Cuddle Access & Pricing

Premium and Signature are sold as fixed-term, non-renewing digital access.

The full price displayed at checkout is charged once when you authorize the purchase.

Paid access does not automatically renew. Cuddle does not automatically charge your payment method again when the purchased access period ends.

At the end of the purchased access period:

• the applicable Paid Features expire automatically;
• no additional charge is made;
• your account may return to Free Access, subject to eligibility, account status, and feature availability; and
• continued paid access requires a new purchase and separate payment authorization.

Cuddle does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, automatic renewal, automatic trial-to-paid conversion, automatic repurchase, external purchase channels, or twelve-month Paid Feature access.

No action is required to prevent a future renewal charge because purchases do not automatically renew.

Access Period and Digital Delivery

Paid access generally begins when payment is successfully authorized and the applicable Paid Features are made available to your account, unless checkout states otherwise.

A one-month purchase provides access for the one-month period displayed at checkout.

A three-month purchase provides access for the three-month period displayed at checkout.

The purchase confirmation, receipt, checkout page, in-Service display, or applicable product disclosure may identify the activation date, expiration date and time, access period, access level, amount charged, taxes or fees, billing descriptor, and other material purchase terms.

Cuddle may delay, decline, restrict, revoke, or expire Paid Feature access where permitted by applicable terms and law, including for payment failure, chargeback, unauthorized transaction, fraud risk, payment-risk concerns, account restriction, safety concerns, moderation action, or legal compliance.

Paid Feature access is digital access only. No physical goods are shipped.

Feature Limits and Availability

Paid Feature functionality may vary by access level, account status, eligibility, state, device, browser, product configuration, product test, operational needs, safety controls, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, moderation, and law.

Cuddle may update, modify, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where permitted by applicable terms and law.

A feature description does not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, on every device, in every state, for every user, or for every account.

Daily-like limits, reset schedules, read receipt behavior, message deletion eligibility, Incognito browsing behavior, filtering options, discovery features, and visibility controls may vary and may be subject to technical, safety, anti-abuse, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, moderation, account-status, and legal limits.

Cuddle may use product tests, controlled access, promotions, complimentary access, or limited access to evaluate functionality. Product tests and complimentary access do not automatically convert into paid access.

Messaging and Feature Notes

Unlimited Messaging

“Unlimited messaging” means that no plan-based message-count limit applies to eligible messaging with matched members.

Messaging remains subject to matching requirements, technical capacity, anti-spam and anti-abuse controls, rate limits, safety rules, moderation, account status, fraud-prevention controls, payment-risk controls, and law.

Unlimited messaging does not require another user to match with you, message you, reply to you, continue communicating with you, meet you, or take any other action.

Limited Message Deletion

Limited message deletion applies only to eligible messages and supported Cuddle Service views.

It does not guarantee deletion from recipient devices, screenshots, recordings, notifications, backups, logs, safety records, legal records, or locations outside Cuddle’s control.

Other users may copy, save, screenshot, record, forward, disclose, misuse, or distribute communications outside Cuddle.

Incognito Browsing

Incognito browsing may limit profile visibility or profile-view visibility where supported.

It does not guarantee anonymity, confidentiality, invisibility, non-discoverability, or protection from copying, screenshots, recording, forwarding, disclosure, reports, safety reviews, legal records, fraud-prevention records, payment-risk records, or enforcement records.

Incognito browsing is not a way to bypass safety tools, reporting tools, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment-risk management, or Cuddle’s recordkeeping.

Read Receipt Visibility

Read receipt visibility may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, limited by technical conditions, affected by user settings, affected by account status, or restricted by safety, moderation, fraud-prevention, payment-risk, operational, or legal controls.

Read receipt visibility does not guarantee that another user saw, read, understood, accepted, or will respond to a message.

Taxes, Checkout, and Billing Descriptor

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

Applicable taxes or fees may be added at checkout.

Before purchase authorization, checkout may display the selected access level, access period, full price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, billing descriptor, refund information, statutory-cancellation information where applicable, activation details, expiration details, and other material purchase terms.

The billing descriptor may identify Cuddle, Third Hub US, Inc., a payment processor, or another descriptor disclosed at checkout or in the receipt.

Full payment card details are submitted through processor-hosted or processor-approved payment fields or flows and are not intended to be received or stored on Cuddle-controlled systems.

Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Except where required by applicable law, expressly stated at checkout, or provided in the applicable Purchase Terms, State-Specific Terms, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, or Cuddle’s written approval, purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Refunds generally are not provided solely because you:

• did not use all of the purchased access period;
• did not receive a match, message, reply, meeting, date, or relationship;
• stopped using Cuddle;
• changed your mind;
• deleted your account;
• were dissatisfied with another user; or
• were dissatisfied with a dating outcome.

Certain state laws may provide cancellation, refund, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, dating-service, social-referral-service, or other non-waivable rights.

Because purchases do not automatically renew, submitting a cancellation request is not necessary to prevent a future renewal charge.

A cancellation request also does not automatically create a refund right unless required by applicable law, checkout disclosures, purchase-specific terms, the Purchase Terms, State-Specific Terms, or Cuddle’s written approval.

Safety, Reports, and Core Tools

Reporting, blocking, and core account-security and safety tools are available across access levels, subject to eligibility, account status, feature availability, technical limits, safety controls, moderation, and law.

Cuddle does not require payment to submit a safety report or block a user.

Paid Features do not replace user judgment, safety practices, reporting tools, blocking tools, emergency services, law enforcement, professional assistance, or the Safety Tips / Dating Safety Notice.

Cuddle support channels, reporting tools, safety tools, moderation tools, emails, billing channels, privacy channels, legal channels, and other Service channels are not emergency-response channels and may not be monitored in real time.

If you are in immediate danger, believe another person is in immediate danger, or need emergency assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.

No Outcome Guarantees

Paid Features do not guarantee:

• profile views;
• likes;
• matches;
• messages;
• replies;
• conversations;
• meetings;
• dates;
• relationships;
• compatibility;
• visibility;
• discovery placement;
• another user’s identity;
• another user’s truthfulness;
• another user’s intentions;
• another user’s availability;
• another user’s safety; or
• any particular outcome.

Purchasing or using an access level does not require another user to view your profile, like you, match with you, message you, respond, continue communicating, meet you, or take any other action.

What a Cuddle Purchase Does Not Provide

A Cuddle purchase is a payment to Cuddle only for Cuddle-operated digital Service functionality.

It is not a payment to or for another user and does not provide or create:

• user-to-user payments;
• peer-to-peer payments;
• tips;
• donations;
• gifts;
• reimbursements;
• payouts;
• user payouts;
• creator payouts;
• cash-outs;
• revenue sharing;
• stored value;
• wallet balances;
• virtual credits;
• gift cards;
• cryptocurrency;
• digital assets;
• money transmission;
• remittance;
• payment facilitation;
• marketplace payments;
• marketplace activity;
• adult content monetization;
• sexual services;
• escort services;
• compensated dating;
• sugar arrangements;
• paid companionship; or
• financial products or services.

Paid access has no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, traded, assigned, sublicensed, redeemed, cashed out, or used to pay, tip, compensate, reimburse, reward, or transfer value to another user.

Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment credentials, authentication codes, verification codes, private keys, wallet credentials, or anything else of value to another user.

Payments made outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases.

External Payments and Off-Service Transfers

Money, gift cards, prepaid cards, vouchers, cryptocurrency, wallet transfers, payment-app transfers, bank transfers, wire transfers, external checkout payments, marketplace payments, creator-page payments, or anything else of value sent outside Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout flow are not Cuddle purchases.

Cuddle may have limited or no ability to trace, stop, reverse, refund, recover, support, or adjudicate external transfers, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Do not send money or value to another user.

If another user asks for money, value, payment credentials, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wallet transfers, payment handles, QR codes, external checkout, suspicious links, or urgent financial help, do not proceed. Report the concern through the Service where available or contact:

Nothing on this Cuddle Access & Pricing page limits any non-waivable payment, refund, statutory-cancellation, billing-error, unauthorized-transaction, chargeback, consumer-protection, dating-service, social-referral-service, privacy, safety, accessibility, anti-discrimination, public-injunctive-relief, court-access, or other right under applicable law.
