Free Access includes:
- browsing and viewing profiles;
- seeing the profiles of members who liked you;
- sending Likes Back;
- forming Matches;
- messaging matched members; and
- using reporting, blocking, unmatching, account-security, and safety tools.
No payment is required for Free Access.
Free Access remains subject to eligibility, account status, matching requirements, blocks, unmatches, safety controls, moderation, anti-spam limits, technical availability, fraud-prevention controls, and applicable law.
How Premium Billing Works
Premium is purchased only through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.

- Automatic renewal: None
- Digital delivery: Activated for the eligible Cuddle account

Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed before payment authorization.
No separate Cuddle service fee or processing fee is currently charged.
No physical goods are shipped.
A processor-hosted or processor-approved payment field expressly initiated by Cuddle is part of Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.
Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or card network may abbreviate or otherwise format the statement descriptor differently.
Refunds and Cancellation Rights
Except where required by applicable law, expressly stated at checkout, provided in the applicable Purchase Terms or State-Specific Terms, or approved by Cuddle in writing, completed Premium purchases are generally final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Certain laws may provide statutory cancellation, refund, disability-related, death-related, relocation-related, dating-service, social-referral-service, or other non-waivable rights.
Account deletion is separate from a refund or statutory-cancellation request.
No cancellation is required to prevent automatic renewal because Premium does not automatically renew.

Important Payment and Safety Information
A Premium purchase is payment to Third Hub US, Inc., d/b/a Cuddle for Cuddle-operated digital First-Like functionality.
It is not payment to or for another user and does not guarantee a profile view, Like, Match, message, reply, meeting, date, relationship, or other outcome.
Pay only through Cuddle’s authorized direct checkout.
Cuddle does not process payments or transfers of value between users.
Never send another user money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment credentials, authentication codes, or anything else of value.
A payment made through a user-provided link, QR code, payment handle, wallet address, payment application, bank transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency service, or other external channel is not a Cuddle purchase and does not provide, renew, extend, restore, or transfer Premium.
