Cuddle Community Guidelines
Effective Date: May 8, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
1.1 Welcome to the Cuddle Community
Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service designed for lawful, respectful, personal, non-commercial dating, conversation, discovery, introductions, and social connection between eligible adults.
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) explain the user-facing standards that apply when you create or use an account, profile, prompt, photo, Like, Match, message, report, appeal, support request, or other Service feature. They are intended to help protect users, minors, Cuddle, and the integrity of the Service.
1.2 How These Guidelines Apply
These Guidelines apply to conduct through Cuddle’s websites and browser-based Service components. They also may apply to conduct reasonably connected to Cuddle, another user, information obtained through Cuddle, or an attempt to evade these Guidelines by moving to another website, messaging service, social platform, payment application, telephone, email, or in-person setting.
You are responsible for your account, Your Content, communications, decisions, and interactions. A violation may occur even if conduct is attempted, incomplete, indirect, coded, disguised, or partly off-Service.
1.3 Web-Based Service, United States Availability, and Adults Only
Cuddle is currently offered only through its websites and browser-based Service components to eligible adults located in the fifty states and the District of Columbia, unless Cuddle expressly states otherwise.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and otherwise eligible under the Terms of Service. Minors may not create accounts, use the Service, appear in member content, communicate with users, purchase or use Premium, or otherwise participate.
You may not create an account for a minor, permit a minor to use your account, misrepresent a minor as an adult, or help anyone evade age, location, eligibility, review, safety, payment-risk, moderation, or enforcement controls.
1.4 Relationship to Other Rules
These Guidelines are Additional Terms under Cuddle’s Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service govern general access, eligibility, accounts, content, safety, enforcement, and legal matters. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy governs prohibited services, payments, commerce, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, and user-to-user transfers of value. The Privacy Policy governs personal-information processing.
More specific notices, Additional Terms, and non-waivable law control the subjects they specifically address.
1.5 Our Basic Expectations
When using Cuddle:
- be truthful, authentic, and accountable;
- respect consent, privacy, boundaries, blocking, and unmatching;
- do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, impersonate, or endanger anyone;
- do not submit unlawful, sexually explicit, deceptive, stolen, malicious, or rights-infringing content;
- do not ask another user for money, gifts, payment credentials, financial help, or anything else of value;
- do not use Cuddle for commercial solicitation, prohibited services, prohibited payments, or circumvention; and
- report unsafe, fraudulent, minor-related, payment-related, or otherwise prohibited conduct without putting yourself or another person at risk.
Lawful, consensual, non-commercial dating conversation between eligible adults is not prohibited solely because it concerns dating, attraction, romance, relationships, or intimacy.
2. Be Eligible, Authentic, and Accountable
2.1 Adults Only
Cuddle is for adults only. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement with Cuddle.
Minors may not create accounts, use the Service, appear in member content, communicate with users, purchase or use Premium, or otherwise participate. You may not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, misrepresent a minor as an adult, or help anyone evade an age requirement.
Report suspected minor use or danger through available reporting tools or to:
safety@cuddle-global.com
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
2.2 United States Eligibility
Cuddle is currently available only to eligible adults physically located in the fifty states and the District of Columbia, unless Cuddle expressly states otherwise.
You must provide accurate location, residency, billing, and eligibility information. You may not use a false location, VPN, proxy, anonymizer, altered device setting, third-party account, or other method to appear eligible when you are not.
You may not use Cuddle where prohibited by applicable law, court order, supervision condition, sanctions restriction, or another binding obligation.
2.3 Be Honest About Who You Are
Use only your own identity, account, photos, and information.
Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your age, identity, account ownership, location, residency, eligibility, payment authority, relationship or marital status, availability, intentions, background, affiliation, review status, or safety status.
Do not falsely claim that Cuddle verified, endorsed, approved, cleared, or guaranteed you or another user. An account, profile, photo, confirmation, review, or continued access is not a safety clearance or guarantee of identity, background, truthfulness, or future conduct.
2.4 Keep Account and Profile Information Accurate
Information you provide to Cuddle must be accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.
Update or remove information that becomes materially inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, or misleading. If a material field cannot be edited directly, contact:
support@cuddle-global.com
Cuddle may request reasonable clarification, correction, or confirmation and may restrict access while a material issue remains unresolved.
2.5 One Person, One Account, and No Account Transfers
Unless Cuddle authorizes otherwise in writing, you may maintain only one account at a time.
You may not sell, buy, rent, share, lend, transfer, trade, license, broker, or otherwise make an account, credentials, Premium access, promotional access, review status, or account benefit available to another person.
You may not operate an account for another person or use another person’s account, except through a Cuddle-authorized or legally required process.
2.6 Protect Your Account and Access Methods
Protect your password, email account, phone number, devices, browser sessions, authentication codes, recovery information, and payment methods.
Do not share passwords, login links, verification codes, recovery information, review links, or payment-method access with another person.
Promptly report suspected loss, compromise, unauthorized access, or misuse to:
security@cuddle-global.com
2.7 Follow the Rules and Obligations That Apply to You
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for complying with the Terms of Service, these Guidelines, applicable Additional Terms, and applicable law.
Do not use Cuddle if a legal, contractual, safety, payment, sanctions, or supervisory restriction prohibits your use.
Provide truthful information in registration, checkout, support, reports, appeals, privacy requests, account review, and other Cuddle processes.
2.8 No Eligibility, Account, or Enforcement Circumvention
You may not use alternate or related accounts, false information, another person, different contact or billing details, payment methods, devices, browsers, VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, automation, or external platforms to evade an age, location, eligibility, account, review, payment-method, safety, moderation, suspension, termination, or re-registration restriction.
Attempted or unsuccessful circumvention may violate these Guidelines. Cuddle may link related accounts or signals and restrict, suspend, terminate, or block access as permitted by the Terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
3. Profile, Photo, and Content Standards
3.1 Keep Profiles Lawful, Accurate, and Respectful
Your profile and other content must support lawful, respectful, personal, non-commercial dating and social connection.
Provide information that is accurate, current, and not materially misleading. Do not misrepresent your age, identity, location, relationship or marital status, availability, intentions, background, affiliation, account status, or authority to use any content.
Do not use a display name, username, prompt, biography, caption, photo, image overlay, or other profile element that is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, fraudulent, commercial, payment-related, or otherwise prohibited.
3.2 Use Only Content You Have the Right to Use
Upload, display, send, or link to content only if you own it or have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to use it through Cuddle.
Do not use another person’s photos, recordings, profile text, messages, artwork, trademarks, or other material without lawful authority. Do not copy or republish Member Content outside normal Service functionality.
Content must not infringe or violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, data-protection, or other rights.
3.3 No Fake, Stolen, Misleading, or Deceptively Manipulated Content
Do not create or use fake profiles, stolen photos, copied profile text, fabricated screenshots, altered records, or misleading content intended to deceive users or Cuddle.
Do not use synthetic, AI-generated, edited, filtered, or manipulated media in a way that materially misrepresents a real person, event, identity, appearance, account, communication, or safety-related fact.
Ordinary cropping, lighting correction, or non-deceptive cosmetic editing is not prohibited solely because editing occurred. The result must not materially mislead another person about who you are or create a false impression of authenticity, endorsement, or conduct.
3.4 No Impersonation or False Verification or Safety Claims
Do not impersonate another person, organization, public authority, Cuddle employee, service provider, payment participant, or rights holder.
Do not falsely state or imply that Cuddle verified, endorsed, approved, screened, guaranteed, cleared, sponsored, or made a safety determination about you, another user, a profile, or content.
Do not create or imitate badges, account indicators, review results, support messages, safety notices, payment notices, receipts, or other Cuddle communications.
3.5 No Harmful, Private, or Unsafe Content
Do not post or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, threatening, violent, harassing, exploitative, invasive, malicious, or designed to shame, expose, track, pressure, or endanger another person.
Do not share another person’s private or sensitive information without lawful authority and any required consent. This includes home or work addresses, personal contact details, precise location, travel plans, financial information, identity information, medical information, intimate material, private messages, or information about minors.
Pornographic or sexually explicit images or videos, non-consensual intimate content, manipulated intimate media, and content involving minors are prohibited as further described in Section 6.
3.6 No Payment, Commerce, or Prohibited-Service Signals
Do not use profiles or content to request, advertise, arrange, promote, disguise, or route payments, commercial activity, user monetization, or Prohibited Services.
Prohibited signals include rates, menus, booking terms, payment handles, bank instructions, wallet addresses, QR codes, gift-card requests, wishlists, fundraiser links, external checkout pages, creator pages, seller listings, or coded references to money or value.
A Cuddle profile may not be used to recruit customers, employees, contractors, investors, donors, subscribers, followers, or participants in another service.
3.7 No Malicious Links, Technical Abuse, or Circumvention
Do not post or send phishing links, malware, credential-theft content, deceptive redirects, unauthorized tracking tools, or instructions for bypassing account, safety, privacy, Premium, payment, moderation, or enforcement controls.
Do not use shortened links, external usernames, image text, symbols, screenshots, or another person to hide prohibited content or direct users to prohibited activity.
A link permitted by a Service feature remains subject to these Guidelines and the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy.
3.8 Content Review, Restriction, and Removal
Cuddle may use human, automated, and machine-assisted tools to review content and related signals where permitted by the Terms, Privacy Policy, and law.
Cuddle may request correction or removal; refuse, remove, preserve, redact, label, blur, demote, or restrict content; limit profile visibility, discovery, Likes, Matches, messaging, links, uploads, checkout, Premium, or other functionality; or take account action.
Cuddle does not guarantee that every item will be reviewed, correctly classified, removed, preserved, restored, or made available. A user may appeal an eligible enforcement action through the process described in Section 9.
4. Respect, Consent, and Messaging Boundaries
4.1 Consent Must Be Voluntary, Specific, and Ongoing
Respect consent in every interaction.
Consent must be freely given, specific to the interaction, and capable of being withdrawn at any time. Consent to a Like, Match, message, photo, conversation, external contact exchange, meeting, or prior interaction does not create consent to anything else.
Do not pressure, deceive, threaten, shame, repeatedly ask, or use money, gifts, access, status, or emotional leverage to obtain consent. Silence, delay, uncertainty, past consent, or failure to object is not continuing consent.
4.2 No One Owes You a Reply, Match, Meeting, or Relationship
A profile view, Incoming Like, Like Back, First Like, Match, message, Premium purchase, shared photo, prior conversation, or prior meeting does not create an obligation to reply, continue communicating, share information, move off Cuddle, meet, travel, provide companionship or intimacy, make a payment, or begin or continue a relationship.
Another user may pass, stop responding, change their mind, unmatch, block, report, or end contact at any time.
Premium provides Cuddle-operated First-Like functionality only. It does not purchase another user’s attention, response, availability, content, meeting, date, or conduct.
4.3 Respect Silence, Declined Requests, Blocking, and Unmatching
Respect “no,” silence, delayed responses, declined requests, changed boundaries, unmatching, and blocking.
Do not continue or restart contact after another user has clearly ended communication. Do not use another account, person, phone number, email address, social account, or external platform to bypass a block, unmatch, restriction, or stated boundary.
Do not retaliate against someone for declining contact, withdrawing consent, blocking, unmatching, reporting, or setting a boundary.
4.4 No Repeated, Unwanted, Automated, or Mass Messaging
Do not send repeated unwanted messages, spam, copied or mass-distributed messages, automated messages, deceptive outreach, or content intended primarily to pressure, overwhelm, advertise to, recruit, or manipulate users.
Do not repeatedly send substantially similar messages after receiving no response or after a request to stop.
Bots, scripts, account farms, unauthorized automation, or multiple accounts may not be used to send Likes, messages, contact requests, or other communications.
4.5 No Pressure to Share Contact Details or Move Off Cuddle
Do not pressure another user to provide a phone number, email address, social-media account, workplace, home address, precise location, travel details, financial information, identity information, intimate content, or another private detail.
Do not pressure someone to move to text, email, social media, another messaging service, video chat, a payment application, or an in-person meeting.
A user’s decision to remain on Cuddle, limit information, delay a meeting, or stop communicating must be respected.
4.6 No Manipulation Through Likes, Matches, Premium, or Account Features
Do not use Likes, Matches, Premium, account status, reports, blocking, unmatching, or other Service features to threaten, punish, shame, bargain with, or manipulate another user.
Do not falsely claim that Cuddle requires a payment, external verification, fee, deposit, gift, or other action before users may communicate, meet, or continue contact.
Do not demand a response because you used a First Like, purchased Premium, or spent time communicating.
4.7 Respect Boundaries After Moving Off Cuddle
These Guidelines continue to apply to conduct reasonably connected to Cuddle after users move to another communication service or meet in person.
Moving off Cuddle does not make harassment, coercion, stalking, payment requests, sexual pressure, threats, privacy violations, or circumvention acceptable.
Cuddle may have limited ability to monitor, preserve, investigate, or address off-Service conduct. Use caution and report serious concerns where appropriate.
4.8 Messaging Review and Restrictions
Cuddle may use human, automated, and machine-assisted tools to review messages, metadata, reports, links, account activity, and related signals where reasonably necessary to deliver and secure messaging, prevent spam or abuse, investigate reports, enforce applicable terms, comply with law, or protect users and the Service.
Cuddle may warn users; limit or disable messaging, links, Likes, Matches, profile visibility, or other features; preserve or remove content; require review; or suspend or terminate accounts where permitted.
Cuddle does not guarantee that every message or violation will be detected, reviewed, preserved, removed, or resolved. Personal-information processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. No Harassment, Hate, Threats, Doxxing, or Coercion
5.1 No Harassment, Bullying, or Repeated Unwanted Contact
Do not harass, bully, humiliate, shame, intimidate, insult, degrade, or repeatedly contact another person in a way that is unwanted, abusive, or reasonably likely to cause fear or distress.
Respect silence, declined requests, changed boundaries, blocking, and unmatching. Do not continue contact through another account, person, phone number, email address, social account, or external platform after someone has clearly ended communication.
Disagreement, rejection, or a decision not to reply does not justify abuse or retaliation.
5.2 No Hate, Dehumanization, or Unlawful Discrimination
Do not attack, demean, dehumanize, threaten, exclude, or encourage hostility against a person or group based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, veteran status, or another characteristic protected by law.
Do not use slurs, hateful symbols, degrading stereotypes, calls for exclusion, or praise or support for violence against a protected group.
Lawful preferences and respectful discussion are not prohibited solely because they concern identity or compatibility. They must not be expressed through hate, harassment, threats, or unlawful discrimination.
5.3 No Threats, Violence, or Encouragement of Harm
Do not threaten, promote, glorify, plan, encourage, or assist violence, sexual assault, abuse, trafficking, terrorism, self-harm, or other serious injury.
Do not make credible threats against a user, a user’s family, workplace, home, property, pets, or community. Do not share instructions, targets, weapons information, or coordination details for harmful conduct.
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Cuddle’s reporting and support channels are not emergency-response channels.
5.4 No Doxxing, Exposure, or Misuse of Private Information
Do not post, send, threaten to disclose, or misuse another person’s private or sensitive information without lawful authority and any required consent.
This includes home or work addresses, personal contact details, precise location, travel plans, legal name, employer, family information, relationship or marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, financial information, identity information, medical information, private messages, screenshots, intimate content, or information about minors.
Do not use private information to shame, expose, track, pressure, solicit payment from, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
5.5 No Blackmail, Extortion, Sextortion, or Coercion
Do not demand money, value, content, contact, silence, continued communication, a meeting, intimacy, or another action by threatening exposure, humiliation, violence, account reporting, reputational harm, or disclosure of private or intimate information.
Do not use actual or fabricated screenshots, recordings, intimate media, account information, family information, workplace information, or legal threats to control another person.
Consent obtained through threats, deception, intimidation, financial pressure, or abuse of vulnerability is not valid consent.
5.6 No Stalking, Surveillance, Monitoring, or Retaliation
Do not stalk, follow, monitor, track, surveil, locate, or repeatedly contact another person without lawful authority and consent.
Do not use tracking links, spyware, hidden recordings, location tools, account access, data obtained through Cuddle, or another person to monitor a user.
Do not retaliate because someone declined contact, blocked or unmatched you, reported conduct, appealed an action, exercised a legal right, or contacted Cuddle or lawful authorities.
5.7 No Abuse of Reports, Appeals, or Support Channels
Do not submit knowingly false, fabricated, altered, malicious, retaliatory, abusive, automated, duplicative, or materially misleading reports, appeals, complaints, evidence, or support requests.
Do not use a report or appeal to continue unwanted contact, obtain another person’s confidential information, pressure a user, interfere with lawful rights, or punish someone for setting a boundary.
Good-faith reporting, appeals, rights requests, and complaints are permitted even if Cuddle does not agree with them or takes no action.
5.8 Review and Enforcement
Cuddle may review relevant accounts, profiles, messages, content, links, screenshots, reports, support records, device or session information, related accounts, and other available evidence where permitted by the Terms, Privacy Policy, and law.
Cuddle may remove or preserve content; limit visibility, discovery, Likes, Matches, messaging, links, checkout, Premium, or other functionality; warn users; require review; suspend or terminate accounts; block re-registration; notify affected persons where appropriate; and cooperate with lawful authorities.
A report does not guarantee review, disclosure, evidence preservation, account action, removal, recovery, or another outcome.
6. Sexual Content, Adult Content, Minor Safety, and Exploitation
6.1 Adults Only and Respectful Dating
Cuddle is an adults-only dating and social connection service. Only eligible users who are at least eighteen (18) years old may participate.
Lawful, consensual, non-commercial dating conversation between eligible adults is not prohibited solely because it concerns dating, attraction, romance, relationships, or intimacy. All interactions remain subject to these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.
6.2 Sexual Boundaries and Ongoing Consent
Respect sexual and intimate boundaries at all times.
Consent must be voluntary, specific, and ongoing. It may be withdrawn at any time. A Like, Match, message, shared photo, prior conversation, meeting, relationship, or earlier consent does not create continuing consent to sexual discussion, intimate content, physical contact, recording, sharing, or another interaction.
Do not pressure, deceive, threaten, shame, repeatedly ask, or use money, gifts, access, status, or emotional leverage to obtain sexual or intimate participation. Silence, delay, uncertainty, intoxication, past consent, or failure to object is not continuing consent.
6.3 No Pornography or Sexually Explicit Images or Videos
Do not upload, request, send, exchange, display, distribute, link to, or otherwise make available pornographic or sexually explicit images or videos through or in connection with Cuddle, whether paid or unpaid, public or private.
This includes explicit nudity, sexual acts, intimate recordings, adult live streams, sexually explicit screenshots, and links or external usernames directing users to such content.
Non-sexual profile photos and lawful, non-explicit adult dating content remain subject to Section 3.
6.4 No Unwanted Sexual Content or Repeated Sexual Requests
Do not send unwanted sexual messages, comments, questions, images, links, propositions, or requests.
Do not repeatedly introduce sexual topics after another user declines, stops responding, blocks, unmatches, or establishes a boundary. Do not pressure another user to share intimate content, participate in sexual conversation, move to another platform, or meet in person.
Consensual adult discussion is not prohibited solely because it concerns intimacy. It must remain lawful, non-commercial, respectful, and within each person’s boundaries.
6.5 No Non-Consensual Intimate Content or Manipulated Intimate Media
Do not create, request, possess for prohibited use, upload, send, threaten to share, distribute, sell, or otherwise use non-consensual intimate content.
Do not share intimate content beyond the audience and purpose authorized by the person depicted. Prior receipt or earlier consent does not authorize copying, recording, reposting, publishing, selling, or threatening disclosure.
Do not create or distribute intimate deepfakes, nudification images, or other synthetic, edited, or manipulated media that falsely depicts a real person in sexual or intimate content.
Do not use intimate content for harassment, humiliation, retaliation, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, payment requests, or coercion.
6.6 No Sexual Services, Compensated Dating, or Adult-Content Monetization
Do not use Cuddle to offer, request, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, disguise, route, purchase, sell, or monetize pornography, paid intimate content, paid sexual messaging, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, paid meetings, or paid dates.
Do not condition sexual or romantic attention, photos, messages, continued communication, meetings, travel, companionship, intimacy, or access to another person on money, gifts, fees, reimbursement, accommodation, employment, financial support, or anything else of value.
The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy provides the controlling details.
6.7 Minor Safety
Minors may not create accounts, use the Service, appear in member content, communicate with users, purchase or use Premium, or otherwise participate.
Do not create an account for a minor, permit a minor to use your account, misrepresent a minor as an adult, or help a minor evade an age requirement.
Do not upload, request, possess for prohibited use, send, display, distribute, link to, or promote content that depicts, identifies, sexualizes, exploits, abuses, endangers, targets, or otherwise involves a minor unlawfully or inappropriately. Do not use Cuddle to identify, contact, solicit, groom, expose, threaten, blackmail, extort, dox, traffic, or endanger a minor.
6.8 No Grooming, Exploitation, Trafficking, or Serious Harm
Do not groom, recruit, transport, harbor, control, coerce, exploit, or traffic another person for sexual, commercial, criminal, or other abusive purposes.
Do not exploit age, disability, intoxication, illness, grief, financial hardship, immigration concerns, housing insecurity, loneliness, emotional attachment, or another vulnerability to obtain sexual content, contact, labor, money, travel, lodging, companionship, or conduct.
Do not encourage, arrange, conceal, or assist sexual assault, non-consensual sexual conduct, trafficking, child exploitation, or another serious harm.
6.9 Reporting and Emergency Limits
Report suspected minor use, grooming, trafficking, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual coercion, or another serious concern through available reporting tools or to:
safety@cuddle-global.com
Do not continue communicating or put anyone at risk to collect evidence.
Cuddle’s reporting and support channels are not emergency-response channels and may not be monitored in real time. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
6.10 Review and Enforcement
Cuddle may review relevant accounts, profiles, photos, messages, links, reports, screenshots, support records, device or session information, related accounts, and other available evidence where permitted by the Terms, Privacy Policy, and law.
Cuddle may remove or preserve content; limit visibility, discovery, Likes, Matches, messaging, links, checkout, Premium, or other functionality; require review; warn users; suspend or terminate accounts; block re-registration; notify affected persons where appropriate; and cooperate with lawful authorities.
A report does not guarantee review, evidence preservation, disclosure, removal, account action, notification, recovery, or another outcome.
7. No Scams, Payments, Commerce, or External Payment Requests
7.1 No Scams, Deception, or Romance Fraud
Do not deceive, manipulate, impersonate, or mislead another person to obtain money, value, payment information, account access or personal information.
Prohibited conduct includes romance scams; false emergencies; fabricated medical, travel, military, legal, inheritance, investment, business or family claims; advance-fee schemes; fake prizes or refunds; and false promises of repayment, profit, reimbursement, or future access.
Do not build trust, romantic interest, or emotional dependence as part of a plan to obtain money or value.
7.2 Do Not Ask Users for Money or Anything of Value
Do not request, offer, send, receive, collect, arrange, or condition an interaction on money, gifts, tips, donations, reimbursements, deposits, fees, loans, investments, financial support, accommodation, travel, employment, goods, services, or anything else of value.
This includes requests described as transportation costs, emergency help, rent, tuition, medical or legal expenses, a verification or safety fee, or temporary financial assistance.
A request does not become permitted because it is called voluntary, charitable, romantic, urgent, refundable, personal, or off-Service.
7.3 No Gift Cards, Cryptocurrency, Payment Credentials, or Financial Help
Do not ask another user to buy, photograph, transmit, redeem, or provide gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, codes, cryptocurrency, digital assets, wallet credentials, payment credentials, bank information, authentication codes, or financial documents.
Do not ask another user to receive, hold, deposit, withdraw, convert, forward, return, or transfer money or value for you or another person.
Never share passwords, authentication codes, full payment credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or recovery information with another user.
7.4 No Payment Handles, Wallet Addresses, QR Codes, or External Checkout
Do not post, send, display, embed, encode, or direct another user to a payment handle, payment-app username, bank-transfer instruction, wallet address, QR code, invoice, payment link, checkout page, fundraiser, wishlist, gift-card request, creator page, marketplace listing, or similar transaction method.
A user-provided or independently presented external payment flow is not an authorized Cuddle purchase channel.
7.5 No Commercial Solicitation, Recruitment, or User Monetization
Do not use Cuddle to advertise, solicit customers, generate leads, recruit, promote a business opportunity, conduct affiliate or multi-level marketing, raise funds, sell goods or services, or monetize profiles, content, contact details, messages, meetings, dates, or other user activity.
Ordinary personal conversation is not prohibited solely because it mentions work or a lawful business. It becomes prohibited when Cuddle is used primarily to solicit, recruit, advertise, transact, or commercially exploit another user.
7.6 Cuddle Purchases Use Authorized Direct Checkout Only
Cuddle purchases may be completed only through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.
A Cuddle purchase is payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital functionality. Premium is not payment to or for another user and does not purchase another person’s attention, response, content, conversation, meeting, date, companionship, intimacy, relationship, service, or conduct.
No user may collect a Cuddle fee, renewal payment, verification charge, deposit, or other payment on Cuddle’s behalf.
7.7 No Payment Abuse, Card Testing, or Transaction Laundering
Do not use Cuddle checkout, accounts, devices, browsers, or payment methods for stolen or unauthorized payment credentials, card testing, payment-method testing, account takeover, false billing information, manipulated transactions, refund or chargeback abuse, or transaction laundering.
Each purchase must be for the eligible account receiving the disclosed Cuddle-operated functionality.
Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, or consumer-protection right is permitted.
7.8 Moving Off Cuddle Does Not Make a Payment Permitted
Moving a conversation to text, email, social media, another messaging service, a payment application, an external website, or an in-person setting does not make prohibited activity acceptable.
Do not use Cuddle to obtain contact information, establish trust, or recruit another person for a later payment request, scam, commercial transaction, financial transfer, or Prohibited Service completed elsewhere.
7.9 Reporting and No Recovery Guarantee
If another user requests money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment information, authentication codes, financial help, or participation in a transaction, do not proceed. Use available reporting tools or contact:
safety@cuddle-global.com
If a person or page falsely claims to sell Premium or collect payment for Cuddle, also contact:
billing@cuddle-global.com
Cuddle may preserve records; restrict content, messaging, checkout, payment methods, Premium, or accounts; block re-registration; and cooperate with payment participants or lawful authorities where permitted.
Cuddle does not guarantee that it can trace, reverse, refund, mediate, or recover money or value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome.
8. Privacy, Screenshots, Off-Service Conduct, and In-Person Safety
8.1 Protect Personal and Sensitive Information
Use care before sharing personal, identifying, financial, workplace, travel, location, legal, relationship, or intimate information.
Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, identity-document or account-review materials, private keys, wallet credentials, medical records, information about minors, or other highly sensitive information through profiles, messages, reports, appeals, support channels, or email.
Information shared with another user may be copied, saved, screenshotted, recorded, forwarded, published, altered, or misused outside Cuddle. Share only what you are comfortable having another person retain.
8.2 No Misuse of Screenshots, Messages, Photos, or Private Information
Do not copy, save, screenshot, record, disclose, publish, sell, distribute, threaten to disclose, or otherwise use another person’s profile, messages, photos, contact details, location, workplace, relationship or marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, financial information, intimate content, or other private information in a way that violates law, consent, privacy, safety, or these Guidelines.
Do not use private information to shame, expose, track, pressure, discriminate against, retaliate against, solicit payment from, blackmail, extort, sextort, or endanger another person.
Preserving relevant evidence in good faith for a report or lawful claim is permitted, but collect and share only what is reasonably necessary.
8.3 No Unauthorized Data Collection, AI Training, or Surveillance
Do not scrape, crawl, export, compile, enrich, broker, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit profiles, photos, messages, contact details, preferences, or Service activity.
Do not use Cuddle information for unauthorized artificial-intelligence training, model tuning, benchmarking, dataset creation, unauthorized image analysis, sensitive-trait inference, advertising, recruitment, employment, housing, credit, insurance, consumer reporting, private investigation, background checks, or surveillance.
Do not use tracking links, spyware, hidden recordings, remote-access tools, account access, location tools, or another person to monitor a user without lawful authority and consent.
8.4 Off-Service Conduct May Still Violate These Guidelines
These Guidelines may apply to conduct reasonably connected to Cuddle after users move to another website, messaging service, social platform, telephone, email, payment application, or in-person setting.
Moving off Cuddle does not make harassment, stalking, threats, coercion, privacy violations, payment requests, scams, sexual misconduct, exploitation, discrimination, or circumvention acceptable.
8.5 Moving Off Cuddle Reduces Cuddle’s Visibility and Control
Cuddle may have limited or no ability to monitor off-Service communications, prevent harm, preserve or authenticate evidence, remove external content, reverse transactions, or recover money or value.
Use caution before following external links, sharing contact details, installing software, sending files, providing credentials, moving to a payment application, or relying on another person’s statements.
8.6 In-Person Safety
When meeting another user, consider telling a trusted person about your plans, meeting publicly, arranging your own transportation, keeping access to your phone, avoiding impairment, protecting your home and work addresses, and leaving if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
A Like, Match, message, prior meeting, shared photo, or earlier consent does not create continuing consent or an obligation to remain, travel, provide transportation, enter a private location, or continue contact.
8.7 Emergency Limits and Reporting
Cuddle’s reporting, safety, support, security, billing, privacy, legal, and appeal channels are not emergency-response channels and may not be monitored in real time.
If there is immediate danger or an urgent need for assistance, contact local emergency services.
For suspected unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, exploitative, payment-related, minor-related, or privacy-related conduct, use available reporting tools or contact:
safety@cuddle-global.com
Do not put yourself or another person at risk to collect evidence.
8.8 No Safety Guarantee
Cuddle does not supervise or control off-Service communications, meetings, travel, transportation, lodging, private locations, or other in-person interactions.
Reporting, blocking, unmatching, moderation, account review, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, and safety tools may reduce risk but cannot eliminate every danger or guarantee identity, truthfulness, safety, compatibility, or future conduct.
A report does not guarantee review, evidence preservation, disclosure, account action, content removal, notification, recovery, or another outcome.
9. Reporting, Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals
9.1 Reporting Concerns
If you encounter conduct that may violate these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, another Additional Term, or law, use Cuddle’s reporting tools or contact:
safety@cuddle-global.com
Reports may concern harassment, threats, stalking, discrimination, impersonation, scams, payment requests, commercial solicitation, sexual misconduct, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation, minor safety, privacy violations, account compromise, or other prohibited activity.
For a suspected security vulnerability or account compromise, contact:
security@cuddle-global.com
For a false claim that a person or external page sells Premium or collects payment for Cuddle, also contact:
billing@cuddle-global.com
9.2 What to Include in a Report
Provide truthful information sufficient to locate and understand the concern. Helpful information may include:
- the account, profile, username, or identifier involved;
- the approximate date and time;
- the relevant message, content, link, payment request, or conduct;
- a concise description of what occurred; and
- screenshots or other records where lawful and safe.
Do not submit knowingly false, fabricated, altered, malicious, retaliatory, abusive, automated, duplicative, or materially misleading reports or evidence.
9.3 Do Not Risk Harm to Collect Evidence
Do not continue communicating, follow an external link, send money, meet someone, or place anyone at risk merely to collect evidence.
A report may be submitted with the information available to you. Cuddle may have limited ability to preserve or authenticate content deleted, altered, moved off Cuddle, or stored only on another person’s device or platform.
9.4 Sensitive-Information and Submission Limits
Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, private keys, wallet credentials, identity-document or account-review materials, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary messages, reports, appeals, support channels, or email.
If Cuddle requests sensitive supporting information for a lawful process, follow the request-specific instructions and use only the authorized submission method.
9.5 Human, Automated, and Machine-Assisted Review
Cuddle may use human, automated, and machine-assisted tools to review reports and relevant accounts, profiles, prompts, photos, messages, links, screenshots, support records, checkout activity, device or session information, payment or risk signals, related accounts, and other evidence.
A report or risk signal does not necessarily establish a violation. Reviews may be limited, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or circumvented.
9.6 Possible Content and Feature Restrictions
Where permitted by applicable terms and law, Cuddle may request correction or removal; refuse, remove, preserve, redact, label, blur, demote, or restrict content; and limit profile visibility, discovery, Likes, Matches, messaging, links, uploads, reporting, support, or other functionality.
Cuddle may also prevent further contact between users or apply restrictions while a review is pending.
9.7 Account, Checkout, Payment-Method, and Premium Actions
Cuddle may delay, decline, cancel, reverse, refund, or review a Cuddle transaction; restrict checkout; block or limit a payment method; delay Premium activation; or restrict, revoke, expire, or adjust Premium to address fraud, payment risk, prohibited activity, unauthorized payment use, transaction laundering, or chargeback abuse.
Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer right is not prohibited.
9.8 Suspension, Termination, and Re-Registration Blocks
Cuddle may warn, restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate an account; revoke sessions; reset credentials; link related accounts; preserve records; and block or limit re-registration where permitted.
Cuddle is not required to use progressive discipline. Notice may be limited, delayed, or withheld where disclosure could compromise safety, privacy, security, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, an investigation, or legal compliance.
9.9 Appeals
Where Cuddle offers an appeal, use the method provided or contact:
appeals@cuddle-global.com
Identify the account and action and explain why further review is warranted. Do not submit false, abusive, duplicative, retaliatory, or unauthorized appeals.
An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement, content restoration, evidence disclosure, Premium restoration, reversal of a payment-method block, or another outcome.
9.10 Records, Privacy, and Confidentiality Limits
Cuddle may create, use, preserve, disclose, and retain records relating to reports, reviews, content actions, account restrictions, appeals, checkout, payment methods, Premium, fraud prevention, payment risk, and enforcement as described in the Privacy Policy and law.
Cuddle may limit disclosure of reporter information, confidential detection methods, internal rules, risk thresholds, evidence, or action details where disclosure could enable circumvention or compromise safety, privacy, security, investigations, or Service integrity.
9.11 No Detection, Enforcement, or Outcome Guarantee
Cuddle does not guarantee that every violation, account, message, link, payment request, scam, or off-Service event will be detected, prevented, reviewed, preserved, removed, restricted, reported, or resolved.
A report or appeal does not guarantee a response, disclosure, warning, account action, refund, payment reversal, recovery of money or value, evidence preservation, or another result.
9.12 Emergency and Non-Waivable Rights
Cuddle’s reporting, support, security, billing, privacy, legal, and appeal channels are not emergency-response channels and may not be monitored in real time.
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable safety, reporting, appeal, privacy, payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, consumer-protection, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under law.
10. Relationship to Other Terms, Contact, Changes, and Non-Waivable Rights
10.1 Relationship to Other Terms and Priority
These Guidelines are Additional Terms under Cuddle’s Terms of Service.
The Terms of Service govern general Service access, eligibility, accounts, content, safety, enforcement, and legal matters. The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy governs prohibited services, payments, commerce, monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, and user-to-user transfers of value. The Privacy Policy governs personal-information processing.
The Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice provides practical safety guidance. The Criminal Background Screening Disclosure explains screening and review limits. The Purchase Terms govern checkout, billing, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and payment disputes. The Paid Features Terms govern Premium functionality. The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices govern applicable state-specific rights.
A more specific notice, term, disclosure, or non-waivable law controls the subject it specifically addresses. The Contact / Legal Notices control current routing instructions.
10.2 Official Contact Channels

Cuddle’s channels are not emergency-response channels and may not be monitored in real time. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Do not send full payment credentials, passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, identity-document or account-review materials, private keys, wallet credentials, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.
10.3 Changes, Effective Date, and Prior Versions
Cuddle may update these Guidelines prospectively as the Service, safety practices, risks, or law change.
For a material update, Cuddle will revise the Effective Date or Last Updated date and provide any notice, acknowledgment, consent, or other process required by law.
An update does not retroactively authorize conduct that violated the version applicable when it occurred. Cuddle may retain prior versions and related notice, acceptance, report, appeal, and enforcement records for compliance, audits, disputes, and legal claims.
10.4 Accessibility and Non-Discrimination
Cuddle will make these Guidelines and available reporting or appeal methods reasonably accessible where required.
Cuddle will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate solely because a person makes a good-faith report, submits an eligible appeal, requests accessibility support, or exercises a protected right.
10.5 Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in these Guidelines limits any non-waivable safety, reporting, appeal, privacy, payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, consumer-protection, accessibility, anti-discrimination, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.
Good-faith exercise of a protected right is permitted. Knowingly false, fabricated, abusive, retaliatory, fraudulent, or bad-faith reports, claims, evidence, or requests remain prohibited.
10.6 Final No-Authorization Provision
No profile, Like, Match, message, Premium access, purchase, report, appeal, support response, moderation decision, enforcement action, notice, or legal remedy authorizes harassment, threats, exploitation, unsafe conduct, Prohibited Services, Prohibited Payments, user-to-user transfers of value, prohibited commerce, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial services, or unlawful activity.
