messaging access, or Paid Feature access.
You are responsible for activity through your account. Protect your login credentials, email account, phone number, device, payment method, and authentication methods.
If you believe your account or access method has been lost, stolen, compromised, or misused, contact support@cuddle-global.com or security@cuddle-global.com promptly.
2.4 Follow the Rules That Apply to You
Use Cuddle only for lawful, personal, non-commercial dating and social connection with eligible adults.
Do not use Cuddle if doing so would violate a law, court order, workplace rule, professional obligation, confidentiality obligation, privacy obligation, or other obligation that applies to you.
3. Profile, Photo, and Content Standards
3.1 Keep Profiles Lawful, Accurate, and Respectful
Your profile should help other eligible adult users understand who you are and how you choose to participate in Cuddle.
You may not create, upload, display, send, link to, or otherwise make available profile information, photos, videos if supported, prompts, display names, usernames, handles, bios, links, or other content that is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, commercial, payment-related, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Guidelines.
You are responsible for the content you provide and for keeping your profile information accurate, current, and not materially misleading.
3.2 No Fake, Stolen, or Misleading Content
You may not use another person’s photos, videos, name, likeness, voice, biography, identity, account information, or personal information without authorization.
You may not impersonate another person, create a fake identity, misrepresent your age, relationship status, marital status, location, intentions, availability, verification status, safety status, or eligibility, or use edited, synthetic, AI-generated, deepfake, filtered, or manipulated media in a way that materially misleads other users.
3.3 No Payment, Commerce, or Prohibited-Service Signals
Profiles and content may not be used to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, or disguise prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, marketplace activity, financial services, or other restricted activity.
You may not include payment handles, wallet addresses, QR codes, gift-card instructions, payment-app usernames, bank-transfer instructions, crypto addresses, external checkout links, “support me” links, coded payment language, or similar signals in your profile, photos, prompts, messages, or content.
3.4 No Harmful, Private, or Unsafe Content
You may not post or send content that harasses, threatens, shames, exposes, exploits, blackmails, extorts, doxxes, or targets another person.
You may not share another person’s private information, intimate content, workplace information, family information, payment information, identity documents, account credentials, verification codes, or other sensitive information without appropriate authorization.
You may not use profile content, images, links, screenshots, or coded language to evade reporting tools, safety controls, payment-risk controls, moderation systems, or enforcement actions.
3.5 Review and Removal
Cuddle may review, restrict, remove, blur, redact, preserve, or refuse to display content where we reasonably determine that doing so is necessary or appropriate for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, legal compliance, privacy protection, Service integrity, or enforcement.
4. Respect, Consent, and Messaging Boundaries
4.1 Respect Other Users
Use Cuddle with respect for other users’ time, privacy, preferences, and boundaries.
A match, like, message, profile view, Paid Feature, or prior conversation does not mean that another user owes you a response, continued conversation, off-Service communication, meeting, date, content, intimacy, companionship, explanation, or any other interaction.
You may not pressure, guilt, shame, manipulate, threaten, insult, or harass another user because they do not respond, stop responding, unmatch, block you, decline to meet, decline to move off Cuddle, decline to share contact information, decline to share photos, or set a boundary.
4.2 Consent and Communication
Communicate only in ways that are lawful, respectful, and appropriate for the context.
You may not send unwanted, repeated, aggressive, degrading, sexually explicit, intimidating, or abusive messages. You may not pressure another user to discuss sexual topics, share intimate content, meet in person, move to another platform, provide personal information, provide payment information, provide verification codes, or take any action they do not want to take.
If another user asks you to stop messaging, stop making a request, stop discussing a topic, or stop contacting them, respect that boundary.
4.3 No Sexual Pressure or Coercion
You may not use Cuddle to coerce, pressure, manipulate, or exploit another person sexually, romantically, emotionally, financially, or socially.
This includes pressuring someone to send intimate content, continue a sexual conversation, meet privately, meet in a remote location, move off Cuddle, keep a conversation secret, provide personal information, or engage in any sexual, romantic, intimate, or companionship interaction.
You may not use Paid Features, messaging access, read receipt visibility, message deletion, incognito browsing, or any other feature to pressure, monitor, shame, threaten, or manipulate another user.
4.4 Off-Service Movement
You may choose to move a conversation off Cuddle, but you may not pressure another user to do so.
You may not move conversations off Cuddle to evade reporting tools, safety controls, moderation, payment-risk controls, fraud-prevention systems, prohibited-service rules, prohibited-payment rules, or enforcement actions.
If you move a conversation off Cuddle, Cuddle may have limited ability to review communications, investigate reports, preserve evidence, block users, detect scams, prevent payment requests, or provide support.
4.5 Boundary Violations
Boundary violations may result in content removal, messaging limits, visibility limits, Paid Feature restrictions, account restrictions, suspension, termination, record preservation, reports to service providers or lawful authorities where appropriate, or other action permitted by the Terms of Service, these Guidelines, the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, and applicable law.
5. No Harassment, Hate, Threats, Doxxing, or Coercion
5.1 No Harassment or Abuse
You may not harass, bully, shame, stalk, intimidate, threaten, degrade, repeatedly contact, or otherwise abuse another user or third party.
This includes unwanted repeated messages, hostile messages, insulting messages, sexually aggressive messages, pressure after rejection, retaliation after blocking or unmatching, attempts to force a response, or conduct intended to make another person feel unsafe, humiliated, exposed, trapped, or controlled.
You may not coordinate, encourage, or participate in harassment by others, whether on Cuddle or through off-Service channels connected to Cuddle.
5.2 No Hate or Dehumanizing Conduct
You may not post, send, display, promote, or encourage hateful, dehumanizing, threatening, or degrading content or conduct based on a person’s race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, immigration status, caste, or other protected or sensitive characteristic.
You may not use slurs, stereotypes, symbols, coded language, violent references, or degrading claims to attack, exclude, humiliate, or encourage hostility toward a person or group.
5.3 No Threats, Exposure, or Doxxing
You may not threaten, expose, dox, or misuse another person’s private information.
This includes threatening to reveal another person’s Cuddle use, profile, messages, photos, videos, relationship status, marital status, sexual orientation, sex life, dating preferences, workplace, home address, family information, payment information, legal information, medical information, immigration information, identity information, account credentials, verification codes, or other private or sensitive information.
You may not threaten to contact another person’s spouse, partner, family member, employer, client, co-worker, school, professional body, community, social network, or public audience to shame, pressure, punish, expose, or control them.
5.4 No Blackmail, Extortion, Sextortion, or Coercion
You may not blackmail, extort, sextort, coerce, manipulate, or pressure another person for money, value, content, silence, continued communication, personal information, credentials, verification codes, sexual content, intimate content, meetings, dates, companionship, or any other benefit.
You may not threaten to publish, alter, forward, distribute, or create screenshots, recordings, copied messages, intimate content, synthetic intimate content, private information, or misleading content to obtain something from another person.
You may not use reports, appeals, refunds, chargebacks, legal notices, privacy requests, screenshots, off-Service communications, or safety concerns in a knowingly false, malicious, retaliatory, abusive, or bad-faith way.
5.5 Enforcement
Cuddle may take action if harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, coercion, or related abuse occurs on Cuddle or is connected to use of Cuddle.
Actions may include content removal, warning, visibility limits, messaging limits, Paid Feature restrictions, payment-method blocks, record preservation, account restriction, suspension, termination, reports to service providers or lawful authorities where appropriate, and other action permitted by the Terms of Service, these Guidelines, the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, and applicable law.
6. Sexual Content, Adult Content, Minor Safety, and Exploitation
6.1 Adult Dating Does Not Mean Unlimited Sexual Content
Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service. Sexual or romantic conversation between eligible adults may be part of ordinary dating, but it must remain lawful, consensual, respectful, non-commercial, and consistent with these Guidelines.
You may not send unwanted sexually explicit messages, pressure another user into sexual conversation, request intimate content after a boundary is set, or use sexual content to shame, threaten, expose, or control another person.
Public-facing content may not contain sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, commercial, payment-related, or unsafe sexual content.
6.2 No Adult Content Sales, Sexual Services, Escorting, or Sugar Arrangements
Cuddle is not an adult content platform, pornography service, adult live-chat service, escort service, prostitution service, compensated dating service, sugar dating service, paid companionship platform, creator monetization platform, or marketplace for sexual content, sexual services, romantic access, companionship, or user monetization.
You may not use Cuddle to solicit, advertise, arrange, promote, purchase, sell, exchange, provide, monetize, disguise, or route adult content, paid intimate content, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings, paid dates, payment for access to a user, payment for a conversation, payment for intimacy, sexual content, or similar activity.
6.3 No Sexual Exploitation or Non-Consensual Intimate Content
You may not upload, send, request, create, threaten to disclose, distribute, link to, or otherwise make available non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, sexual blackmail, sextortion, sexual coercion, sexual harassment, deepfake intimate content, synthetic intimate content depicting a real person without consent, or sexual content created, shared, or used without consent.
You may not use screenshots, recordings, copied messages, altered images, synthetic media, links, reports, appeals, billing requests, refund requests, chargebacks, or legal notices to pressure, threaten, shame, exploit, or coerce another person.
6.4 Minor Safety
Cuddle is for adults only. Minors may not create accounts, access the Service, appear in content, communicate with users, submit content, purchase or use Paid Features, or otherwise interact with Cuddle.
You may not use Cuddle to communicate with, solicit, target, identify, profile, groom, exploit, endanger, threaten, expose, blackmail, extort, dox, or otherwise interact with minors.
You may not create, upload, send, request, possess, display, link to, distribute, discuss, promote, or otherwise make available child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sexualized minors, or any sexualized, exploitative, unsafe, or unlawful interaction involving a minor.
6.5 Reporting and Enforcement
If you see sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, minor safety concerns, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, sextortion, blackmail, or related unsafe conduct, report it through the Service or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.
If you are in immediate danger or believe another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict Paid Features, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.
7. No Scams, Payments, Commerce, or External Payment Requests
7.1 No Scams or Financial Exploitation
Use Cuddle for genuine adult dating and social connection, not financial activity.
You may not scam, deceive, manipulate, pressure, exploit, or financially harm another user or third party. This includes romance scams, emergency scams, travel scams, gift-card scams, cryptocurrency scams, investment scams, employment scams, immigration scams, payment-app scams, money-mule activity, or similar conduct.
You may not make false, misleading, incomplete, or deceptive statements to obtain money, gifts, credentials, verification codes, identity documents, private information, content, access, or anything else of value.
7.2 Do Not Ask for Money or Value
You may not ask another user to send, receive, hold, forward, transfer, invest, lend, borrow, reimburse, donate, tip, gift, sponsor, support, or provide money or anything of value.
This includes cash, gifts, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, digital assets, loans, investments, deposits, travel costs, emergency help, verification fees, safety fees, meeting fees, dating fees, companionship fees, or similar requests.
Paid memberships and Paid Features are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality. They are not payments to other users or payments on behalf of other users.
7.3 No Payment Handles, QR Codes, or External Payment Links
You may not include, request, send, display, encode, upload, link to, or otherwise share payment handles, payment-app usernames, wallet addresses, crypto addresses, QR codes, gift-card instructions, bank-transfer instructions, wire instructions, private keys, wallet credentials, external checkout links, fundraising links, wish-list links, or similar payment-related information.
This applies to profiles, prompts, usernames, photos, videos, image text, messages, reactions, links, screenshots, external platform references, or off-Service communications connected to Cuddle.
7.4 No Commerce or User Monetization
Cuddle is not a marketplace, seller platform, creator monetization platform, tipping platform, payment platform, or financial service.
You may not use Cuddle to sell goods or services, advertise commercial offers, monetize your profile, sell content, sell conversations, sell access to yourself, request payment for a date or meeting, request payment for companionship, or arrange adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, or paid companionship.
7.5 Report Suspicious Requests
If another user asks you to send money, buy gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, use a payment app, provide payment credentials, provide verification codes, scan a QR code, receive funds, forward funds, or participate in a financial transaction, do not proceed.
Report the user through the Service or contact safety@cuddle-global.com. For billing, refund, cancellation, chargeback, or unauthorized-transaction questions involving a Cuddle purchase, contact billing@cuddle-global.com.
7.6 Enforcement
Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, restrict purchases, block payment methods, revoke Paid Features, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers or authorities, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.
8. Privacy, Screenshots, Off-Service Conduct, and In-Person Safety
8.1 Protect Personal Information
Be careful with what you share on Cuddle and with other users.
You should not share highly sensitive information, such as full payment card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, government identification documents, home address, workplace details, travel plans, intimate content, information about children, or private information about another person.
Do not pressure another user to share contact information, payment information, identity documents, intimate content, location information, workplace information, family information, or off-Service contact details.
8.2 No Misuse of Screenshots, Messages, or Private Information
You may not copy, screenshot, record, forward, publish, expose, or misuse another person’s messages, photos, videos, profile information, personal information, intimate content, or private details in a way that harasses, threatens, shames, doxxes, blackmails, extorts, exploits, or harms another person.
You may not use screenshots, recordings, copied messages, altered images, synthetic media, or private information to pressure another user, retaliate, force a response, demand money or value, continue unwanted contact, or control another person.
8.3 Off-Service Conduct
Conduct outside Cuddle may still violate these Guidelines if it arises out of, relates to, or is enabled by use of Cuddle.
This includes off-Service harassment, threats, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, doxxing, scams, payment requests, prohibited services, prohibited payments, impersonation, stalking, or misuse of information obtained through Cuddle.
Moving a conversation off Cuddle may limit our ability to review communications, investigate reports, preserve evidence, block users, detect scams, prevent payment requests, or provide support.
8.4 In-Person Safety
Meeting another user in person is your responsibility.
Before meeting, consider reasonable precautions, such as meeting in a public place, telling a trusted person where you are going, arranging your own transportation, keeping your phone charged, avoiding remote or private locations for an initial meeting, and leaving if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Cuddle does not supervise, verify, control, attend, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for in-person meetings, dates, travel, lodging, transportation, events, or other offline interactions between users.
8.5 Emergency Limits and Reporting
Cuddle support channels, reporting tools, safety tools, moderation tools, emails, appeals, and other Service channels are not emergency-response channels.
If you are in immediate danger, believe another person is in immediate danger, or need emergency assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.
You may report safety concerns through the Service or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.
9. Reporting, Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals
9.1 Report Unsafe or Suspicious Behavior
You should report unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited behavior through the reporting tools we make available.
This includes harassment, threats, doxxing, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, impersonation, scams, payment requests, external payment links, gift-card requests, cryptocurrency requests, prohibited services, prohibited payments, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, non-consensual intimate content, minor safety concerns, account takeover, unauthorized payment use, or other conduct that may violate these Guidelines.
Safety reports may also be sent to safety@cuddle-global.com. Billing, refund, cancellation, chargeback, or unauthorized-transaction questions involving a Cuddle purchase may be sent to billing@cuddle-global.com.
9.2 What to Include in a Report
A useful report may include the profile identifier, account identifier, message references, screenshots, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platform usernames, transaction details, dates, times, and a clear description of the issue where available.
Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank account credentials, government identification documents, biometric information, private keys, cryptocurrency wallet credentials, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email unless Cuddle specifically requests it through an appropriate method.
9.3 Review and Moderation
Cuddle may review accounts, profiles, messages, prompts, photos, videos, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, reports, screenshots, support communications, billing communications, device information, IP address information, payment-risk signals, fraud-prevention signals, and related records where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, manage payment risk, enforce these Guidelines, comply with law, or protect the Service.
Cuddle may use human review, automated review, machine-assisted tools, service-provider tools, fraud-prevention tools, payment-risk tools, safety tools, moderation tools, and related records for these purposes.
9.4 Enforcement Actions
If Cuddle reasonably determines that content, conduct, an account, a payment method, a Paid Feature, a message, a profile, a report, or off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle may violate these Guidelines or other applicable terms, Cuddle may take action.
Actions may include warning a user, removing content, limiting profile visibility, limiting discovery, limiting messaging, restricting purchases, blocking payment methods, delaying or declining transactions, revoking or restricting Paid Features, requiring verification, preserving records, suspending or terminating accounts, responding to chargebacks or payment disputes, cooperating with service providers or lawful authorities, and pursuing other remedies permitted by applicable terms and law.
9.5 Reports, Outcomes, and Appeals
Submitting a report does not guarantee that Cuddle will remove content, restrict an account, issue a refund, reverse a transaction, recover funds, preserve evidence, notify you of the outcome, or take any particular action.
If Cuddle makes an appeal process available, you may appeal certain enforcement decisions through the appeal channel we provide or by contacting appeals@cuddle-global.com.
Appeals should include enough information for us to identify your account and review the decision. Cuddle may decline repeated, abusive, fraudulent, bad-faith, incomplete, unsafe, or irrelevant appeals.
Cuddle support and reporting channels are not emergency-response channels. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.
