Cuddle Community Guidelines

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 Welcome to the Cuddle Community

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service for eligible adults located in the United States.

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) explain the user-facing behavior rules for using Cuddle, including accounts, profiles, content, messages, discovery features, matching or connection features, Paid Features, reports, support requests, and appeals.

These Guidelines are intended to help keep Cuddle lawful, respectful, personal, non-commercial, and safer for eligible adult users seeking private, intentional connections.

1.2 How These Guidelines Apply

These Guidelines are Additional Terms under the Cuddle Terms of Service.

They apply to conduct on Cuddle and to off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle, including conduct involving another Cuddle user, information obtained through Cuddle, a Cuddle account, a report, a Paid Feature, a payment request, a prohibited-service signal, a prohibited-payment signal, a safety concern, a privacy concern, or an enforcement concern.

You are responsible for what you submit, say, send, display, request, report, and do through or in connection with the Service.

1.3 Relationship to Other Rules

These Guidelines work together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms, Paid Features Terms, Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, Criminal Background Screening Disclosure, State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Copyright / IP Complaints Policy, Contact / Legal Notices, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, product disclosures, and applicable law.

More specific terms control the subject matter they address.

These Guidelines control user-facing behavior rules, including account conduct, profile conduct, content standards, messaging conduct, consent, boundaries, harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, coercion, sexual pressure, minor safety, scams, payment requests, external payment signals, off-Service conduct connected to Cuddle, reporting, moderation, enforcement, and appeals.

The Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy controls prohibited services, prohibited payments, restricted commerce, external payment requests, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, user monetization, creator monetization, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, and user-to-user transfers of value.

The Privacy Policy controls personal-information processing.

The Purchase, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms control purchases, checkout, billing, cancellations, refunds, statutory cancellations, chargebacks, payment disputes, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, and payment-risk controls.

The Paid Features Terms control Paid Feature functionality, access, limits, expiration, availability, no cash value, no stored value, no wallet balance, no virtual credits, promotional or complimentary access, product tests, and feature-specific restrictions.

The Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice controls dating safety guidance. The Criminal Background Screening Disclosure controls criminal background screening, sex-offender-registry screening, verification, badge, account-indicator, and safety-tool limitation disclosures. The State-Specific Terms & Cancellation Notices control state-specific cancellation, refund, dating-service, social-referral-service, screening, fraud, safety, payment, privacy, and other non-waivable state-specific rights. The Contact / Legal Notices control official contact channels and legal notice methods.

If a more specific term or applicable law gives you a greater non-waivable right, that term or law controls to the extent required.

1.4 Our Basic Expectation

Use Cuddle for lawful, respectful, personal, non-commercial dating and social connection with eligible adults.

Be honest. Respect boundaries. Protect privacy. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, shame, expose, scam, or impersonate others.

Do not ask for money or anything of value. Do not request, offer, arrange, promote, facilitate, process, disguise, or route prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, user monetization, creator monetization, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, or other restricted activity.

Report unsafe, suspicious, abusive, deceptive, payment-related, commercially exploitative, or prohibited behavior.

2. Be Eligible, Authentic, and Accountable

2.1 Adults Only

Cuddle is for eligible adults only.

You may use Cuddle only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old, legally able to use the Service, located in the United States while using the Service, and permitted to use Cuddle under the laws, court orders, payment rules, bank rules, service-provider rules, and obligations that apply to you.

Minors may not create accounts, access the Service, appear in content, communicate with users, submit content, purchase or use Paid Features, submit reports, or otherwise interact with Cuddle.

You may not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, misrepresent a minor as an adult, pretend to be a minor, target minors, or use Cuddle to groom, exploit, endanger, threaten, expose, blackmail, extort, dox, traffic, or otherwise harm minors.

2.2 Be Honest About Who You Are

Be real and accurate in the information you provide.

You may not impersonate another person or use another person’s identity, photos, videos, name, likeness, account, payment information, contact information, verification status, or personal information without authorization.

You may not misrepresent your age, identity, location, eligibility, account ownership, payment authority, relationship status, marital status, availability, intentions, background, verification status, safety status, or authority to use the Service.

If you share information about yourself, make sure it is not false, deceptive, materially incomplete, outdated, altered, or misleading.

2.3 Be Responsible for Your Account

Your account is personal to you.

Unless Cuddle expressly authorizes otherwise, you may maintain only one Cuddle account at a time. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, trade, broker, lend, assign, or license your account, login credentials, profile, verification status, messaging access, Paid Feature access, or account indicators.

You are responsible for activity through your account. Protect your login credentials, email account, phone number, device, payment method, and authentication methods.

If you believe your account or access method has been lost, stolen, compromised, or misused, contact support@cuddle-global.com or security@cuddle-global.com promptly.

2.4 Follow the Rules That Apply to You

Use Cuddle only for lawful, personal, non-commercial dating and social connection with eligible adults.

Do not use Cuddle if doing so would violate any law, court order, workplace rule, professional obligation, confidentiality obligation, privacy obligation, family obligation, payment obligation, platform rule, bank rule, service-provider rule, or other obligation that applies to you.

Nothing in these Guidelines authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, cryptocurrency, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

3. Profile, Photo, and Content Standards

3.1 Keep Profiles Lawful, Accurate, and Respectful

Your profile should help other eligible adult users understand who you are and how you choose to participate in Cuddle.

You may not create, upload, display, send, link to, or otherwise make available profile information, photos, videos if supported, prompts, display names, usernames, handles, bios, links, or other content that is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, pornographic, commercial, payment-related, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Guidelines.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for keeping your profile information accurate, current, and not materially misleading.

3.2 No Fake, Stolen, or Misleading Content

You may not use another person’s photos, videos, name, likeness, voice, biography, identity, account information, payment information, contact information, verification status, or personal information without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person, create a fake identity, misrepresent your age, relationship status, marital status, location, intentions, availability, account ownership, payment authority, verification status, safety status, or eligibility, or use edited, synthetic, AI-generated, deepfake, filtered, or manipulated media in a way that materially misleads other users.

You may not use content, images, videos, screenshots, prompts, bios, display names, usernames, handles, links, or other profile elements to mislead users about who you are, what you are offering, whether you are verified, whether you are safe, whether you are available, or whether you are using Cuddle for a permitted purpose.

3.3 No Payment, Commerce, or Prohibited-Service Signals

Profiles and content may not be used to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, facilitate, process, route, or disguise prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, user monetization, creator monetization, restricted commerce, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, financial products or services, or other restricted activity.

You may not include payment handles, wallet addresses, QR codes, gift-card instructions, prepaid-card instructions, payment-app usernames, bank-transfer instructions, wire-transfer instructions, cryptocurrency addresses, external checkout links, marketplace links, creator monetization links, fundraising links, wish lists, “support me” links, coded payment language, or similar payment-related or value-transfer signals in your profile, photos, prompts, display names, usernames, handles, bios, messages, links, screenshots, videos, image text, or content.

You may not use altered spelling, abbreviations, emojis, symbols, spacing tricks, screenshots, image overlays, profile clues, coded language, partial payment handles, partial wallet addresses, external usernames, redirects, landing pages, link hubs, private groups, or off-Service instructions to evade Cuddle’s payment, commerce, safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, or enforcement rules.

Purchases made through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow and Paid Features are for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality only. They are not payments to or for another user, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, or transfers of value between users.

3.4 No Harmful, Private, or Unsafe Content

You may not post or send content that harasses, threatens, shames, exposes, exploits, blackmails, extorts, doxxes, stalks, impersonates, or targets another person.

You may not share another person’s private information, intimate content, workplace information, family information, payment information, identity-document images, government identification documents, account credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, financial information, medical information, legal information, immigration information, or other sensitive information without appropriate authorization.

You may not use profile content, images, videos, links, screenshots, prompts, bios, display names, usernames, handles, image text, coded language, or off-Service references to evade reporting tools, safety controls, fraud-prevention systems, payment-risk controls, moderation systems, privacy choices, account restrictions, payment restrictions, or enforcement actions.

3.5 Review and Removal

Cuddle may review, restrict, remove, blur, redact, preserve, or refuse to display content where we reasonably determine that doing so is necessary or appropriate for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, legal compliance, privacy protection, Service integrity, or enforcement.

Cuddle may consider surrounding context, repeated patterns, user reports, account history, external links, coded language, off-Service references, payment-risk signals, fraud-prevention signals, safety concerns, and other information reasonably available to Cuddle when deciding whether content violates these Guidelines.

Cuddle may also limit messaging, restrict visibility, restrict purchases, block payment methods, revoke Paid Features, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by the Terms, these Guidelines, the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, the Paid Features Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

4.1 Respect Other Users

Use Cuddle with respect for other users’ time, privacy, preferences, safety, and boundaries.

A match, like, profile view, message, Paid Feature, read receipt, prior conversation, or prior meeting does not mean that another user owes you a response, continued conversation, off-Service communication, contact information, photos, content, meeting, date, intimacy, companionship, explanation, or any other interaction.

You may not pressure, guilt, shame, insult, manipulate, threaten, harass, retaliate against, or repeatedly contact another user because they do not respond, stop responding, unmatch, block you, decline to meet, decline to move off Cuddle, decline to share contact information, decline to share photos, or set a boundary.

4.2 Consent and Communication

Communicate only in ways that are lawful, respectful, and appropriate for the context.

You may not send unwanted, repeated, aggressive, degrading, sexually explicit, intimidating, abusive, deceptive, or coercive messages.

You may not pressure another user to discuss sexual topics, share intimate content, continue a conversation, meet in person, move to another platform, provide personal information, provide payment information, provide authentication codes, provide verification codes, provide identity-document images, provide government identification documents, or take any action they do not want to take.

If another user asks you to stop messaging, stop making a request, stop discussing a topic, stop contacting them, or respect a boundary, you must do so.

4.3 No Sexual Pressure or Coercion

You may not use Cuddle to coerce, pressure, manipulate, exploit, threaten, shame, blackmail, extort, or control another person sexually, romantically, emotionally, financially, or socially.

This includes pressuring someone to send intimate content, continue sexual communication, meet privately, meet in a remote location, move off Cuddle, keep a conversation secret, provide personal information, provide money or value, or engage in any sexual, romantic, intimate, or companionship interaction.

You may not use Paid Features, messaging access, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, visibility controls, or any other feature to pressure, monitor, shame, threaten, manipulate, or control another user.

4.4 Off-Service Movement

You may choose to move a conversation off Cuddle, but you may not pressure another user to do so.

You may not move or encourage moving a conversation off Cuddle to evade reporting tools, safety controls, moderation, fraud-prevention systems, payment-risk controls, privacy choices, prohibited-service rules, prohibited-payment rules, account restrictions, payment restrictions, or enforcement actions.

If you move a conversation off Cuddle, Cuddle may have limited or no ability to review communications, investigate reports, preserve evidence, block users, detect scams, prevent payment requests, remove external content, reverse external transfers, or provide support.

4.5 Boundary Violations

Boundary violations may result in content removal, messaging limits, visibility limits, Paid Feature restrictions, payment-method blocks, account restrictions, suspension, termination, record preservation, reports to service providers or lawful authorities where appropriate, or other action permitted by the Terms, these Guidelines, the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, and applicable law.

5. No Harassment, Hate, Threats, Doxxing, or Coercion

5.1 No Harassment or Abuse

You may not harass, bully, shame, stalk, intimidate, threaten, degrade, repeatedly contact, or otherwise abuse another user or third party.

This includes unwanted repeated messages, hostile messages, insulting messages, sexually aggressive messages, pressure after rejection, retaliation after blocking or unmatching, attempts to force a response, or conduct intended to make another person feel unsafe, humiliated, exposed, trapped, or controlled.

You may not coordinate, encourage, assist, or participate in harassment by others, whether on Cuddle or through off-Service channels connected to Cuddle.

5.2 No Hate or Dehumanizing Conduct

You may not post, send, display, promote, or encourage hateful, dehumanizing, threatening, or degrading content or conduct based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, immigration status, caste, or another protected or sensitive characteristic.

You may not use slurs, stereotypes, coded language, symbols, violent references, degrading claims, or exclusionary statements to attack, humiliate, intimidate, dehumanize, or encourage hostility toward a person or group.

Cuddle may consider context, repeated conduct, symbols, coded language, reports, and surrounding behavior when determining whether content or conduct violates this Section.

5.3 No Threats, Exposure, or Doxxing

You may not threaten, expose, dox, or misuse another person’s private information.

This includes threatening to reveal another person’s Cuddle use, profile, messages, photos, videos, relationship status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, workplace, address, phone number, email address, family information, immigration information, legal information, medical information, financial information, identity-document information, government identification information, payment information, or other sensitive information.

You may not share, request, sell, trade, post, link to, preserve, or distribute another person’s private information without appropriate authorization.

5.4 No Blackmail, Extortion, Sextortion, or Coercion

You may not blackmail, extort, sextort, coerce, threaten, manipulate, pressure, or exploit another person to obtain money, value, content, contact information, credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, intimate content, meetings, dates, companionship, silence, secrecy, or any other action.

You may not threaten to report, expose, embarrass, shame, harm, sue, contact family or employers, release messages, release screenshots, release intimate content, or make false claims to control another person.

You may not use Paid Features, read receipts, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, visibility controls, reports, appeals, support channels, or off-Service communications to harass, threaten, monitor, shame, manipulate, or control another user.

5.5 Review and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that conduct may involve harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, coercion, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, stalking, retaliation, or abuse, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, restrict purchases, block payment methods, revoke Paid Features, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities, and take other action permitted by the Terms, these Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable privacy, safety, reporting, consumer-protection, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.

6. Sexual Content, Adult Content, Minor Safety, and Exploitation

6.1 Adult Users, Respectful Dating, and Sexual Boundaries

Cuddle is an 18+ online dating and social connection service for eligible adults.

Respectful, lawful, non-commercial dating conversation between eligible adults may be allowed when it complies with the Terms, these Guidelines, the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, the Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice, and applicable law.

However, Cuddle is not an adult content platform, pornography service, adult live-chat service, paid sexual-messaging service, escort service, sexual-services platform, compensated dating service, sugar dating service, paid-companionship platform, creator-monetization platform, user-monetization platform, or marketplace for sexual content, intimacy, companionship, meetings, dates, or access to users.

You may not use Cuddle to pressure, coerce, shame, manipulate, threaten, exploit, or harass another person sexually, romantically, emotionally, socially, or financially.

6.2 No Pornography, Sexually Explicit Media, or Adult Content Monetization

You may not upload, send, request, exchange, display, distribute, preserve, link to, sell, purchase, monetize, or otherwise make available pornographic or sexually explicit images or videos through Cuddle, whether paid or unpaid, public or private.

You may not use profiles, photos, videos, prompts, bios, display names, usernames, handles, messages, reactions, links, QR codes, image text, screenshots, external platform references, or off-Service instructions to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, facilitate, monetize, route, or disguise adult content, adult live-chat, pornography sales, paid intimate content, paid sexual messaging, sexual-content sales, creator monetization, or user monetization.

You may not request or offer payment, gifts, tips, donations, reimbursement, cryptocurrency, wallet transfers, gift cards, prepaid cards, stored value, virtual credits, external payment links, or anything else of value in exchange for sexual content, intimate content, private content, sexual messaging, access to a user, or continued communication.

Cuddle purchases and Paid Features are for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality only and do not authorize adult content, adult monetization, sexual content sales, or payments to users.

6.3 No Sexual Services, Escort Services, Compensated Dating, or Sugar Arrangements

You may not use Cuddle to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, facilitate, request, provide, purchase, sell, exchange, monetize, process, route, or disguise sexual services, escort services, prostitution, commercial sexual services, paid sexual activity, paid intimacy, paid companionship, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, sugar dating, paid meetings, paid dates, paid travel connected to romantic, sexual, intimate, or companionship interaction, or payment or value in exchange for access to a user.

This prohibition applies even if the activity is described as companionship, generosity, appreciation, hosting, private meeting, private chat, private content, travel help, gifts, donations, allowance, sponsorship, tribute, support, safety fee, verification fee, deposit, reimbursement, or another label.

Ordinary unpaid dating, conversation, and social connection between eligible adults may be allowed. Any expectation of money, gifts, benefits, financial support, reimbursement, or other value for access, conversation, companionship, intimacy, content, meetings, dates, or relationships is prohibited.

6.4 No Sexual Pressure, Non-Consensual Content, or Intimate Abuse

You may not send unwanted sexual content, repeated sexual requests, sexually aggressive messages, degrading sexual comments, threats, or pressure after another user declines, stops responding, unmatches, blocks you, or sets a boundary.

You may not request, share, threaten to share, distribute, preserve, sell, or use non-consensual intimate content, private sexual content, sexualized screenshots, intimate recordings, deepfakes, manipulated intimate media, or private messages to shame, expose, pressure, blackmail, extort, sextort, control, or harm another person.

You may not use Paid Features, read receipt visibility, limited message deletion, incognito browsing, visibility controls, reports, appeals, support channels, or off-Service communications to monitor, pressure, threaten, shame, manipulate, expose, or control another user.

Consent must be specific, voluntary, and ongoing. A match, message, prior conversation, prior photo, prior meeting, or prior consent does not create continuing consent.

6.5 Minor Safety

Cuddle is for adults only. Minors may not create accounts, access the Service, appear in content, communicate with users, submit content, purchase or use Paid Features, submit reports, or otherwise interact with Cuddle.

You may not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, misrepresent a minor as an adult, pretend to be a minor to interact with users, target minors, or use Cuddle to identify, contact, solicit, groom, exploit, endanger, traffic, expose, shame, threaten, blackmail, extort, dox, sexualize, or otherwise harm minors.

You may not create, request, possess, upload, send, display, distribute, link to, preserve, promote, or otherwise make available content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, endangers, identifies, targets, depicts, or otherwise involves minors unlawfully or inappropriately.

If you believe a minor is using Cuddle, appears in content, is being targeted, or is in danger, report it through available tools or contact safety@cuddle-global.com. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

6.6 Exploitation, Trafficking, and Serious Harm

You may not use Cuddle to facilitate, promote, arrange, conceal, or support exploitation, trafficking, grooming, forced sexual conduct, coerced companionship, forced labor, abuse, sexual assault, violence, stalking, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, doxxing, fraud, or other serious harm.

You may not target another user based on vulnerability, age, disability, immigration status, housing insecurity, financial distress, medical need, loneliness, grief, relationship status, or emergency circumstances for sexual, financial, personal, or commercial exploitation.

You may not pressure another user to keep secrets, avoid reporting, move off Cuddle, use external payment methods, provide identity documents, provide government identification documents, provide payment credentials, provide authentication codes, share intimate content, travel, meet privately, or enter a situation that creates risk.

6.7 Review, Reporting, and Enforcement

Cuddle may review, restrict, remove, blur, redact, preserve, or refuse to display content, messages, profiles, links, screenshots, payment references, external platform references, reports, appeals, or other materials where Cuddle reasonably believes this Section may be involved.

Cuddle may limit messaging, restrict visibility, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, require verification, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, block re-registration, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by the Terms, these Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, and applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee content removal, account action, refund, payment reversal, evidence preservation, response time, or a particular outcome.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable privacy, safety, reporting, payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.

7. No Scams, Payments, Commerce, or External Payment Requests

7.1 No Scams, Fraud, or Deceptive Conduct

You may not use Cuddle for scams, fraud, deception, impersonation, phishing, smishing, vishing, malware distribution, credential theft, account takeover, fake emergencies, romance scams, investment scams, employment scams, immigration scams, housing scams, recovery scams, refund scams, chargeback schemes, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, or similar misconduct.

You may not misrepresent your identity, age, location, relationship status, intentions, affiliation, availability, verification status, safety status, financial condition, employment, education, emergency, travel need, legal need, medical need, immigration status, payment authority, or account ownership to obtain money, value, access, content, communication, trust, or another benefit.

You may not create, use, sell, rent, borrow, share, or coordinate fake accounts, account farms, bot accounts, purchased accounts, rented accounts, stolen accounts, or accounts controlled by another person.

7.2 Do Not Ask for Money or Value

You may not ask another user for money, gifts, tips, donations, reimbursements, deposits, fees, loans, investments, financial support, emergency help, travel costs, lodging costs, transportation costs, medical costs, legal costs, immigration costs, tax fees, verification fees, safety fees, meeting fees, dating fees, companionship fees, or anything else of value.

You may not condition communication, continued contact, profile access, photos, videos, private content, replies, meetings, dates, companionship, travel, help, emotional support, romantic attention, intimacy, or off-Service contact on money, gifts, benefits, support, reimbursement, payment credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, or anything else of value.

You may not pressure, shame, manipulate, threaten, deceive, or exploit another user to obtain money, value, payment information, account credentials, documents, intimate content, travel, housing, employment, investment activity, or other benefits.

7.3 No External Payment Requests or Payment Signals

You may not include, request, send, display, encode, upload, link to, or otherwise make available payment handles, payment-app usernames, bank-transfer instructions, wire-transfer instructions, gift-card instructions, prepaid-card instructions, voucher codes, QR codes, wallet addresses, cryptocurrency addresses, payment links, fundraising links, wish lists, external checkout pages, creator monetization pages, marketplace pages, or similar payment-related destinations.

This applies to profiles, prompts, bios, display names, usernames, handles, photos, videos, image text, screenshots, messages, reactions, links, reports, appeals, support requests, external platform references, and off-Service instructions connected to Cuddle.

You may not use altered spelling, abbreviations, emojis, symbols, spacing tricks, screenshots, image overlays, profile clues, partial payment handles, partial wallet addresses, redirects, landing pages, link hubs, private groups, or coded language to evade Cuddle’s payment, commerce, safety, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, or enforcement rules.

7.4 Cuddle Purchases Are Payments to Cuddle Only

Purchases made through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are payments to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

They are not payments to or for another user, tips, donations, gifts, reimbursements, payouts, compensation, user monetization, creator monetization, stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, digital assets, money transmission, remittance, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, financial products or services, or transfers of value between users.

A user may not claim, imply, or require that purchasing a Cuddle Paid Feature is needed to pay, access, reward, compensate, verify, protect, meet, date, message, support, rescue, reimburse, unlock, or continue communicating with that user.

7.5 No Commerce, Marketplace Activity, or User Monetization

Cuddle is not a marketplace, classified-ads service, seller platform, buyer platform, creator-monetization platform, user-monetization platform, payment platform, payment facilitator, payment aggregator, escrow service, broker, agent, commerce platform, stored-value provider, wallet provider, cryptocurrency service, money transmitter, bank, lender, broker, or financial institution.

You may not use Cuddle to advertise, solicit, arrange, promote, sell, purchase, exchange, broker, monetize, fulfill, deliver, process, route, or facilitate goods, services, content, access, commercial offers, business opportunities, regulated activity, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other commerce activity.

You may not monetize your profile, messages, photos, videos, prompts, attention, availability, conversation, companionship, content, intimacy, meetings, dates, relationship access, off-Service access, visibility, discovery, account status, verification status, Paid Feature access, or any other user interaction.

7.6 No Stored Value, Gift Cards, Crypto, or Financial Activity

You may not use Cuddle to request, send, receive, advertise, arrange, sell, purchase, exchange, redeem, cash out, verify, route, or disguise stored value, wallet balances, virtual credits, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, cryptocurrency, digital assets, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs, payment instruments, cash-equivalent instruments, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, or blockchain transactions.

You may not use Cuddle to offer, request, arrange, promote, finance, broker, or provide banking, lending, credit, insurance, investment, brokerage, securities, escrow, remittance, money transmission, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, or other financial products or services.

You may not ask another user to open accounts, receive funds, forward funds, hold funds, buy gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, provide payment credentials, provide account credentials, provide authentication codes, provide verification codes, or act as a financial intermediary.

7.7 Refund, Chargeback, and Payment-Dispute Abuse

Good-faith exercise of a non-waivable refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, payment-dispute, privacy, safety, reporting, or consumer-protection right is not prohibited.

Knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, or bad-faith refund requests, statutory-cancellation requests, billing-error claims, unauthorized-transaction claims, chargebacks, reversals, retrieval requests, payment disputes, evidence submissions, or support communications are prohibited.

You may not seek duplicate recovery for the same transaction through multiple channels, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7.8 Report Payment Requests and Suspicious Conduct

If another user asks for money, value, payment credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wallet transfers, payment handles, QR codes, suspicious links, external checkout, urgent financial help, or any off-Service payment method, do not proceed.

Report the user through the Service where available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

For billing, refund, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-charge, chargeback, or payment-dispute issues involving a Cuddle purchase, contact billing@cuddle-global.com.

7.9 Review and Enforcement

If Cuddle reasonably determines that an account, profile, message, link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, external reference, Paid Feature, transaction, payment method, report, support request, or off-Service activity connected to Cuddle may involve scams, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, financial exploitation, marketplace activity, payment facilitation, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, or circumvention, Cuddle may remove content, limit messaging, restrict visibility, restrict purchases, revoke Paid Features, block payment methods, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, lawful authorities, or other lawful recipients, and take other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, privacy, safety, reporting, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.

8. Privacy, Screenshots, Off-Service Conduct, and In-Person Safety

8.1 Protect Personal Information

Be careful with what you share on Cuddle and with other users.

Do not share full payment card numbers, card security codes, full bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, home address, workplace details, travel plans, precise location, intimate content, medical information, minor-related information, or private information about another person.

Do not pressure another user to share contact information, payment information, identity documents, government identification documents, intimate content, location information, workplace information, family information, authentication codes, verification codes, or off-Service contact details.

You are responsible for deciding what to share. A match, message, like, Paid Feature, read receipt, prior conversation, or prior meeting does not require another user to share private information with you.

8.2 No Misuse of Screenshots, Messages, or Private Information

You may not copy, save, screenshot, photograph, record, forward, publish, expose, sell, trade, or misuse another person’s messages, photos, videos, profile information, personal information, intimate content, or private details in a way that harasses, threatens, shames, doxxes, blackmails, extorts, sextorts, exploits, impersonates, stalks, or harms another person.

You may not use screenshots, recordings, copied messages, altered images, synthetic media, private information, or off-Service communications to pressure another user, retaliate, force a response, demand money or value, continue unwanted contact, expose someone, or control another person.

You may not use another user’s content or personal information for artificial-intelligence training, facial recognition, biometric analysis, surveillance, background checks, commercial profiling, recruitment, employment, housing, credit, insurance, eligibility decisions, financial products or services, or another unauthorized purpose.

8.3 Off-Service Conduct

Conduct outside Cuddle may still violate these Guidelines if it arises out of, relates to, or is enabled by use of Cuddle, another user’s account, a Cuddle interaction, a Paid Feature, a payment request, a report, a dispute, or information obtained through the Service.

This includes off-Service harassment, threats, blackmail, extortion, sextortion, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, scams, payment requests, external payment links, gift-card requests, prepaid-card requests, cryptocurrency requests, digital-asset requests, wallet-address requests, QR-code requests, prohibited services, prohibited payments, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, sexual services, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, paid companionship, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, virtual credits, money transmission, financial products or services, or misuse of information obtained through Cuddle.

Moving a conversation off Cuddle does not make prohibited conduct permitted.

Moving off Cuddle may limit Cuddle’s ability to review communications, investigate reports, preserve evidence, block users, detect scams, prevent payment requests, remove external content, recover funds, reverse transfers, or provide support.

8.4 In-Person Safety

Meeting another user in person is your responsibility.

Before meeting, consider reasonable safety steps, such as meeting in a public place, telling a trusted person where you are going, arranging your own transportation, keeping your phone charged, avoiding remote or private locations for an initial meeting, protecting your drink and belongings, and leaving if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Cuddle does not supervise, verify, control, attend, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for in-person meetings, dates, travel, lodging, transportation, events, private locations, or other offline interactions between users, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

No profile, message, photo, badge, verification status, account indicator, Paid Feature, safety tool, or support response guarantees that another user is safe, truthful, eligible, compatible, available, or appropriate to meet.

8.5 Emergency Limits and Reporting

Cuddle support channels, reporting tools, safety tools, moderation tools, emails, appeals, and other Service channels are not emergency-response channels and may not be monitored in real time.

If you are in immediate danger, believe another person is in immediate danger, or need emergency assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.

You may report safety concerns through the Service where available or contact safety@cuddle-global.com.

Submitting a report does not guarantee content removal, account action, refund, payment reversal, evidence preservation, response time, or a particular outcome.

No privacy tool, screenshot rule, off-Service conduct rule, in-person safety guidance, report, support response, moderation action, or enforcement action authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

9. Reporting, Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals

9.1 Reporting Concerns

Help keep Cuddle safer by reporting conduct that may violate these Guidelines, the Terms, the Prohibited Services, Payments & Commerce Policy, the Paid Features Terms, the Purchase Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law.

You may report unsafe, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, payment-related, minor-related, privacy-related, or prohibited conduct through in-Service reporting tools where available or by contacting safety@cuddle-global.com.

For billing, refund, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-charge, chargeback, or payment-dispute issues involving a Cuddle purchase, contact billing@cuddle-global.com.

For privacy requests or questions about personal-information processing, contact privacy@cuddle-global.com.

For eligible enforcement appeals, contact appeals@cuddle-global.com or use any appeal method Cuddle makes available.

9.2 What to Include in Reports

Reports should be truthful, relevant, and reasonably specific.

Where lawful and safe, include information that helps Cuddle understand and locate the issue, such as profile or account identifiers, message references, screenshots, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platform references, dates, approximate times, transaction references where relevant, and a clear description of what happened.

Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.

Do not submit knowingly false, fabricated, altered, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, or bad-faith reports, evidence, complaints, notices, or appeals.

9.3 Sensitive Information and Secure Upload Limits

Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, authentication codes, full bank credentials, identity-document images, government identification documents, liveness data, face templates, faceprints, facial-geometry data, fingerprints, voiceprints, biometric identifiers, biometric templates, private keys, wallet credentials, intimate content, information about minors, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email, ordinary messages, profile fields, reports, appeals, support channels, or mail.

When Cuddle needs identity-document or government-ID information for a specific safety, legal, privacy, refund, statutory-cancellation, account-recovery, dispute, Service-integrity, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, enforcement, billing, chargeback, or payment-dispute process, Cuddle will provide a secure upload flow or specific instructions for that process.

9.4 Review and Moderation

Cuddle may review accounts, profiles, messages, photos, videos if supported, prompts, bios, links, QR codes, payment handles, wallet addresses, external platform references, screenshots, reports, appeals, support communications, purchase activity, payment-risk signals, fraud-prevention signals, device information, IP-address information, moderation history, and related records where reasonably necessary to review suspected violations.

Cuddle may use human review, automated review, machine-assisted tools, service-provider tools, fraud-prevention tools, payment-risk tools, safety tools, moderation tools, account-linking analysis, device checks, velocity limits, feature limits, and other operational methods.

Cuddle may consider context, patterns, repeated conduct, user reports, account history, coded language, off-Service references, external links, payment signals, safety concerns, and information submitted by users or service providers.

9.5 Enforcement Actions

If Cuddle reasonably determines that conduct may violate these Guidelines or other applicable terms, Cuddle may take action to protect users, minors, Cuddle, payment participants, service providers, and the Service.

Actions may include warnings, content removal, content restriction, profile restriction, messaging limits, discovery or visibility limits, purchase restrictions, payment-method blocks, transaction delays or declines, Paid Feature restrictions or revocation, verification requests, record preservation, account restrictions, suspension, termination, re-registration blocks, chargeback or payment-dispute responses, cooperation with service providers, payment participants, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other lawful authorities, and other action permitted by applicable terms and law.

An enforcement action does not automatically create a refund, credit, extension, replacement, transfer, payout, cash-out, compensation, wallet balance, stored value, virtual credit, gift card, cryptocurrency, financial product or service, or other value.

9.6 Appeals

If Cuddle offers an appeal for a specific enforcement action, you may submit an appeal through the method Cuddle provides or by contacting appeals@cuddle-global.com.

Appeals should be truthful, specific, and relevant. Include enough information for Cuddle to identify the account, action, content, report, or decision involved.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement, content restoration, Paid Feature restoration, refund, payment reversal, response time, evidence disclosure, or a particular outcome.

Cuddle may limit appeals that are abusive, duplicative, fraudulent, threatening, automated, irrelevant, or submitted in bad faith.

9.7 No Emergency Response and No Prohibited Use

Cuddle reporting, support, safety, billing, privacy, legal, and appeal channels are not emergency-response channels and may not be monitored in real time. If you are in immediate danger, believe another person is in immediate danger, or need emergency assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.

No report, review, moderation action, enforcement action, appeal, support response, refund response, chargeback process, payment-dispute process, service-provider relationship, operational-vendor relationship, payment-participant relationship, or legal process authorizes prohibited services, prohibited payments, external payment requests, user-to-user transfers of value, adult content monetization, payment facilitation, marketplace activity, stored value, wallets, cryptocurrency, financial products or services, abuse, exploitation, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity.

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, privacy, safety, reporting, consumer-protection, court-access, public-injunctive-relief, or other right under applicable law.
